We would not shop anywhere else, before shopping at Mayo Autos. No games; just fair deals. We purchased 3 cars from Tony so far.

When we went in Nolan was the salesman. he was very knowledeable and did not pressure. It was a pleasant experience until we reached back later and initiated negotiations. The discount was in line because they were against a month end quota. the issue started with their offer for the trade. The offered 19000. KBB offered 20140. they slowly relented to that number but started trying to justify how great it was by saying kbb would only pay 18895. I pushed back and said we wanted 21500. They stood their ground. Here's the kicker. Subaru itself guarenteed at least 20600 for the trade. So, they not only tried an insulting low bid out the gate they stuck to a number well below the guarenteed trade by Subaru. If you aren't educated and done your research, Ciocca will with out hesitation ignore fair values and try and rip you off. We went to another dealer that gave a higher discount and 21000 on the trade. They won the sale . Avoid Ciocca. they will try and low ball you, stick to their guns trying ti justify how great the klow ball is and proven they will also ignore Subaru guarenteed numbers. We don't hold it againts Nolan. He was just passing along from above.

I chose this location because of its positive reviews and expected basic professionalism. Instead, I was reminded very quickly that respect here is conditional. As I began explaining my situation to the woman at the desk, a man standing next to her abruptly interrupted me. Without letting me finish a sentence, he began talking about "security" and "safety," stated they don't print documents, and then told me to leave--purely because he did not want to help. No attempt to listen, no courtesy, no professionalism. What stood out wasn't the refusal--it was the attitude. It was very clear that because I wasn't there to buy a car, I wasn't worth basic human decency. Anyone who's ever bought a vehicle knows dealerships have no issue printing pay stubs, bank statements, or paperwork when money is involved. The double standard was obvious. I left calmly and with my head held high, but genuinely disappointed. This dealership presents itself well online, but in person, if you're not immediately profitable to them, you're treated as an inconvenience rather than a person. Spend your money accordingly.

With that said, she needed some work. The windshield had a few rock chips in it, and they replaced it for free. It had 12, yes, twelve small to medium dents in the hood and driver's door that needed to be addressed; (paintless dent repair $450) An (aluminum insert needed to be replaced $350). To be fair, the dealership took some cash off the top of the deal for the insert. I understood that downside. Now the bad part: less than a month and the check engine light comes on. I call the sales associate, and he connected me with the repair shop. In the end, the camshaft, and other engine components had went. All but the plugs were covered by the warranty. Total repair was over $4k all covered except the plugs and coils. The inspection report is email, and it says my front tires are almost gone: (I just brought the Jeep). So, that's another $500.00. The service dept. worked with me regarding the plugs and coils and I appreciate that. Sadly, while on the turnpike, I realize me hood was moving. THE TECH NEVER CLOSED AND SECURED THE HOOD. I WAS DOING 80 MPH ON THE PA TURNPIKE WITH AN UNSECURED HOOD!!!! When I closed on the purchase, everything was smooth as silk. I didn't have to leave the house, as they delivered her to the house and had everything prepared for me to sign. The sales associate does everything, so (THERE'S NO WAITING IN THE FINANCE MANAGER'S OFFICE)!!! Oh yeah, they gave me an exceptional deal on my '19 Ford Expedition Platinum. (My Expedition sold in less than two weeks). Lexus of Lehigh Valley is a great dealership and I will recommend them as a reputable dealership. Are they as good as Thompson Lexus? I think they rushed to put my Jeep on the lot, as I think Thompson would have caught that engine issue, and they would have fixed those dents prior to listing her. Everyone treated me well and with respect. I'll give them an 8/10.

I cannot recommend my sales consultant, **Joshua** Rumble, or Lexus Lehigh Valley highly enough. From our very first phone call through the purchase process and even my post-purchase questions, Joshua consistently delivered a tremendous level of service. Joshua took the time to truly listen to my concerns and priorities. As someone new to the Lexus brand, I especially appreciated how he walked me through the various models and trims in a clear, patient, and informative way, never making me feel rushed or burdensome despite the many questions I asked. His focus was always on ensuring the vehicle fit my needs rather than simply making a sale, which was evident in the several weeks of conversations, phone calls, and texts before I ever stepped into the dealership. Throughout, Joshua remained warm, professional, and welcoming, and by the time I arrived in person, he felt more like a trusted friend than a sales consultant. The dealership environment reflected the same high standards. Every team member I interacted with was pleasant, helpful, caring, and professional, creating an atmosphere that felt genuinely customer-centric. As a former hospitality manager for luxury brands, I hold customer service to a very high standard, and Lexus Lehigh Valley met and exceeded that expectation. The Ritz-Carlton maxim, "We are ladies and gentlemen, treating ladies and gentlemen," came to mind often during my experience, and this dealership truly embodies that philosophy. I have already referred several friends to Joshua because of the exceptional care and attention I received, and I am actively considering an additional purchase. Bravo to Joshua and the entire Lexus Lehigh Valley team for delivering a level of service that sets a new benchmark in automotive sales and customer care.

