Have taken my car to this dealership for the last eight years for all repairs and inspections. Except for one service employee, most experiences here have been positive. Now taking car to an honest, cost effective mechanic. read more

They are crooks. They recommended work that I recently had done through them. When I questioned them they quickly brushed it off as a mistake. They did it again on the next oil change. Most recently they recommended 4 new tires. I just had my tires replaced by them. Only 20k miles. Stay far away from here read more

I've always had decent experiences here, but started bringing my car to an independent shop for routine maintenance. Many of the things that the dealer had been "warning" me about turned out to be fictitious. I did go back to the dealer, though, last year to have my battery replaced because it is very difficult to otherwise find a compatible battery that is available locally. No problem with that at the time. But a few weeks ago, I went back again because I noticed that there was a steering problem and needed it to get checked immediately (my regular mechanic books out weeks in advance). The found that a rear shock was broken - fine. But they also told me that my battery was reading low and recommended replacing it. I said, sure, go ahead, YOU just replaced it 6 months ago and it should be fully covered under warranty. They immediately backtracked and muttered something about how the test result must have been from the previous visit (clearly a lie - the previous visit, I came because the battery was DEAD, not low). I asked again when picking up the car about the battery test result, and they again brushed it off and changed the topic. Sorry, but I can't trust this dealer any more, and you shouldn't either. read more

Previous vehicle purchased by them: I took my 2 year old vehicle with 22,000 miles on it for a free inspection and they recommend a few thousand in repairs including replacing brake fluid and new tires. Then, after I leave I receive frequent emails offering me $10.000 less for my vehicle than they will sell it for, but someone who didn't read the fine print would think they're getting a good deal because the monthly payments would be lower for a new car (which would also add another 2 years of payments). Then, I look for a new vehicle and get told it's the best time of year to get a great deal and they quote me way over the average selling price for the vehicle. Then, I inadvertently reach out to them again and they say they're gonna give me a deal of a lifetime better than any other dealer and then never give me a price because they don't have that vehicle in stock and are closing my case (though they know I'm in no rush and they can order it.) read more

I got routine service here last week. The turnaround was so fast I ended up not needing the free Lyft ride I was provided to and from home. There is a restaurant across the street I might visit next time. They have capacity for a lot of cars to service. Thus seems to be a pretty big dealer. read more

I brought my vehicle here for 2 issues. For the first issue, this dealership did not fix my car, but another dealership did the next day. On top of that, for the second issue they told me I needed to replace another part for $1,200, and the other dealership fixed that second issue for free because it was a recall part! Horrible service all around. Highly recommend ANY other Honda service center. Worth the drive to go to another! read more

I picked up my car from the used car lot on 10/14., so I thought. I was there for 3 hours. Car would not start. It had a bad battery. Battery and charging systems were checked. I also had concerns on how long the car had been sitting since there was grime on the moonroof, wheels, and the engine bay had cobwebs. I found out that the car had set for extended periods of time and the tires were rotted and the rotors were rusted and were turned to clean them up. upon leaving with the car I was promised a refund of $250 plus paying the uber. Two weeks later after leaving messages with two different managers and the general manager still not a peep at this time. It's a bit frustrating at this time. The dealership is an hour and a half away. It was the only car of it kind within 200 miles. Also the day after getting the car I had to pay an addition $132 to get the alignment and steering done. I would have thought with new tires that would have been done. I am hoping for a satisfactory resolution soon. read more

tried to get my car looked at but told unable to get a loaner for a month ad they were "booked up" till then. They need my car overnight to diagnose problem but I live an hour away without any other transportation available. I think my brakes are failing. So they cannot help me. This is a lease under warranty. Manager never even returned my call. Guess l, after getting 3 cars from them in 6 years, that they don't want me business anymore when my lease is over in 3 months. read more

Went to auto one and got my alternator tested it and it was bad so I made and appointment to get it changed here. They first wouldn't let me do it without them diagnosing it and after the fact they wanted 794$ to change it when the part is $120. read more

