I can't believe I never left a review for Boyko. When we lived in Emmaus, we started going to…read moreBoyko shortly after he opened in Vera Cruz. Then we followed him to Main St in Emmaus because he's honest and does good work. There is a reason he started out in a smaller shop in Vera Cruz and then moved to a bigger shop. He has had to of made a lot of customers happy besides us to grow his business over the years. What 10 years maybe he's been around? I've had so many used cars brought to him including friend's cars from out of town. I vouched for Chris and he did a good job for them and for a fair price. This Nancy lady who has only left 1 review ever, seems to be a difficult customer you wouldn't want anyway. Some people you can't please. Say that did happen, even the big chains have that 1 out of 100 mess up. No business can bat 1000% year after year. Its unrealistic. Sometimes there is a bad repair, or bad diagnosis and that unlucky person, well maybe they deserve it. The universe is a funny place. Example of Chris Boyko going above and beyond... I had an old Ford F150 and the 4WD wouldn't engage. Chris figured it out that it was at the switch. The part was expensive to replace. You know what Chris did? He made the part in his shop. Saved me 100's of dollars. He didn't have to do that but he cares about his customers and his business and that gets rarer and rarer as time goes on.

I have been using the services of Boyko Automotive for the past 15 years. Chris has always been…read morehonest, competent and fair.

Safari Auto Repair owner Ali is a good, honest man. He has been taking care of my 2004 Toyota…read moreTundra like it was his own vehicle. His mechanic ( Mark) is excellent as well. After having a check engine light show I took the truck in and can't say enough about the guidance I received about the pros and cons to solve the problem. I got phone calls and follow up to make sure all was done to my satisfaction. I was taken into the shop to look at the parts that needed to be replaced. They worked a longer day than planned ( a Saturday). Not a glamorous place but the honesty and care provided is why I recommend Safari to anyone wanting quality car car.

The last time I went to Nissan they told me I needed new rear brakes on my Rogue, but they did not…read morespecify whether I just needed brake pads or rotors as well. I usually go to Nissan for all of my maintenance because I get free oil changes. This time I wanted to try a different shop because the dealership I go to is in Feasterville-Trevose so any type of car maintenance is very time consuming. I saw Safari had good reviews and was right done the street from me so I figured I would check them out. Not only was I able to get an appointment the same day, I was also able to get one 45 minutes after I called! Once I got there I was told it would need brake pads and rotors so it would take a couple hours. It didn't take that long! I also had an issue with one of my TPMS sensors and they were able to take care of that as well. As I was checking out, I decided to ask Alan about my other car. It is rear wheel drive so I normally don't drive it in the winter. Last winter I didn't drive it enough so the battery ended up dying. I was looking into investing into a battery tender, but I was not sure if that would be the best option for me. Alan gave me great advice so other car should start right up when the weather gets warmer. My experience at Safari Automotive Service was awesome! You go to these big dealerships, have an appointment, but spend hours there when you have other things to do. It's ridiculous! Safari got me in and out and was able to give me useful information about both of my vehicles. As far as value goes...you gotta pay to play. Cars are expensive and require routine maintenance in order to keep them running on the road. The staff were friendly and honest which is a breath of fresh air. Sometimes shops try to take advantage of people, but I didn't feel that way with Safari. Another bonus about Safari Automotive Service is that they do auto detailing. I will have to check it out this summer! Thank you Safari Automotive Service for your excellent service!!!