Many of the things that the dealer had been "warning" me about turned out to be fictitious. I did go back to the dealer, though, last year to have my battery replaced because it is very difficult to otherwise find a compatible battery that is available locally. No problem with that at the time. But a few weeks ago, I went back again because I noticed that there was a steering problem and needed it to get checked immediately (my regular mechanic books out weeks in advance). The found that a rear shock was broken - fine. But they also told me that my battery was reading low and recommended replacing it. I said, sure, go ahead, YOU just replaced it 6 months ago and it should be fully covered under warranty. They immediately backtracked and muttered something about how the test result must have been from the previous visit (clearly a lie - the previous visit, I came because the battery was DEAD, not low). I asked again when picking up the car about the battery test result, and they again brushed it off and changed the topic. Sorry, but I can't trust this dealer any more, and you shouldn't either.

General Manager Tom O'Donnell Canceled My Purchase After I Paid My $1K Deposit, Wired the Full $16K…read moreBalance, and Signed the Purchase Agreement! GM O'Donnell is holding the over $16K of my 21-year-old son's money he worked over four years saving, along with my $1K credit card deposit. O'Donnell's latest comment: "We will send a check in the mail for the (over $16,000) balance at our convenience." No. That money will be wired back to us the same way it was sent to Audi Allentown. I first worked with Tina, who sent me the Carfax and confirmed the vehicle had been sitting on the dealership's lot for four months. Because I was buying this three-year-old vehicle with nearly 100,000 miles, I wanted to do my due diligence. This wasn't just my money--my son had worked hard and saved for his first car purchase. I emailed Tina with several reasonable questions, including whether the car had undergone any previous pre-purchase inspections, whether the dealership had its own inspection report, and whether they could provide a cold-start video, underbody photos or video, and a complete walkaround. None of those questions were answered. Instead, Brad sent me a five-minute walkaround video that did not include a cold start, did not show underneath the vehicle, and did not address any of the questions I had asked. During that video, Brad also stated the vehicle came with a 3-month/3,000-mile powertrain warranty from the dealership. When I later received the purchase paperwork from General Manager Tom O'Donnell, the 3-month/3,000-mile powertrain warranty mentioned in the video was not included in the paperwork, which only added to my concerns. I also wanted an independent pre-purchase inspection, but despite multiple attempts, I could never get the dealership to coordinate one. That meant I was expected to buy an out-of-state vehicle for my son without the information or inspection I had requested. Communication throughout the process was consistently poor. At one point, I called looking for Tina, and the employee who answered told me, "There is no Tina here. You must have the wrong dealership." Despite all of those concerns, I still moved forward because my son really wanted the car. It was the exact color, make, model, and trim we had been searching for for months but could not find in our area. I should have used better judgment. Throughout the transaction, I never became more comfortable, my questions remained unanswered and an independent inspection was never coordinated. The day after I sent the wire transfer, I had to call the dealership four separate times just to get an update on my purchase. Eventually, I reached General Manager Tom O'Donnell, who told me the dealership had not yet received the wire. I explained my frustration with the poor communication and the fact that I had agreed to buy an out-of-state vehicle for my son based on a five-minute video without answers to my questions or an independent inspection. Rather than acknowledging those concerns or trying to work toward a solution, he canceled the transaction. Although we had signed the purchase agreement, I had paid the deposit, and I had wired the remaining balance the day before, GM Tom O'Donnell canceled the sale. When I called back hoping to resolve the situation, he told me there was "nothing else to talk about." He then said, "Once the wire clears, we will mail you a check at our convenience." I immediately placed a wire recall with my bank for the full balance and disputed the deposit with my credit card. After everything that had happened, I was left feeling that my business was not valued and that resolving my concerns was never a priority. I have never experienced anything like this. What should have been an exciting milestone for my son turned into days of uncertainty, phone calls, and trying to recover the money we had already committed to the purchase. I cannot recommend Audi Allentown based on how this transaction was handled by General Manager Tom O'Donnell.

