I called a tow car truck and sent them to pick it up and they refused to give me my vehicle telling me that I needed to purchase a battery from them and pay $149 for more diagnostics and the installation of the battery... Since I had clearly told them I did not want the battery and have text messages to the same I explained to them that I wanted them to release my car to the tow truck which they refused... They threatened to add additional charges of a month storage and additional fees for diagnostics and Nonsense and I told them I wanted them to remove their batteries since I had never told them to put it in and give the vehicle to the tow truck which they refused... I then told them that I would be calling the police for theft of the vehicle and the Better Business Bureau because what they were doing was stealing my car and blackmailing me... I am hoping that they will reconsider but I think that they see me as a female that they can lie and overcharge and unfortunately I have documentation to the contrary and I will be seeing them in court... They have a limited time to fix this problem because I feel three days is plenty and if they want to charge me all these additional fees so that they can get my car from me and sell it then they will have to fight me for it...

When I asked about having the car taken to a mechanic closer to my home, I was told that the vehicle was unsafe to drive. However, I had just driven it for nearly an hour on the highway after being told it was ready for pickup. This situation is extremely frustrating and raises serious concerns about the quality of the repairs and the communication regarding the vehicle's condition. They offered to deliver the vehicle for my inconvenience. No mention of a fee, then when it was ready wanted to charge me $300 dollars in gas.

When he saw me pulled up, he closed the garage door on me. He pretty much just left me there. I'm a woman by myself, I didn't live in the area. After I knocked on the door, He told me he couldn't help, they're closed and to move my car out of the service area way, because it's blocking customers for the next day. I was able to move my car a bit. He then told me about another service station. I called another service station he referred to, and the other station were astonished that he wouldn't help and just left me by myself after I repeatedly told him I wasn't from the area and I'm by myself. The other service station stayed with me until we got something figured out. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Human decency is to at least be some type of help when someone is having an emergency and is stranded.
