Not a good experience. There are plenty of Chevy / GM Dealers in the area; I'd strongly recommend anyone except this dealership. I am not recommending any specific one and have no connections to anyoen that works at a car dealership, so I am sharing because I am hoping I can save someone from experiencing what I've gone through. I am not an attorney, so I'm hesitant to share my full experience because I don't know the exact wording to use from a factual standpoint exclusively, and I also don't have solid proof of what was done to me, so as a lone citizen, I'm sure it would be in their interest to pay an attorney to try and silence me. When I decided to buy a new car it was very important to me to do my homework to find a car that fit my lifestyle, my budget and find dealer that was courteous and helpful. I checked the dealer rating for chevy dealers from Wilkes Barre to Allentown and decided to go to Wind Gap Chevy based on the wonderful comnents and I am so happy I did. My daughter and I visited the showroom today, without expecting to qualify for as much as a used broken tricycle..... And they approved us!! I first spoke with Rose, who was very welcoming and understanding of my very bleak financial circumstances. Then we were welcomed by Roger, who's salesmanship was second to none, and took the better part of his day to show us the best cars in our price range and even took more time to give us a tour of the whole facility and introduced is to the owner Tom. We were approved, but despite the whole company's efforts, and to no fault of our own, we couldn't complete the purchase due to high insurance rates. I won't lie - this was going to be a bad review. After buying a 'project car' I found there were some bolts missing, and NOT the kind you can get at ACE. I got the parts ordered here, but when I went to get them, they were NOT there and I had to drive an hour to get them (I couldn't wait). It turns out that, due to MY misunderstanding of where they were ordered and communicating that to the parts guy on duty, they were looking in the wrong place. The parts manager heard how disappointed I was and called me. Upon hearing I had driven an hour out of my way, he offered me a gift card and a sincere apology. Hey, I get that people make mistakes, but it was the above-and-beyond apology that sealed it for me. These guys care. read more

This is my third vehicle from this dealership and I couldn't be more satisfied. If you can get past their commercials you will find a staff that is on top of their game. Our most recent purchase of a 2018 Chevy Equinox was a pleasure. Bryan Statler really took the time to explain all the features of this car which had a lot more bells and whistles than our previous cars. He would not let us leave until he was satisfied that we were comfortable with driving the car and familiar with the options and their operation. Just took the Saturn to a garage that was recommended by two people. The car went up on the lift and the whole front end is gone. I was shown the rust and was not charged one cent by the garage. How the service people missed this is beyond comprehension. In addition, I spent $110.00 to be told by service that the ECM was gone, and that I would need another one, but they are not available, WRONG, I found after market, used and reconditioned and brand new ones online. I was on vacation when my suburban developed a water leak from the driver side sun visor. I called the closest dealership (Wind Gap Chevrolet Buick) on the day before a national holiday (Thanksgiving). I was connected to John Johnston in service. He suggested to have me bring the suburban by so he could have one of his techs look at the leak. Within 45 minutes the suburan was leak free and washed.
