was lied to with false advertisement. Window sticker said it has a one year subscription to Darius XM radio and it's only three months when I asked them about it, they said it is a near subscription from when they got the vehicle. Which is not stated on the paperwork. read more

I can honestly say the service department is the best in the valley (I've been to several). They go out of their way to make sure you're completely satisfied before you walk out the door. Well used to be I thought they were decent and better than other service departments turns out they didn't fix the problem on the patriot like we asked them to do. We said keep it as long as you need to and just fix it. We knew there was more to the problem than the service guy jumping in it and driving it around the corner. They thought they had fixed it in 30 min while we waited and charged us 93$ for their time only to get home and it still have the problem. I called ASAP left message with another guy in service for Sal to call me back but no one ever did. I didn't get an email until I left them then a negative survey. I have used them for almost two years and after all they could do was lie to me and say they tried calling me and threw my phone number out at me with one number off but are they freaking kidding me! For two years they have called me and have gotten straight through with the number that they have always had on file for me. Basically my complaint is that they took money for a fix on a 2014 Jeep Patriot and what they thought was wrong with it was an inaccurate call. Our jeep still makes the same noise but yet they kept our payment. At this point I will never use them again and they can choke on our paid in full charge. You obviously need it more than us! Thanks for nothing Brown Daub and you made a liar out of me when I told others about how you have a great service team there at your facility. You only emailed me after you received the low score I gave you on the survey. What a joke! read more

Your service department (Kenny, though the entire staff was great) *REALLY* helped us out today. Our car was about to leave in two day for a cross country road trip and the check engine light came on. Originally scheduled at Rothrock using their website scheduling as they were closest. They called the next day and said 'sorry cant see you until next week' which makes their scheduling utterly useless. You folks took our car in with no notice, fixed the issue - replaced a part, adjusted something else, cleared the code, and the car is back on the road in *an hour* and the road trip is still on. This was the worst car dealership I have ever been to. Not one sales person bothered to step forward toward my husband and I when they saw I was handicapped and in a wheelchair. We were there over 20 minutes walking around looking at their inventory and the salesman who was outside with another customer didn't even acknowledge us. What's even sadder is the customer acknowledged us and asked if we were being helped. What does that say? I called to talk to the GM and I insisted I get a return call the same evening. The GM did call, which did not take long, and I give him that much. GM said that would never have happened in the 12 years he has been there. I said it did happen and I just said they will never have my business!! I just hung up I was so angry that I couldn't finish the call. read more

I called for a service appointment for a new Jeep purchased at this dealership. I got an afternoon appt. on the day I requested. I was late to the appointment. The mechanic checking me in was nothing but friendly and kind. I had plans to be offsite for an hour so I didn't sit in the lounge. They finished the work in the time quoted and gave me a discount. The mechanic present when I checked out was nothing but kind. The best service I have gotten at a local dealership. read more

I bought a 2016 "certified" Jeep with only 13,000 miles and after 13 days, 3 warning lights came on! The check engine light, traction control system malfunction warning light and to change the oil lights all came on the same day!! They kept it in the service shop for 9 days and called to let me know it was repaired, cleaned and ready to go. I called ahead yesterday to make sure it was ready & to give the time I'd be in. She said they'd make sure it was pulled up and the snow was cleaned off. I get there, the girl at the service counter said, "you'll find your car around back." So, I walk around a few minutes in the cold/snow trying to find my car and it's covered in a ton of snow and not cleaned inside or out with their service mats still in. I cleaned it off enough to see out, drive it up front to switch out items from my loaner. I go in to ask for Kyle, the manager I dealt with when I dropped it off and told him how disappointed I am with the service and issues already with the vehicle. I told him I could not recommend them and didn't want to keep this vehicle. He shrugged his shoulders and said, "I can get someone to clean the snow off." I told him not to bother with the snow as he completely avoided my main complaints. As I'm cleaning off all the snow, 2 service shop men came out and told me they'd quick clean my car and apologized it wasn't done. As I'm leaving, I notice the gas light is on and when I dropped it off there I had 1/4 tank. When I drove it later that night, another warning light came on. What the heck kind of vehicle did they sell me that was supposed to be "certified?!" Their service is very, very poor and the vehicle they sold me as "certified" is not a quality vehicle. I do not recommend them at all!! Now I'm stuck with a faulty vehicle purchased from a dealership that doesn't care. read more

I received a recall notice for my 2006 Jeep Liberty, and back in November 2014 tried making an appointment at another jeep dealership to have it taken care of. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks for the part to come in, so after waiting 6 weeks without a word from the dealership I called, and was told they had no record of me making the appointment, and that once again the part would have to be ordered. On Friday 1/16 I called Brown Daub Jeep in Bath and told them the situation, their service Dept. told me they had the part available, and set me up with an appointment for the following Wednesday. I had to drop my jeep a day early, because of my work schedule knowing that my jeep would just be sitting in the parking lot until the scheduled appointment the following day, but later that same day received a phone call telling me my jeep done, and ready to be picked up whenever i had the chance. I'm hoping that when it comes time to trade my jeep in their sales team is going to be as good as their service team. read more

After multiple communications with them via email, I went to check out a couple cars. I was under the impression they would give me a fair estimate for my trade but they undervalued it big time. They have a car on their lot with five times the mileage, lesser package, lesser model they're asking 5000 more for than they valued my car and it has damage on car fax. Stay away from this dealership! They are located across the street from a cement plant! Every car on the lot is coveted in cement dust and in the case of the car i purchased it had hardend cement under the trim at the base of the windshield. Dealer had the car for one week and basically destroyed the finish trying to detail it. Swirl marks everywhere and they ruined every piece of rubber and plastic trim on the vehicle. Staff was extremely rude throughout the process drove my car to 3 other shops without my permission or knowledge then returned my car to me with an empty tank. crazy stupid experience with this dealer...which i actually bought a car from in the past! dealing with online person repeatedly over chrysler t&c van - was told they could match my deal and to 'come over'. when we got there, dealing with salesman he acted like my proposed price was the most ridiculous thing he had ever heard of. we left, they kept emailing us. so i called a few days later saying i would take the car - while i was ON THE PHONE telling them when i could come over to put on a deposit - sales guy says wait - someone ELSE is being shown the car, i have to call you back. calls back like 15 mins later and says sorry car was sold, let's talk about another one, trying to 'bait and switch' me again to coming over there. HAD FINANCING IN PLACE, READY TO WRITE THE CHECK. NEVER USE THIS DEALER THEY LIE! read more
