I picked up my pre-owned Jeep today, and the experience I had, from start to finish, was commendable. I was greeted by Richey last week as i entered the sales floor , and he treated me with the utmost respect as I was a first time customer at this dealership, looking for lease end options on my current vehicle. He explored and reviewed several options with patience and professionalism . I highly recommend this dealership, as well as Richey in sales, and Ryan in finance as well, who was able to listen with respect and find the ideal situation that worked for me. Special thanks to Luis for having all the paperwork in order, and have the day of delivery signing a breeze! Many thanks to all, Faith Allentown, PA

(I'm embarrassed to say, I have forgotten his name! It's only because I was blown away by his great service.) :) He told me that my vehicle would need a couple of things but they could wait, and said I might as well get all the use out of the current parts that I can. I don't think I have ever heard a mechanic say anything like that!! He even told me when they are having special promotions on the things I would need. To me, that was an excellent display of concern for the customer. I felt like my time and money were valued, and trust was built. I've bought many cars in my life and have never had someone try to scan me so blatantly! I personally could never trust a business run like this!!!!
