To whom it may concern, After satisfactorily purchasing my last four vehicles from Outten I must move on. While Sales and Service have always been exemplary, I recently brought in my vehicle for it's annual complimentary state inspection I was informed that I needed approximately $12,000 worth of repairs on a vehicle that only had 18,000 miles on it. Regardless of the reasons, Outten's inflated beyond reasonable expectation service rates combined with the apparently subpar product I purchased which requires 25% of the purchase price before it even reaches 20,000 miles... Is unacceptable. I paid the ridiculous $150 for a set of wiper blades which is the last penny I will give to Outten. I'm sadly moving on. My Chrysler 200 is high in miles and 10 years old, but that's no excuse for the lug nuts needing to be replaced for the 3rd time. Lug nuts should last the life of the vehicle. I get it the weather around here is hit or miss and they spray some gnarly stuff on the roads in wintry weather, but c'mon, a full replacement of all 20 lug nuts for the 3rd time in 10 years? I'm done. What should've been a routine oil change turned into a $575 lug nut replacement. It's been real, Outten, but I'm done. I miss Gary...

Buying a car can be a very stressful affair, but dealing with the folks at Kelly was not only NOT stressful, it was actually enjoyable! Jacelyn contacted us with information about the car, and she was a delight--so personable, so helpful, and so efficient! She connected us with Tim, and he went above and beyond to help us. He was responsive to our questions, respectful of our concerns, and thorough and efficient in handling all the particulars, and he did it all with a friendly demeanor that put us right at ease--none of the "shifty car salesman" vibes here! We were so impressed with the service there that we made arrangements to buy the car the next day and drove SEVEN (!!!) hours for the transaction (they were more than 300 miles away). Tim was so patient with out questions, and we felt very catered-to. Even the loan officer found a way to make signing a car loan a pleasant time. We drove home happy! Since then, they have called just to see how we were enjoying the car (LOTS). If you want a great experience from start to finish, DEFINITELY see the folks at Kelly Toyota...even if you have to drive 300 miles to do so! Thanks Tim, and everyone else!

We ended up wanting to buy a more expensive truck they had on the lot. We thought we had a deal until the numbers for our trade went down by a $1000. We decided to sell the car privately and not trade it in to Kelly. After that decision, we were told that now we had to purchase the Zurich warranty that we had previously been told was optional. Things started to spiral after another couple arrived and began showing interest in the truck that was now ours to lose. Needless to say, we left the dealership after the these two issues and the other couple bought the truck. The manager, Kim it think, never even made an effort to get off his A$$ and come speak to us. Instead he just had the salesman deliver the messages. I have never been to a dealership where the manager doesn't come over and at least introduce himself and it's not like they busy on a Wednesday afternoon.

    Bought a 2021 Blazer RS at Outten Chevrolet in November of 2022. After 6 months I started noticing…read morea smell of antifreeze occassionally after turning the car off and getting out. Brought the issue up at my next service visit (around 25k miles). I was told that they didn't find anything and sent me on my way. The smel persisted but I never noticed any antifreeze where I parked but continued to bring up the issue at service visits. Nothing was found to be the cause. October of this year I brought my Blazer in for an inspection and oil change (42k miles) and was told my radiator was leaking. Cost to replace, $1500 because it was conveniently out of the warrenty period. I explained that the smell of antifreeze was present for the last year and was brought up at each visit so obviously the problem with the radiator was present under warrenty. They did not budge on their stance of $1500, they even tried to sell me $2000 worth of tires. A quick search of the official chevy parts site shows the radiator cost is $308. That puts the cost to install at $1100. Customer care was also useless in trying to get this resolved. Will never purchase another GM vehicle from Outten and will look outside of the GM family for my next vehicle.

Despite paying all the documentation fees upfront, the dealership has failed to complete the paperwork with the DMV. I have called multiple times and am constantly given excuses or sent to a voicemail that no one returns. I am now stuck with an expensive driveway ornament that I cannot legally drive because the temporary tags have expired.
