I left feeling valued and appreciated. - A rarity in today's marketplace. They installed a fairly complicated removable trailer hitch on my BMW. After pickup Tom ( the owner) saw me in the parking lot under car struggling with the removal progress. In a flash HE TOO was on the ground next to me, under the car showing me how to do it. In his good clothes? Yup. Really? He then offered to make me a CUSTOM TOOL that would provide more leverage for my 72 year old hands! Summary They made sure I didn't leave without getting the hang of this tricky removal process. And to boot, they invited me to return after the summer and they would remove it if I was still unable. Folks-This is a spectacular operation- clearly led from the top down. They deserve your business. You can believe all the positive reviews here. Scott Messinger Owner Eyeland Optical Whitehall, Pa.

I actually did enjoy my time there. I bought the car there two weeks before, and my experience was great. My salesman got me the car I wanted at the monthly payments I was willing to make. I didn't think they would be able to get me the deal, but they bent over backwards for me. This is actually the second car I've bought there. I would have preferred to order the tires through Greg's to support a local business, but with snow coming I was not able to accept the lead time - I needed a special size that I wouldn't expect them to carry, so for most people this probably wouldn't be an issue. In any case, the team was very understanding and didn't hold it against me. The tires were mounted (and old tires disposed) for about $145. They did a nice job of avoiding any damage to my expensive wheels, which I can't say has always been the case with other tire installers. I will definitely go back to Greg's the next time I need tires.
