So, they not only tried an insulting low bid out the gate they stuck to a number well below the guarenteed trade by Subaru. If you aren't educated and done your research, Ciocca will with out hesitation ignore fair values and try and rip you off. We went to another dealer that gave a higher discount and 21000 on the trade. They won the sale .
