I cannot recommend my sales consultant, **Joshua** Rumble, or Lexus Lehigh Valley highly enough. From our very first phone call through the purchase process and even my post-purchase questions, Joshua consistently delivered a tremendous level of service. Joshua took the time to truly listen to my concerns and priorities. As someone new to the Lexus brand, I especially appreciated how he walked me through the various models and trims in a clear, patient, and informative way, never making me feel rushed or burdensome despite the many questions I asked. His focus was always on ensuring the vehicle fit my needs rather than simply making a sale, which was evident in the several weeks of conversations, phone calls, and texts before I ever stepped into the dealership. Throughout, Joshua remained warm, professional, and welcoming, and by the time I arrived in person, he felt more like a trusted friend than a sales consultant. The dealership environment reflected the same high standards. Every team member I interacted with was pleasant, helpful, caring, and professional, creating an atmosphere that felt genuinely customer-centric. As a former hospitality manager for luxury brands, I hold customer service to a very high standard, and Lexus Lehigh Valley met and exceeded that expectation. The Ritz-Carlton maxim, "We are ladies and gentlemen, treating ladies and gentlemen," came to mind often during my experience, and this dealership truly embodies that philosophy. I have already referred several friends to Joshua because of the exceptional care and attention I received, and I am actively considering an additional purchase. Bravo to Joshua and the entire Lexus Lehigh Valley team for delivering a level of service that sets a new benchmark in automotive sales and customer care.

I walked over to the dealer to explain my situation and they were extremely helpful. I don't even own a Lexus and they helped me right away. They even offered a loaner car if my car could not be fixed. Unfortunately I did not get the two young gentleman's name that helped me. Great customer service

The appointment was confirmed again the same day, and I traveled an hour expecting to see the car. When I arrived, the vehicle wasn't on the lot, nor was anything comparable. The salesperson had no idea I was coming in, no background on what I was looking for, or the conversation in general. They will lock you in with promises of low prices that seem more competitive than other dealers, only to tell you the advertised vehicle isn't available and then try to sell you on something else. When I showed staff the online ad, we were quickly dismissed, told it was a "website error," and essentially waved out the door. The dealership later admitted there was an issue with their site but provided no proof or explanation. Everything about this felt misleading and unprofessional. Even written confirmation didn't matter here. Avoid this dealership at all costs unless you enjoy wasting your time or dealing with practices that appear to violate Pennsylvania's Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law.

They fixed my issue, but unbeknownst to me they never opened the hood to reconnect the transmission linkage, all they had to do was snap it back on. When I picked it up they even mentioned that it would not stay in park, and was dangerous to park without the emergency brake. I drove it like that, luckily i got to my mechanic safely where he reattached it. They did not go the extra mile at ALL. Second repair was for an oil valve, $70.00 part and 1/2 hour of labor. Charged me nearly $700.00!

WARNING WARNING WARNING - Do NOT trust this dealership with your vehicle…read more own a 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport (approximately 67,000 miles), which was brought to the dealership for a documented oil consumption issue previously identified by the dealership. The vehicle was placed under an oil consumption test and remained in the dealership's possession for over one month. During the testing period, the vehicle experienced a major engine failure, including multiple warning indicators and confirmed internal engine damage. The vehicle was diagnosed with cylinder damage and internal engine failure. Initially, the dealership attempted to attribute the failure to spark plugs. However, the spark plugs had been replaced by the same dealership approximately 10,000 miles prior, which was documented. Despite this, warranty coverage was initially questioned based on this explanation. The vehicle was later repaired under warranty after further escalation and review. Following the return of the vehicle, I immediately observed that the engine remained excessively loud. I was initially advised that this condition was normal. I returned the vehicle multiple times for further inspection. I was later informed the issue was related to the intake manifold. The dealership stated the manifold was replaced; however, the noise persisted. I was subsequently advised that the manifold had "failed," raising concerns regarding whether the repair was properly completed or accurately diagnosed. After each subsequent visit, additional issues were present that were not previously reported or observed prior to dealership possession, including: * Activation of airbag warning system * Exterior lighting malfunction * Damage to undercarriage plastic components * Improper reinstallation of engine-related components/clips On one occasion, upon immediate pickup, I did not leave the dealership parking lot before the same abnormal engine noise was again clearly present. I was then informed that the vehicle required replacement of calipers, rotors, and brake pads. This was inconsistent with prior documentation indicating only normal brake pad wear. Additionally, I was informed that the vehicle had been driven over 100 miles while in the dealership's possession. Throughout the course of service, I experienced inconsistent communication, lack of adequate assistance regarding towing and rental support, and conflicting statements regarding loaner vehicle availability. A service advisor was initially dismissive and unhelpful when assistance was requested.

Before making the trip, I did everything a reasonable customer should do: I called ahead, confirmed that a specific vehicle was physically in stock, and even scheduled an appointment to come see it. Based on that assurance, I drove an hour and a half--one way-expecting a straightforward, professional interaction. Instead, I arrived to find that the person I had scheduled an appointment with was not working and that the vehicle did not exist on the lot. It had been sold months prior. This wasn't a minor oversight-it was either gross incompetence or a deliberate bait-and-switch tactic to get customers through the door. What makes this worse is that there was no accountability, and certainly no acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused by their misinformation. The manager's main concern was preventing me from leaving so they could upsell me a different car. A dealership that cannot accurately track its inventory--or worse, misrepresents it--does not deserve your time or trust. I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business here to think twice and be prepared for disappointment. In an industry where trust is already fragile, this kind of experience only reinforces why so many people dread car shopping. I will never patronize this dealership again.
