If they had better wrenches, a bigger air compressor and better workers maybe I would have gotten tires done. But I had to take my tires and drive to my own mechanic. The guys at auto are not helpful with solving problems. They're just have excuses for everything. Learned my lesson.

I returned home at 9 PM the next morning Monday, January 23 I tried calling your Center all day long and no one answered hoping at least I could have a picture of the damaged tire to show the dealership and maybe I could get a new tire for it so now I am out one tire. Many attempts with questions through their website but only one return reply. Their command of the English language is quite laughable! Long story short, the unit arrived and the box was somewhat damaged. I kept it in the box until this past weekend. My Son is very knowledgeable with Pressure washers and connections so we went at it. They suggested preventative maintenance which I was happy to approve because waiting until it's bad usually costs twice as much or more. I did not feel taken advantage of, they made me feel comfortable. After I picked my vehicle up, when I got closer to home the low tire warning light came on. My wife called Kari who gave suggestions.
