The Service Department was excellent and I'm so glad that I called. I had initially scheduled an appointment at a certain NJ dealership. After looking at some online reviews, I cancelled and called Ciocca in Allentown, PA. 1. I was immediately offered a loaner vehicle which the other dealership did not. 2. The service department has convenient hours and closes at 7 P.M. Tyler was really nice checking me in and out to get me on my way. The Technician sent a video of his recommendations and I thought that was pretty cool. James the service manager was accessible when I made a follow up call with questions, and he took care of a billing issue due to a small lapse in communication. Beware of Audi Allentown! I bought a used 40,000 mile Audi A3 from Ciocca Audi Allentown and the first drive back home I had multiple misfires. The car was not detailed properly and they gave me a car with nearly bald tires. Fast forward two years into ownership I had a water pump issue covered under warranty. I thought I lucked out.... two years later my water pump fails AGAIN. Here come to find out from a VW/Audi shop that this has been leaking for years. The mechanic said " it is protocall to rectify any/all oil leak around the waterpump assemblies before replacing as it destroys the plastic and seals. so why Audi did nothing about your oil leak when they were in there is beyond me....". That was the reason for all the damage, there was a missing bolt from when they replaced it originally, and a $2171 bill. I went to the GM Tom and Manager Nate to confront them about this issue and they denied all responsibility. They refused to help out financially in any sort of way or even give credit when they were the ones who caused it. Premium prices...low quality work . I would not suggest going to Ciocca as I will not be going back. (After owner answering) warranty had nothing to do with it. It was the lack of attention and neglect while under warranty. Issue wasn't found while happening under warranty and was the root cause of damaged thermostat later on when out of warranty. Bought my preowned Audi from Ciocca and purchased an extended warranty thru Ciocca's recommended company. TWICE in the 4 years I've owned it I've had it in to Ciocca for repairs. BOTH times they 'conveniently' forgot I had that warranty coverage. Thankfully my hubby remembered & I reminded them & after some checking of their records they realized I did indeed have coverage. Last week's repair would have cost me $1200+ out of pocket but with my warranty I only paid $230+. I think they are a sneaky, underhanded, disreputable organization. I had a very poor experience with this dealer and its various employees. I was lied to on numerous occasions by several folks. I was working with Dylan, a sales associate, to purchase a 2007 RS4 - I have in writing, from Dylan, stating the car would be mine in several messages. I gave Dylan my credit card number to take a $5k deposit on the vehicle. Then I proceeded to process a hard credit check, and got the loan funded that same day. I then set up and scheduled shipping for the vehicle (I live out of state). With funds sitting in my checking account all that was left was to get a call back from the finance department to get wire instructions and proceed with the bill of sale. That call never came. I reached out several times and had various employees lie to me saying that folks were 'really busy' that day - and received zero calls back from anyone at the dealer from this point on. And at one point, they simply started ignoring my calls - where nobody at the dealer would pick up the phone. At the end of the second day I got a text from Tom, the dealer's GM, apologizing and letting me know they had sold the car to someone else. Yes, a text message, not a phone call. The whole process reminded me how little integrity folks can really have. I never got a call/text back from Dylan apologizing. I'm still dealing with the loan situation, but at the very least, I'll end up with a few days of interest on a loan for a car I never received. I thought working with an Audi dealer, rather than a used car dealer, would result in a better experience - definitely not the case. Avoid these low-integrity-folks if possible. read more

I purchased a 2019 A4 at Audi Allentown this past weekend. I heard that rear end "Audi Rumble" on the full tight 360 degree turn the next day. My googling revealed this is a common problem; some people state that the vehicle does this under "normal" operation. In other cases, it is a well-known but simple problem that needs to be repaired - poor lubrication in the differential gear box. I was concerned it might be something bigger that needed to be fixed before it got worse or cause a break down in the future, so I spoke to the dealership. Although they were under no obligation to do so (the 2019 is out of warranty and those extended warranties are never worth the cost), they test drove it and put it up on the rack to inspect the differential gear box ands fluid. They service guys told me they did not find any issues and they even took an additional look over of the vehicle (not because I asked) to see if anything else needed attention or servicing at this time. Fortunately, they told me it did not and sent me a video of the underside of the car. It was a real "stand behind the vehicle" response involving a used vehicle. They did not have to go out of their way to do this. And they gave me a loaner vehicle in the meantime, which they were also not obligated to do, especially with a used car