I made appt for 9am. I dropped car last night. I got call at 8am that I could drop car anytime. I told them car is already there. They asked what name do I want it under. I said my name,not daughter's name. I call at 230pm to see if car is done. They said it's not due for inspection. I said it wasn't there for inspection. Then they said we did the brake fluid exchange. I said it wasn't there for that. It was there for an oil change and tire rotation. On hold again. Now next person gets on phone ANNOYED AT ME ...I actually had to say I dont know why you're upset with me...turns out Kathie was her name and I know because she still had attitude when I finally got there and then they couldn't figure oit where the car was because it was under my name,not my daughter's. I had to then say "I can't be the only step mother there is w a different name". The girl at the desk apologized ,I heard her say she was there for a month filling in, she did the best she could and gave us the oil change free because it was such a mess. Then they are giving me a part, I had no idea it was a wheel lock key (why would i?!?!)and Kathie seems annoyed i didn't know that either. I mean, why wasn't it pit back where they got it?!?! They insisted that I take it to who did my oil change?!!! Days go by I'm on my way home from work and boom!
