Car was everything they said, great service& great team to work through. I would always refer friends & family to Executive Auto Gallery!

Easiest car purchase ever! Best price for this car in three state area. After an incident with a deer I needed a car fast. Open at 8am for a relaxing test drive, had a small concern with sticky shift lever. Mechanic corrected the problem as I signed the paperwork. Got peace of mind with a Preferred Warranties, to care for my car for three years, at a fair price. No hidden dealer fees. In and out in less than an hour. Rock is a no pressure sales person, he knew the history of the car and he breezed right through the sales process. Thanks for a friendly buying experience and a good low mileage used car for a great price! Dawn read more

Quick, convenient and totally accurate information regarding their cars, costs including past history of the vehicle. Prices are good and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I fond them by way of a personal referral and will use them again as well as refer my friends and family to them as well. Great job! read more

Inquired about a vehicle on Sunday, the dealership responded to me that it was available. 15 mins after I got the email that it was still available. I showed up at the dealership here to find out it was sold on Saturday. Poor customer service. I had cash to buy the vehicle. read more

Executive Auto Gallery - Car Dealers Near Me - Walnutport, Pennsylvania

I am currently driving my third vehicle from EAG, and have also purchased two additional vehicles for my daughters over the past 10 years. My dealings with the team have been professional and pleasant. I have purchased a BMW, Infinity, Audi, Nissan SUV, and a Jeep Liberty. For the most part the vehicles have been problem free, and the few minor problems I have encountered over the years, were taken care of immediately and without issue. I will say that before my first visit and purchase, I was skeptical of purchasing, but after being given a tour of the facility, seeing and having the process they go through to restore these vehicles, I was convinced. I will be in the market in the next 6 months to replace one of the vehicles, and EAG will be my first stop. If you want a higher end car, well below the market price, you owe it to yourself to stop in, meet the team, and explore your options. read more

They had a Cadillac SRX listed for 15k and being in Florida I was skeptical to drive up there after seeing all the negative reviews on these guys but then I spent some time reading the reviews and noticed that most of the the neg ones were because they wouldn't sell a specific car to a person because it was sold before they got to the dealership. After being to the dealership personally and meeting and working with these guys I can tell you that I can understand how you can want a car they have and not get there in time to buy it. In the few hours I was there Mike (My sales agent) sold 5 other cars. These guys arn't sitting around for customers to walk up they are hustling to sell cars (Makes sense because it's their business) I have had my SRX from them for about 6 months. It was better in person then how they had it listed online or described over the phone and they made the whole process simple and painless (Other then the 15k for the car) Thanks Mike! read more

This place is great. Esp. if you are looking for a particular vehicle--I just got a 2018 Subaru Forester 6-speed stick, 6000 miles for a ridiculous price and it is awesome. Had one minor problem with the instrument panel and they fixed it immediately--very friendly. I will def go back to them for my next (or my kid's next) car. The negative reviews are really only from people who have a problem with their business model of refurbishing water/hail damaged vehicles. Those people should go to a dealership--this place is only for people who know exactly what they want. They are up front and honest about everything. read more

Personable, easy to work with and great price. I have been returning 4 cars later. Always stands behind their sale. Thank you!!!

*after writing this review the transmission had to be replaced. I had so much $ invested at this point I had to. The total repairs of this car in one year totaled the purchase price. One of the biggest mistakes I have ever made. This place makes me sick. read more

I have only written one or two bad reviews in the last decade... and I applaud, call in and email businesses with great customer service regularly... but this place took the cake on how horrible they are. Looking at the numerous negative reviews, I'm glad to know I wasn't being picky, petty or unrealistic. I won't bore you on the story, just know that I support the rest of the negative reviews on here which say they had horrible - rude - and unprofessional customer service. My wife and I talked to Mike, who was rude beyond words, which I don't get because I really wanted to buy their car... for cash... for list price. They blew it. Big time. I asked to talk to their manager and - holy cow - the business apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Do not call this place, stop by or even think about buying a car from them. The worse dealership I've ever experienced, and we've dealt with bad ones. On the other hand, if you want to be disrespected for no reason, talked down to while trying to find out any info on the car and need to feel like you've been kicked in the face... please buy from this place. I don't want to be overdramatic, but I wish I would have recorded the phone call, because you can't make up this stuff. Find. Another. Dealer. You'll be pleased that you did. read more