purchase. I will update this review if anything goes wrong in he future, but for now this is the best dealership experience I have had - and I never service my vehicles at the dealer, so I have seen it all (and purchased more than 6 used vehicles from private parties and one used car dealership in Los Angeles, where you really have to watch out for the rip off guys). As to the other reviews on here, it looks like some of the worst ratings are due to that lovely Josh guy. For example, the guy with the trade in valuation issue may not have done his homework to get a reasonable price for the car. Most people know used car sales make their money with low trade-in valuations. Not that that would ever excuse a salesperson who took advantage. In any event, always consider the issues that can be behind any on-line review and determine if it even applies to your transaction. BTW, I find a few reports of the same problem, I stay away. But I had a great experience and am relieved and looking forward to doing business with these guy in the future if I need to. read more

Can't tell you how disappointed I am in this dealership. From the time I purchased the car (they misquoted pricing and then tried to change the final delivery price because they said they forgot that I lived in NJ and it effected delivery charges). Then a year ago, there was a malfunction in the gas tank opening that would kick off the fuel pump. Car was under warranty, but I had to go through hoops of writing Audi to get them to do the repair. Last week I get a notice that there is a recall and I am due for re-inspection. I make the appointment (and they text/email every day to remind me), show up this morning and they tell me that the service was going to take twice as long than originally told. I decide to still wait and then ten minutes later, they tell me that they are backed up from the day before and it's going to take longer. Poorly run dealership. Audi of Allentown was the worst car shopping experience I have ever had. I sent numerous emails listing the specific Audi's I was interested in along with information on my trade in and they never responded to my emails. I even checked my spam folder and no response from them. I even used a different email address in case there was an issue with my yahoo mail, and still no answer from them on my questions. All I got were multiple canned response emails. Avoid working with Meredith Hornberger at all cost. She is the one that just sends canned emails without answering your specific questions. I also contacted (and CC:ed) Ciara Miranda the e-Business manager and even she didn't respond. So I then CC:ed Marcus Davis the Sales Manger and Andrew Wallett the General Manager and even they didn't ensure that my questions were answered. I buy a new car every one to two years and have never experienced anything like this. Avoid Audi Allentown at all costs. Alex DeStefanis showed me the 2020 A5 coupe, and I agreed to purchase but had to have assistance. My assistance was out of state, and they knew it all. Credit was run, and I was told that a credit application held the car. Alex & Finance were off for 2 days and followed up that they shipped out all paperwork to be signed. In the meantime, my fiance and I stopped into the dealership so he could see the car and drive it. We asked do we need to leave a deposit he stated No its parked in the back with a SOLD sticker no one can buy it since all financing has bern cleared and they do not accept deposits on pre-owned vehicles. My co-applicant still hasn't received the paperwork, but I have a text stating it was on the way. Today, I got a call from the general manger they Sold the car that they didn't know. It smelled like a mechanic and was dirtier than when I dropped it off. The 2nd visit was to fix a coolant leak. It came back with excessive oil leaks that it didn't have before me dropping it off. Left rear lights are off and to top it all on pickup my engine light was on at pickup so I had to leave it there for another few days. They said the issue is fix but I think they just turned off the warning because I don't get low oil warnings anymore since that visit even though my oil leak is absolutely terrible, 10 times more than when I used to get the warnings. Listen! Do not go here the mechanics are the worst. Also the second time I was told to my face military benefits was applied but after looking at the bill it blatantly wasn't. After wasting days trying to finalize the deal, they will tell you that you do not qualify for programs that you do (as per Audi corporate). We asked basic questions and most were ignored or redirected to something else. Eventually the sales manager came over and he was by far the most impatient person I've dealt with. Sales person never called to let me know and claims no foul because he didn't run my credit card. I truly don't know where to begin. This visit to Audi Allentown was just so awful I had to leave a review. The location reaches out TO ME! They literally reached out to me about the buy back program because I have a year, make and model for a vehicle that is in demand and they don't have. I was interested in what they had to offer and to see what I could get for the car. I SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT to meet with somebody at 2:30pm so that they could look over the car and see what they would offer for the car. I arrive at the dealership at 2:20pm walk into the show room and was not greeted and i'd go as far as to say, just straight up ignored. After about 5-10mins I approached