They had a Cadillac SRX listed for 15k and being in Florida I was skeptical to drive up there after seeing all the negative reviews on these guys but then I spent some time reading the reviews and noticed that most of the the neg ones were because they wouldn't sell a specific car to a person because it was sold before they got to the dealership. After being to the dealership personally and meeting and working with these guys I can tell you that I can understand how you can want a car they have and not get there in time to buy it. In the few hours I was there Mike (My sales agent) sold 5 other cars. These guys arn't sitting around for customers to walk up they are hustling to sell cars (Makes sense because it's their business) I have had my SRX from them for about 6 months. I have only written one or two bad reviews in the last decade... and I applaud, call in and email businesses with great customer service regularly... but this place took the cake on how horrible they are. Looking at the numerous negative reviews, I'm glad to know I wasn't being picky, petty or unrealistic. I won't bore you on the story, just know that I support the rest of the negative reviews on here which say they had horrible - rude - and unprofessional customer service. My wife and I talked to Mike, who was rude beyond words, which I don't get because I really wanted to buy their car... for cash... for list price. They blew it. Big time. I asked to talk to their manager and - holy cow - the business apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Do not call this place, stop by or even think about buying a car from them. The worse dealership I've ever experienced, and we've dealt with bad ones. On the other hand, if you want to be disrespected for no reason, talked down to while trying to find out any info on the car and need to feel like you've been kicked in the face... please buy from this place.