I had power steering issues and it was resolved by Kristi Finkel, overall she was very professional. I spoke to the shop former thirty years of experience and it was provided to me to talk about "prevention services ", what should I look for a state of my car mileages, I was impressed by their knowledge. Kristen Finkel was texting me to make sure everything was ok with the car after the car left out the shop if she's not available ask for Dan Carcione his the service manager if you are not happy even getting your car back clean he will make sure your experience it's a five star it doesn't matter if the car it's a twenty-year-old car he will treats each car like it was his own! no matter what color or race you are, he's a good family man. read more

No stars if I could these sick weirdo stalker perverts bugged my car with listening devices and tracking devices before they gave it to me. I purchased my vehicle in 2021 and as soon as I signed on the dotted line my car disappeared off of the lot for three hours. Supposedly so they could remove stickers. When it was returned to me it drove lopsided. They bugged my car and have been listening to my conversations and tracking me since 2021. My car battery kept mysteriously dying, theres constant static on my radio as well as my air conditioning and heat seems to not work properly. I would not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from these people. Unless you don't mind being stalked, tracked and listened to by no life having sick perverts. Not only that I found their mechanic tampering with my brakes when I went in for an alignment. Do not trust them, the redhead, the Italian lady or any of them there they are all part of the mob. They would not let me return my car and I bought a brand new car but somehow it magically ended up with 20 miles on it after they finally finished tampering with it and I also have a hole under my drivers seat and the car bounces and was given to me filthy. read more

Even though I had a confirmed appointment, it took 2.5 hours to do what was basically an oil change. I forgot to tell them I needed new windshield wipers. One was very bad (shredded pieces were obvious); the other one was a little better, but obviously needed replacement. The "Multipoint Inspection" deemed them satisfactory, making me question the overall thoroughness of the inspection. Alex, my service advisor, was great!! But other than that, it was not a great experience. It was awful. I wish 0 stars was an option. read more

This was an absolutely terrible experience! Car was towed to the Honda service department. I was told the issues were fixed and they did a multi point inspection. I drove the car 450 miles and now the check engine light, and VSA indicator are on. The car is smoking too! Called several times to complain about the service. No return calls. Very disgraceful! read more

Women Beware: My wife came into this dealership about a month and a half ago for an oil change. She was given the normal list of high price items that were "needed". Usually, I brush off the attempts of their salesmen with wrenches to sell us unnecessary parts or repairs, and move on. This time their mechanic was overly insistent and outright tried to swindle us. She was told she "needs new tires because yours are bald". When she asked if she could wait and come back in 2 weeks before the end of the month when inspection was due she was told "I wouldn't and there is no way they will pass inspection". She came home and I had her take her car to a reputable shop that I've been asking her to switch to for about 7 years. She agreed and our bald tires were measured at 6/32" by the shop owner. I also checked the tread depth with my depth indicator and took the picture that is attached. Our tires are 6/32" even now when it's a month later. Pennsylvania State minimum for inspection is 2/32" and the tires came with 11/32" of tread when they were new. This is not the first time your employees have tried to pressure her into unnecessary repairs, but thankfully this is the last time. My wife has finally agreed to stop wasting our money at your dealership. I have tried for years to have her switch and now your mechanic's greed has pushed her in the right direction. I hope this helps someone else and saves other women from your predatory sales tactics. read more

Buyers beware this dealer will car fish you. Was looking at a 2018 civic hatchback ex l. However went in to talk about pricing, only to be informed that they sold the car. Never was given a phone call letting my know the car that I was looking to purchase was sold. So note to anyone reading this save your self the headache and time by just going to another dealer. Update: Dealer never reached out to me, ended going to Keenan Honda in Doyalstown. They were great a solid 10/10. Stay way from LV Honda and Easton. read more

All dealers are friendly when you buy the car, nothing is an issue, but then you go for service and they hit you. Free inspection is great until they want to change every fluid in your car for 600 bucks This place, like most dealers, is crazy expensive. They always talk up orig parts to justify the exoense...bs. Long, long waits. We've had experiences where service techs couldn't always explain themselves. An oil cap not put on. Little stuff and the prices gets real annoying. Won't be going back for sales or service. I found a great old time, no bs mechanic...do yourself a favor, find yourself one too. read more

Took 4 hours to change two hours and do an alignment with absolutely no heads up. Sat there the whole time and no one answered questions.

