The actual manager didn't know how to process the refund and had to have the owner come to the shop in person to help him. In short, they overcharged me for tires I didn't need and damaged my wheels in the process of installing them. They were very quick to take my money but seemed very dumbfounded when it came to giving it back. Will never use their services again in the future, and I'd encourage others to stay away unless you enjoy having your property damaged and turning what should be a simple process into a prolonged headache. ​

They called to say the work was done, we went and paid, and when we attempted to leave we realized nothing was fixed. They kept the vehicle to attempt to fix it still. 2 weeks later and still nothing. Called twice requesting a call BEFORE any work is done to tell us what was wrong and cost.... nothing. Don't deal lady acted like it isn't common courtesy and practice to call before work to confirm the customer wants that work done. Later we get a call the car is done again but they cannot figure out how to fix it. We attempted to get some money back and they said no. Their excuse was that we were billed for a diagnosis.... but the receipt said something different and we are billed for work we did not approve and that did not fix the problem. Basically they couldn't fix anything, still charged us, there were fraudulent with the documentation and reasoning for the charges and on top of that, they lack any customer service. I'm not sure how places like this last as long as they do, but it is a joke and I want to say I'm surprised but there are a lot of evil people out there. I suggest reading through all reviews before using this place. Only way I see their online rating being so high is because their "people" left reviews. The real ones are in the mix and they are not good. Just a shame.

Turns out squirrels had chewed a wire and the transmission didn't need to be replaced. When we tried to get in touch with them, they avoided us like the plaque. They cost me repairs that were unnecessary. On top of that, they spilled something under the hood and didn't even try cleaning it up, and they also broke my latch for my hood and left it on the floor of my van! Extremely angry! They completely fixed the brake problem, needing to replace hoses to brakes, flush lines and install new rotors and pads.
