I bought my truck new in 2022 and have always kept up with maintenance at the Chevy dealership--yet somehow, my original air filter was never replaced. Jacklyn caught it immediately, showed me, and I was honestly horrified knowing my daughter has severe asthma and had been breathing through that old filter. They swapped it out on the spot and explained everything so clearly. From start to finish, I was in and out in under 7 minutes and that even included me chatting with Jared and Jacklyn during the add-on filter change.
