I have learned a valuable lesson always always read the reviews first. I have purchased many used and new vehicles over my 30+ years of driving I have never had this happen to me before. I now have read all the reviews and I see it is not worth me calling Joshsav Motors because they know what they are doing by not being "transparent or honest" and I won't get anywhere by doing so but we too were just as "transparent and honest" about the trade in and you too took us at our word as well. I do feel it imperative that I share my experience so that you don't make the same mistake. 1 1/2 weeks ago I purchased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. Here are 9 things that are wrong with the Jeep (Service Shifter Code, Check Engine light, Constant Misfiring, Remote start doesn't work, needs upper control arm and ball joint, windshield washer nozzle broken, power mirrors don't work, broken passenger headrest, driver door does not stay open) since the moment I turned it on after signing the paperwork. I want to start with what I now understand. Any car that you turn in as a trade-in for collateral if you don't want to put cash down, is NOT "brought to auction" as they say they will. What they do is ask you if your car has any major issues and take you at your word just as you take them at theirs and both parties get an AS-IS vehicle then throw a price out as most places do. Except actual car people that know anything about cars would have taken my car and junked it. We got the better deal no matter how many problems the jeep has 1 1/2 weeks later. What you are actually buying when you shop here is a piece of crap to someone else that didn't want to put anymore time or $ into their car and decided to trade up. They say that their mechanic looks over their vehicles before sold to you. They are deemed safe or even decent but in actuality what they do is clear codes and put zip ties on cars to hold them together for a test drive and sell unsafe vehicles unfit for the road. Now on to the WORST car I have ever bought from anyone. The car test drove fine. There was a little sound but really nothing stood out. It was a quiet ride and for never owning a jeep before I assumed they ride a little hard anyway. A couple of days later we went back and signed the papers. Luckily my husband noticed the lug nut on the Jeep needed a special key to it and asked. Jose was done with us and found the key in the glove compartment and couldn't run away fast enough to another unaware customer about to get screwed as well. Now we signed an AS IS car- but don't forget the "DO NOT CALL US" sign that hangs on the wall and that you have to sign as well. When I started the jeep the Service Shifter light came on, I looked at my husband and he said "Well we can't call them" and we knew right then and there the codes had been cleared !!! We left for just a short drive home and the check engine light came on. There is a total of 9 things wrong with jeep both MAJOR and Minor. We bought what "we as customers" all turn in when we have had enough and want to trade up. I still feel we got the better deal because even though we will have things to fix on the car that my husband can do without having to pay the labor, the satisfaction of knowing that we were able to get $2000 for that minivan we didn't expect more then $500 is worth all of the frustration! We got the last laugh. Now onto all of my local social media platforms to share my wonderful new purchase experience with all my local friends that will never shop there and obviously you don't like repeat customers! You bought my 2012 Chrysler Town & Country "AS IS - NO WARRANTY" and took us at our word as well. You could've had it fixed or junked. You would make more money junking it for parts. Good luck buddy with all your future business. I appreciate all you did for us we had a great conversation with you and a few laughs with you and at your expense. If you would like to trade back hit me up ... oh wait. DON'T CALL ME- I left the lot. read more