Always appreciate the work that gets done at Honda. Go to Dante for above and beyond service. He will keep you informed on what's going on, and keep it 100. Last time I went for the basic oil change and tire rotation. Turns out my tires didn't need to be rotated yet, so they didn't do so and I just got the oil change done. Call me cynical, but I feel like any other dealership would do it anyway for the charge. I appreciate y'all! read more

By far the worst car dealership I've ever dealt with. Lack of detail, rude staff, no empathy, 0 accountability. You can look at my detailed review on their Facebook explaining my horrible experience. No call back from their client relations, Chris, after he "promised" he'd get back to me. Their customer service is the worst thing I have ever come in contact with. Horrible and ignorant people. Finally filing a BBB complaint and will continue to spread the word about how atrocious this place is. I've posted on multiple Facebook groups about this place and my situation and more people than I'd like to admit shared their horror stories. Regret ever giving a second of my time to Lehigh Valley Honda. read more

If I could give a 0 or negative star review, my experience with this dealership would merit it... went here looking to buy a Honda Fit EX and to trade my Fiat Abarth. Knowing there was a bit of inequity in the car, I figured that we might not get it done but, with the 1.9% AHFC offer that was going, it was worth a shot. Finance negotiations were painful from the start with being MASSIVELY lowballed on the trade to the tune of around $4K. With some pushback, they were then willing to come up to where I needed them to be ($9K). This left me with around $4K of inequity which would put me right around $23K to finance... cool. If I got bought at 1.9% for 72, I'd be happily in a Fit with a great payment. Unfortunately, the wonderful honest finance managers at this stellar dealership submitted paperwork asking for $29K in financing... Hmmm. No wonder banks were scoffing at the deal. I was never told that the dealership did this, by the way. I found out from a rejection letter sent by my current lien holder (maybe they should have not shopped a lie to my current financial institution). What I was told was this: we got you financed but only if you buy an extended warranty and gap insurance. Ok... easy enough reply: "send me that from the bank in writing." Of course that can't happen because no bank would ever make that sort of conditional offer. Next came more lies and denial from both the sales staff (Samantha) and the finance manager (Anthony) when I called them out for trying to deceive me into buying high margin finance products from the dealership. The long and short of it: if you want sub-par service and engagement topped off with deceptive business practices and high prices, Lehigh Valley Honda is a fantastic choice. If you want even a shred of honesty run for the hills. read more

Stopped to get an oil change and tire rotation at express. Immediately tried to sell me a package service of 419$. When I said no then it was a 179$ package. mind they said a two hour wait for oil change. But they could get my car in for either of other services which included an oil change. I wanted EXPRESS service. If I wanted a car mauntance I would have made an appointment. I left and will be going elsewhere. so turned off. I will never go there again read more

My mom and I were visiting from out of town and we lost the car keys inside of our honda pilot. We knew they were somewhere in the car, but after searching for an hour, we couldn't find them. So, we decided to go to this honda dealership and they greeted us warmly and we were quickly brought to the service department. They immediately helped us, and after 15 minutes our keys were found, stuck on the rail of the drivers seat. They were great! read more

Brought me car in for a recall the staff were courtesy and professional; however I received a call, as well as a written report, that an unauthorized multipoint inspection revealed that "serpentine belt (found belt excessively damaged/cracked) should be immediately replaced and was told it should be immediately replaced and was a hazard to even drive home. I was quoted a price of $206.36 to replace. I requested they put they return the belt and I would make an appointment with my mechanic. I drove home and parked the car until my appointment with my mechanic who indicated that there was NOTHING wrong with the belt absolutely NO damage NO cracks NOTHING; however as I have over 100,000 miles on my car we replaced it anyway at a cost of $95.00 less than half the quoted price. I read st.'s review of his Civic Type R experience with interest. My son and I visited on March 12 to find a beautiful red Type R in the showroom with a window sticker price at MSRP. He then went to the back office to discuss with a manager and came back quoting a "market adjustment" price of $42K. read more

