I called and the young lady I spoke with said they could look at it and try to help right away. I had the car towed to Ken's, and it was lunch time. The young lady suggested a little sandwich shop a short walk down the road, and it was excellent. When I got back to Ken's, the guys were back from lunch and had my car in the bay. I sat down in their very comfy lounge, and the diagnosis and information needed to make a decision were clearly communicated to me within a few minutes. I gave them a go-ahead, and they started to work while waiting for a replacement part. They had me on my way by 3:30, and I was quite happy with the price for the considerable work they did. These are decent honest people who treated a traveler from out of the area like an old friend. I hate that I broke down, but thank my lucky star for where it happened.

I figured the tow truck operator was only trying to help and did not know they could not fix my car. The guys I the shop offered a couple of places that could do the work on Monday. All in all I appreciated that they were honest about not doing the work. The tow truck operator had good customer service and made me feel at ease while on the side of the highway broke down with two kids. The next day, I towed to another repair shop and the office staff was wonderful, an older gentleman and the younger gentleman dispatcher. My second tow driver was as nice and competent as the first. I would recommend the shop based on the character of the folks I dealt with in my limited experience.

Friday morning a get an extremely rude call insisting I dropped the car off in mistake and she had no idea it was there. Called me rudely snapping at me for answers instead of asking boss who was on vacation why the car was dropped off and if he knew anything about it. he himself told me to drop it off on the exact day he was hoing to be on vacation but failed to tell anyone else at the shop. Then when they fail to fix it and tell me it's out of their expertise and I had to pay to take the car elsewhere to fix we called insurance company to complain. They agreed and escalated the matter to their admin for insurance fraud. Well I go back and kindly ask for the keys to my sons car without raising my voice or causing a scene and she holds the keys up to her chest and refuses to give me the keys after I ask numerous times. She keeps insisting she wants to show me something. I say I'm not interested in her showing me anything bc I no longer want them to do anything with my car since my insurance company is paying for it to go elsewhere. She refuses to give me the keys and I have to physically grab them from her. I was advised not too drive my vehicle so when I dropped my vehicle off at their shop I told them not too drive it. They proceeded too drive my car multiple miles too another location to get the work done to it instead of towing it. So they claimed it was okay because it was just a tiny crack. That doesn't matter it is their job too treat my vehicle with care while it was in their possession, and yet they couldn't even do that. Once they fixed the oil pan they called me and said that they replaced the oil pan, and my car was ready for pick up so I asked them "did you guys also fix the resonater. They told me "uhhhhh let me check". They did not. they had my vehicle for over a month and didn't even do all of the work before trying too give it back too me. I was then told that the lady who did my paperwork for my car must've forgot too put it down. Then after they had my car for another week, I went too pick it up to which the same lady who forgot too put down the information of why needed work proceeded too ring me up with the wrong customers bill, I was given the wrong deductible, the wrong receipt and the wrong estimate. This place does nothing right do not bring your vehicle here under any circumstances.
