Cannot say enough good things about this place! From the incredible customer service to the cleanliness of the shop and the amazing technician who fixed our car. Our vehicle broke while we were on our way home from NYC to Buffalo. We were desperate and exhausted. After finding out it would not only be a costly fix but a labor intensive fix, they pointed us in the direction of financing and even referred us to a rental car location. Firstly, their name is not just a catchy advertisement; the company is owned by Emmanuel, who is up-front and straightforward. Honesty is the perfect name for his shop. The work they did on my car was exceptional. Manny and Larry communicated clearly with me every step of the way, and they helped me to deal with my insurance company and the rental agency - something which otherwise would have been extremely challenging. When I saw my car after the work was completed, I was entirely amazed. They not only repaired the exterior damage, but somehow managed to make my six year old car look brand new! In addition, Larry helped me with several other issues I was having with my car and answered questions about parts and services which I was never able to get a straight answer about from the dealers or other shops. He was not at all patronizing with me, or manipulative, the way other guys at shops can be with women. He was simply helpful and honest. Hit the biggest deer I possibly could've hit and my car was a wreck. Bumper, headlights, frame, sensors, etc where all messed up. Emmanuel was the guy. Towed my car outta my driveway the day we called, got things sorted out with insurance and started the repair. Took a bit longer than expected because of parts being delayed but that was out of Emmanuel's hands. "Honesty Automotive" is not a cliché. I couldn't have gotten luckier finding these guys on a weekend for a same-day service. They helped me out right away. I was on vacation and had a friend catch my car's bumper on a tree root in a wooded area we parked at our vacation spot. It also cracked the wiper fluid container and I wanted to make sure it was at least good to drive so we could enjoy the rest of our weekend. They got it up and checked for me, realigned the bumper and I was in and out. These guys are great; kind, professional, and transparent.