an employee to inform them that I was there for an appointment. He say "Ok, I'll inform them that you are here" and walks off. I sit down in the showroom for about 40mins before I get tired of sitting down and just walk around a little to look at some cars. At this point I have seen at least 10 Audi Allentown employees walk past me and pay me no mind, including the same guy that said he would inform the people I was there to meet with that I was in the dealership. Another 20mins passes as I'm standing in the middle of the showroom not being helped. During this time I see an older gentleman walk into the showroom and within 3mins of being there get asked by 3 different employees if he's being helped as they proceed to walk past me. After having been sitting and standing around for over an hour I just decided to leave and stop having my time wasted. I'm not sure in what world that such a reputable business thinks its fine that they schedule an appointment for a customer to come in and have something done, that is ultimately benefiting them, and then literally waste 80mins of their day. I had such a hard time wrapping my head around this that I still can't believe it actually happened. The only thing more difficult than wrapping my head around the idea is trying to put into words the level of frustration that comes from the experience. That being said From Liz Huddle who scheduled the appointment to the 10+ Audi Allentown employees that blatantly ignored me. Congratulations on providing me with the absolute worst customer experience that I have ever had. If I wanted to drive 11 miles to have my time wasted I could have done so at a bunch of better places. BUYER BEWARE: They invite us to come look at the new cars 3 months prior to our lease being up (leased a q7 through them 3 years ago) and they quote us at 300 dollars above the Audi website calculation...love the car, but the dealer is crooked. The 5 year zero money down on the car had lower payments then the lease offer. Lexus down the street offered us a lease for RX (55k car) for 200 dollars less then the Q5 (not the 7...but the 5). Car is easily 10k more expensive. And remember we were potentially repeat buyers...so good luck if your a first timer. If you go here...know your price points and be ready for a battle. And if the owner happens to read this review...please note, this service not only has turn me off of this dealer...but all Ciocca dealers. My daughter had a deal to buy a 2022 A6 from this dealer. They never told her the deal was only good until 03/31/2022, although later they claimed they did! She had planned to close the deal on 03/31/2022 and actually leave the car at the dealership to pick it up on 04/01/2022. She made this arrangement so that they could get the car into March sales! She was doing this to accommodate the dealer never realizing that they would not honor the deal after 03/31. On 03/31 there were severe weather alerts and being 45 minutes away from Allentown decided it would be foolish to take the chance of driving to Allentown in dangerous weather! Dropped off my '17 Q7 prestige for a distance sensor misalignment (thanking my dad for backing up into it btw) and decided to do a 4 wheel alignment while it was there. I have trust issues with people touching my car in other shops and leaving scratches on the wheels and whatnot. I was told my work will cost somewhere around $800 over the phone. When I got there and needed a rental they told me there was nothing left for the day but next door Subaru dealer had enough cars. I came back to pick up my car and only paid for. 4 wheel alignment around $300 bucks!(apparently 4 wheel alignment and driver assistance is all included) Thank you Audi for taking care of my car and me! Waisted my time going to this dealer, the dealer makes business from a trailer. They tell you one thing on the phone, and you get there and they tell you another thing. They tell you a great price on the phone and when you get there they give you a shitty price. They dont even have the audacity to clean a used car that your test driving. Specially when a car smells like pure cigarettes, they don't even waste a $1 to buy an air freshner for the car. They dont like making deals.and only wanna accommodate themselves. Last visit was only to swap tires to summer; over 50 min and about 70 miles were clocked on the car, it was returned with goo over the rims and after cleaning turns out freshly refinished wheels showed paint damage right at the edges and center caps. Be clear that the service reps were wonderful but that's the last straw for me on service there. Heaven help you if they do that or worse to your RS.... The service department is horrible. I took my car to be serviced for what I thought would be a simple sunroof issue. I ended up taking my car to the service department three times in one week. Each time I left, I left with more issues than I came in with. Ended up taking it to Audi Warrington (highly recommend) and they were able to fix the issue within the hour. It was a simple fix! They too were baffled as to why Allentown couldn't fix the issue the three times I brought it in. Very little knowledge and transparency at the Allentown location. I must say when I first went there I was happy, people are really great and nice even when it's busy, but I've gone there 3 times now, the last 2 times I have left unhappy. I took my car there to get answers and ended up leaving with the same problems. I've paid a lot of money just to be told what I already know and problems not being fixed.
