After calling a mobile mechanic and having looks at my engine. There was oil all over my engine, transmission and other things it is not suppose to. When pulling the dip stick out the engine was dry. The mobile mechanic cleaned my whole engine and transmission off removing the oil. He also completed a step by step oil change showing me the old o ring that was not changed. This O ring comes with the filter and is supposed to be changed every oil. My O ring was not only old but was damaged in the oil change process. The manager and customer service has yet to get back to me about anything! I have not received the money for the mobile mechanic. I have talked to the customer service and they told me there was nothing that they could do but I would receive a call to go over my case within THREE days! It is now over a week later. I have received no call, no money back, not even a number to call with the issues my engine is having! No rental, the store manager Harry couldn't even give me an apology and has been avoiding my calls each and now blocked my number. I have not seen or heard anything from their customer service department and this is ridiculous!!!! I have pictures at video that my lawyer will be receiving.

Charlie will go into detail with you as much as you'd like, regarding your vehicle's current status, next steps, things to look out for in the future, etc. Anywhere I've moved in the past, I've always just tried to find what seemed like the most reputable garage in the area. But if I move away from this side of Bethlehem, unless it's to California or somewhere far away like that, I'll still bring my car to Charlie. He is the very best.

He was driving his car (Kia) when it suddenly exploded with smoke coming out the front of it. Luckily he was able to turn off into a parking lot, which happens to be where this Mavis is located. The techs rushed out to assist my husband with the smoke covered car and even took it back for a quick check to see what happened. He had no intent to leave it there but these guys helped out and alerted us to a hole that got blown out the bottom of it when the explosion happened. Even though they said they couldn't fix it they concluded it was due to the oils burning too fast and allowed us to keep the car overnight in their lot until we could get it towed to the Kia dealership the following day. So while I'm jaded by my experience with this place, thank you so much for helping my husband out during a time of emergency.

What followed was a nearly three-hour wait with no meaningful communication. I understand that Pennsylvania inspections can take 30-90 minutes depending on workload. However, I received no proactive updates as 3:30, 4:00, and 4:30 passed. The only communication I received was an automated text stating my vehicle would be ready at 5:00 PM. That time passed as well. My vehicle was finally ready at 5:48 PM -- almost three hours after arriving for a scheduled appointment. At no point did anyone explain the delay, provide a revised time estimate, or offer even a simple apology. Delays can happen in any service environment. The issue here was not the delay itself, but the complete lack of communication and basic customer care. Appointments should have meaning. If the shop was running significantly behind schedule, setting expectations or providing updates would have made a substantial difference. I hope management reviews their scheduling and communication practices so future customers are treated with greater professionalism and respect for their time.

The whole team was fantastic, especially Jared and Jacklyn, who went above and beyond. I bought my truck new in 2022 and have always kept up with maintenance at the Chevy dealership--yet somehow, my original air filter was never replaced. Jacklyn caught it immediately, showed me, and I was honestly horrified knowing my daughter has severe asthma and had been breathing through that old filter. They swapped it out on the spot and explained everything so clearly. From start to finish, I was in and out in under 7 minutes and that even included me chatting with Jared and Jacklyn during the add-on filter change. They even greeted me with an ice-cold bottle of water, which was such a thoughtful touch. Fast, knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. 10/10 experience. I won't hesitate to come back here again!