They are guilty of harassment by communication. I've asked numerous times not to be contacted but they do. Since my car was three years old I can't even get a service appointment without a sales call, in fact FOUR of them and I have moved to another dealership. The manager of sales and service do not return emails, you don't get through to the public reviews unless the first one you answer is all good. It's horrible. If I get one more call from Elizabeth, who sold me the car and doesn't really know shit about them I'm going to write her full name and adjective about her on the car and park it on Lehigh Street. It's a shame, they have service but NOTHING ELSE and these frequent VIOLATIONS of my privacy are annoying. read more

I read some pretty harsh reviews on here about LVH. I had a very pleasant experience there buying a new CR-V from Erik Roman. He was not high pressure and was easy to work with. Worst dealership ever!!!! I'm going to be specific because I know management reads these. I spoke to a sales rep named "josh" who said he could get me a 2015 crv for ABOUT 30950. So he calls back and now it's 32950. Bait and switch. Two words. Stay away. Goto phillipsburg. Oh, Honda, how I may not miss you very much. I bought my Honda CR-V here back in 2008. Had a great sales experience but a pretty lousy service experience. Starting from that first week or two of ownership where there were issues that they said "were in my head," (which they weren't - they finally figured them out after I made 2 or 3 trips in) to the time that they broke my oil pan and tried to blame it on the weather (I'm not a mechanic but I'm not stupid), I was never very happy with the service on my vehicle. After I worked my way through most of the service credits I was given for the lousy service they had provided, I moved most of my repairs and standard maintenance to independent shops. The few times I wanted to bring it in for service, I found that they had significantly reduced their loaner access, which was half of the convenience of using them and paying a bit more. I took to either servicing on a Saturday or just taking it elsewhere and using part of the savings to rent a vehicle for the day. Fast forward to 2018, when my CR-V has become not the best fit for my family (feisty toddler + grumpy dog in one seat = no bueno) and had over 200k miles on it, I did return to LV Honda to look at a Pilot. While I generally liked the look & feel of the vehicle, we weren't thrilled with the transmission and decided we'd wait a few weeks until the 2019s came on the lot. The sales person, Josh, gave me a quote that actually wasn't half bad for a 2018 and we went on our way. About a week later, I get a call from their internet sales team saying that they were doing their inventory clearance and they could offer me a much better deal that I had received previously. I gave them a stock # I liked and they promised me a call back same day. Never got it. Called in the next day to see what was up & was told someone would call me back with a price. That call back was more of a plea to return and I got forceful on receiving this improved price. Got a price a few hours later by email and it was WORSE than the price I got in the dealership. That kind of sealed the deal on the fact that these people do not know how to treat people. Ended up buying a Volvo but returned to this dealership to get a cash offer through KBB. Was told to actually go to the Hyundai side and ask for a certain person before 6 PM that day. Who was not actually in the office. Being grouchy finally got another manager over who appraised my car and asked what I was buying. He then of course offered me $2k more than he initially said if I wanted to buy a Pilot. I told him I'd think about it and he got my info & that of the salesperson who helped me at Honda. Never heard back. Bought a Volvo and just traded it in there since I was able to get the same as my cash deal at LV Honda. So here ends my Honda saga, at least for now. And it's too bad. My CR-V was a good car that served me generally well. This dealership does themselves no favors though. read more

I traveled nearly 200 miles to Lehigh Valley Honda in search of a fair deal on a Honda Civic Type R. At a time when other dealers were pursuing additional markups in the thousands of dollars, Lehigh Valley treated me very fairly. Not only did they conform to MSRP, but also they threw in some of the smaller things like wheel locks that other dealers used to gouge additional dollars from consumers. Michael Houser of Lehigh Valley went out of his way to get me into and out of the dealership for the purchase quickly, making my 10 hour long day of driving and buying much better. So I had gone in to test drive a Honda Accord sport. The did not have any manual transmission but advised they could get one. I told the salesman I could get one for a specific price at a dealership in MD that had the accord I wanted in stock. He tried telling me they could not do the lease for what I was told. He wanted a down payment to get the car but would not give any real numbers until I agreed. Did the back and fourth crap with manager. I left and drove to MD the next day and got the accord at the price I was told. No games no issues. Sad thing is I live right down the road and they lost my business to a dealer 2.5 hours away, that gave me pricing and set everything up via email and phone. read more
