Tried other Jeep places in Lehigh Valley and this one has by far the best personalized service.

Warranty item repaired quickly. Parts took almost 3 months but it's the way the world is anymore. Not dealership s fault.

Another reasonable shopping experience at Acura. I made an inquiry on their website through the…read moreCostco program and Carlos got in touch with me to set up an appointment. We arrived a few minutes early, so as he was finishing up with another customer, we looked at the MDX in the showroom. We got started within a few minutes of our appointment time and he quickly pulled an MDX up to the door for us to test drive. We still had a few other cars to test drive and told him we'd be in touch. Carlos did follow up a few times over the next week to see if we needed anything. Ultimately, Carlos was nice and did a nice job showing us the pros of the Acura, but we felt the MDX wasn't worth the money - it's a decent car but there's a lot of competition in that arena that was a better bang for the buck for us. No hard feelings - just not the right fit for us. I'd definitely recommend Carlos to someone looking to buy an Acura though.

I Took my car to Pep Boys they detected no oil leak stated I had no need for a reseal. Spoke to Acura dealer, he stated those are recommendations, although the agent handling the issue warned me if I didn't reseal it, I would eventually damage the engine. Again, it turns out this recommendation wasn't needed! I will seriously rethink long and hard before I take it to this Acura dealer.

They took care of everything quickly and treated me well. Unfortunately, they neglected to catch a recall for my car before closing me out and sending me home. They also forgot to wash my car. Since I'm a new customer, I didn't realize until later that this was a service that they routinely provide. My 3rd appt: Fixing their mistake. The reason why I'm giving this dealership another 5-star rating is because of the way they responded to their mistakes. I live far away. Driving back to this dealer for the recall would have been a pretty big hassle. The VP quickly reached out to me and actually offered to send a technician to my home to fix the problem! AMAZING!! The repair was quick and the tech was courteous and clean. Everyone has a bad day and makes mistakes... What I love are companies like this one that stand by their dedication to quality and customer service and go out of their way to make things right. I still highly recommend this dealer's service department!

I have been a 7-time repeat customer of Lehigh Valley Hyundai, which makes my most recent…read moreexperience--and especially my interaction with General Manager Iad--extremely disappointing. After a horrible experience with members of his staff, I expected the General Manager to take the situation seriously and make a genuine effort to retain a longtime customer. Initially, Iad offered to purchase my vehicle. He later called me back and told me to "take the Carvana.com offer and run with it." When I expressed my frustration, his response repeatedly came back to "it's just business." The conversation eventually became argumentative rather than productive. What was perhaps most frustrating was his proposed solution: essentially, let me sell you another new vehicle at a great price. He also questioned why I would let a "5% bad experience" outweigh the "95% good experience" I had previously had with the dealership. That completely misses the point. When someone has purchased from your dealership seven times, loyalty should mean something. A longtime customer bringing a serious concern to the General Manager shouldn't feel dismissed with "it's just business" and then be presented with an opportunity to buy yet another vehicle. I wasn't looking for special treatment. I was looking for accountability, professionalism, and some indication that seven transactions and years of loyalty actually mattered. Apparently, when things are going well, you're a valued repeat customer. When there is a problem, "it's just business." After seven vehicles, that is a disappointing way for this relationship to end.

I've been a customer of this place for over a decade. Today something unconscionable happened, so…read moreI'm going to expose a practice I didn't know existed. Do not let them play this trick on you. They'd been emailing me incessantly for months to get my car inspected. Money's so tight that I literally had to plan it around paycheck timing. Just yesterday my water heater burst all over my basement because it had corroded in less than 5 years. The plumber told me that my well water is too acidic. Needless to say, trying to get an impromptu loan for a water heater was traumatizing in and of itself. I got a high-interest loan for $2K. But I'd made this appointment for my inspection and I didn't want to be a no-show. Someone from Kelly had told me to print up an inspection coupon from online so I did. I found one for a $49 inspection and I could choose 3 free services with that coupon. So I had my neighbor print it up (I have no printer) and I drove there, still upset about how this water heater situation is going to make my life hell. I got there early. I'd made this appointment over a week ago. This guy, Anthony, motioned me over to his desk and I gave him the coupon. He asked which 3 free services I'd chosen. I told him the tire rotation, brake check, and a "check engine light scan." I also said that I would like my oil changed. That wasn't on the list, and I didn't know if it was something they'd look at during an inspection. (clearly not a car girl.) He was practically giddy. He added, "By the way, your state inspection is a free service. I do have to tell you that." That was my first red flag, because why in the ACTUAL F did i need to spend $45 for a free inspection? Even their coupon states that the car inspection is covered. Shysters. The second red flag was that he said it would take an hour and a half, when they'd told me it would take 1/2 an hour when I made the appointment, because I wanted to know whether I needed to be dropped off or wait. I'd chosen to wait, even though I had to take off work for that hour during a time it's hard to take off work. Two hours later, Anthony slithers up to me in their miserable waiting room where they blast some cheesy lifeguard soap opera for hours straight. It was physically jarring. He tells me that the mechanic found something... and that he couldn't pass me for an inspection. Keep in mind that my car has less than 23K miles on it and I've had it for 8 years. The brakes work perfectly, probably because I drive like an old lady though I'm not. I was just taught to maintain my car. I'd also recently had my tires inadvertently checked because I'd driven over a nail and had to replace a tire. ($95 for Progressive to send someone to put a donut on at 9PM at night, and then $200 for the regular tire replacement. Still bummed about that as well, but at least it seemed fair.) Anthony says that he doesn't know how I got to Kelly Service safely since I had no brake pads. My brakes don't even squeak. But I'm a chick in there alone and maybe look like a sucker. He told me that my dipstick was bone dry and no one could believe my car is running. Even between oil changes, I know how to check my oil. I had oil, it was just dark and I knew that meant it needed to be changed. My neighbor changed it 4K miles ago. Still, I had come into Kelly for a $45 inspection with 3 "free" services. Criminal. I thought my big splurge was the oil change. Anthony proceeds to scare the living hell out of me with "no one can believe you got here in one piece." He said I needed front brakes and the bill would be $363. At this point, my eyes have filled up. I asked him if I could leave and think about how to pay for the brakes. He said that he "couldn't" advise me on that. Sheer panic. I wondered if the water heater loan people could add $363. I thought I couldn't drive home safely and I was already freaked out about how late I was for my job. I told him I felt like I didn't have a choice. I finally just acquiesced and then tried to think about who could pick me up from there because I'd have to leave the car until I could pay for the new front brakes. I called my neighbor and he told me he could take me home. He was 30 minutes away, but he told me to call the loan people in the meantime just to see. I did and they added the $363.00. I sat at Kelly Service for another 2 hours feeling the weight of the world. Finally Anthony approached me and knelt down next to the miserable chair I'd been sitting in for hours, feeling an unbearable anxiety. He gave me a bill for $568.00. I had come into this place in good faith, thinking I was going to get a $45 inspection plus whatever an oil change costs. I got paid yesterday, so i was okay with possibly paying $100 for an inspection and oil change. I wouldn't even have known about the coupon if I hadn't been told by Kelly Services to print it up. The first words out of my mouth were, 'How could you do this to me?" Unconscionable shysters.