I've been a customer of this place for over a decade. Today something unconscionable happened, so…read moreI'm going to expose a practice I didn't know existed. Do not let them play this trick on you. They'd been emailing me incessantly for months to get my car inspected. Money's so tight that I literally had to plan it around paycheck timing. Just yesterday my water heater burst all over my basement because it had corroded in less than 5 years. The plumber told me that my well water is too acidic. Needless to say, trying to get an impromptu loan for a water heater was traumatizing in and of itself. I got a high-interest loan for $2K. But I'd made this appointment for my inspection and I didn't want to be a no-show. Someone from Kelly had told me to print up an inspection coupon from online so I did. I found one for a $49 inspection and I could choose 3 free services with that coupon. So I had my neighbor print it up (I have no printer) and I drove there, still upset about how this water heater situation is going to make my life hell. I got there early. I'd made this appointment over a week ago. This guy, Anthony, motioned me over to his desk and I gave him the coupon. He asked which 3 free services I'd chosen. I told him the tire rotation, brake check, and a "check engine light scan." I also said that I would like my oil changed. That wasn't on the list, and I didn't know if it was something they'd look at during an inspection. (clearly not a car girl.) He was practically giddy. He added, "By the way, your state inspection is a free service. I do have to tell you that." That was my first red flag, because why in the ACTUAL F did i need to spend $45 for a free inspection? Even their coupon states that the car inspection is covered. Shysters. The second red flag was that he said it would take an hour and a half, when they'd told me it would take 1/2 an hour when I made the appointment, because I wanted to know whether I needed to be dropped off or wait. I'd chosen to wait, even though I had to take off work for that hour during a time it's hard to take off work. Two hours later, Anthony slithers up to me in their miserable waiting room where they blast some cheesy lifeguard soap opera for hours straight. It was physically jarring. He tells me that the mechanic found something... and that he couldn't pass me for an inspection. Keep in mind that my car has less than 23K miles on it and I've had it for 8 years. The brakes work perfectly, probably because I drive like an old lady though I'm not. I was just taught to maintain my car. I'd also recently had my tires inadvertently checked because I'd driven over a nail and had to replace a tire. ($95 for Progressive to send someone to put a donut on at 9PM at night, and then $200 for the regular tire replacement. Still bummed about that as well, but at least it seemed fair.) Anthony says that he doesn't know how I got to Kelly Service safely since I had no brake pads. My brakes don't even squeak. But I'm a chick in there alone and maybe look like a sucker. He told me that my dipstick was bone dry and no one could believe my car is running. Even between oil changes, I know how to check my oil. I had oil, it was just dark and I knew that meant it needed to be changed. My neighbor changed it 4K miles ago. Still, I had come into Kelly for a $45 inspection with 3 "free" services. Criminal. I thought my big splurge was the oil change. Anthony proceeds to scare the living hell out of me with "no one can believe you got here in one piece." He said I needed front brakes and the bill would be $363. At this point, my eyes have filled up. I asked him if I could leave and think about how to pay for the brakes. He said that he "couldn't" advise me on that. Sheer panic. I wondered if the water heater loan people could add $363. I thought I couldn't drive home safely and I was already freaked out about how late I was for my job. I told him I felt like I didn't have a choice. I finally just acquiesced and then tried to think about who could pick me up from there because I'd have to leave the car until I could pay for the new front brakes. I called my neighbor and he told me he could take me home. He was 30 minutes away, but he told me to call the loan people in the meantime just to see. I did and they added the $363.00. I sat at Kelly Service for another 2 hours feeling the weight of the world. Finally Anthony approached me and knelt down next to the miserable chair I'd been sitting in for hours, feeling an unbearable anxiety. He gave me a bill for $568.00. I had come into this place in good faith, thinking I was going to get a $45 inspection plus whatever an oil change costs. I got paid yesterday, so i was okay with possibly paying $100 for an inspection and oil change. I wouldn't even have known about the coupon if I hadn't been told by Kelly Services to print it up. The first words out of my mouth were, 'How could you do this to me?" Unconscionable shysters.
