Friday morning a get an extremely rude call insisting I dropped the car off in mistake and she had no idea it was there. Called me rudely snapping at me for answers instead of asking boss who was on vacation why the car was dropped off and if he knew anything about it. he himself told me to drop it off on the exact day he was hoing to be on vacation but failed to tell anyone else at the shop. Then when they fail to fix it and tell me it's out of their expertise and I had to pay to take the car elsewhere to fix we called insurance company to complain. They agreed and escalated the matter to their admin for insurance fraud. Well I go back and kindly ask for the keys to my sons car without raising my voice or causing a scene and she holds the keys up to her chest and refuses to give me the keys after I ask numerous times. She keeps insisting she wants to show me something. I say I'm not interested in her showing me anything bc I no longer want them to do anything with my car since my insurance company is paying for it to go elsewhere. She refuses to give me the keys and I have to physically grab them from her. I was advised not too drive my vehicle so when I dropped my vehicle off at their shop I told them not too drive it. They proceeded too drive my car multiple miles too another location to get the work done to it instead of towing it. So they claimed it was okay because it was just a tiny crack. That doesn't matter it is their job too treat my vehicle with care while it was in their possession, and yet they couldn't even do that. Once they fixed the oil pan they called me and said that they replaced the oil pan, and my car was ready for pick up so I asked them "did you guys also fix the resonater. They told me "uhhhhh let me check". They did not. they had my vehicle for over a month and didn't even do all of the work before trying too give it back too me. I was then told that the lady who did my paperwork for my car must've forgot too put it down. Then after they had my car for another week, I went too pick it up to which the same lady who forgot too put down the information of why needed work proceeded too ring me up with the wrong customers bill, I was given the wrong deductible, the wrong receipt and the wrong estimate. This place does nothing right do not bring your vehicle here under any circumstances.
