l've utilized the uhaul rental service at Snyder Tires several times during our protracted moving process. It was a positive experience overall. They charged me for an alignment on a Mercedes they didn't have the equipment to do...they admitted this...then, in 1000 miles when the tires were destroyed, they would not replace them......they said they just didn't want to do it and they were pretty. Nasty about it...the workers felt bad, but the old blonde. Behind the desk in the back was just so awful, rude, and nasty. Avoid. read more

They suck! I needed brakes when it was I. for inspection. they could do it! so I went home did the brakes brought it back in 45 min till closing but it just needed a sticker and visual inspection of the rear brakes . i have to come back a third time because not a single owner or employee can write up a sticker. they waste customers time o er and over again . they are lucky to have income coming in from property otherwise they would fold. read more

The third time I was there and either the owner or management or someone refused to take a job. Today was the last straw. I have a screw in my tire that may or may not cause irreparable damage. Ok, can you remove it and let's find out. If it's bad I'll buy a new tire. This was at 3:15 on Thursday afternoon 7/20/2023. The mechanic was super helpful. Lady behind the desk said absolutely not. They are leaving promptly at 4 and they are closed the next day, FRIDAY, for someone's birthday. They are a scam. I don't think they help anyone. It's really very disheartening. read more

Over the last several months 2021 I've been hearing negative talk about Snyder Tire Co. But it was talk. 1___ Took my vehicle in for service and when finished I excepted a call to pick it up. Two days latter, I call to find out how my car was coming along. Fix the same day. "Communication is KEY." 2___ I must be a gluten or punishment. Once again I take my car to Snyder Tire Co. for service same day service. 3___ I call to see how my vehicle is coming along. Once again NO communication. She tells me they will not get to my car. I didn't have an appointment. I reply, I'll have to come pick it up. When I arrive the guy who is ALWAYS sitting at the computer reply's she will reschedule. 4____ Me - no I will not. I've lived in the area for 23 years and have used Snyder Tire for tires, brakes, u-haul rentals etc.. They are an absolute diamond in the rough. They are fair and honest. There has been a time or two where I have stopped in with a problem and Jesse took care of it on the spot or scheduled an appointment to have it taken care of - even though he was busy. And to the females out there that have been taken for a ride- like me - at other places - you WILL NOT get that here. I realize with COVID that things are slower than usual. However after waiting a week for an appointment for an oil change and service look over {planning a trip and wanting to make sure all was good.} Service good decent time frame. However after leaving check engine light comes on. {not service, check engine} It has never come on before. I called, explained, and was told it would be another week before I could come back. Really, I just paid you something goes wrong when I drive off and you say I have to wait for a week. Not happy. read more

Used Snyder Tire twice. Once to drop off a U-haul small truck and once to rent a hitch trailer for the day. Both times everyone was so nice and helpful. They assisted in hooking up the trailer with was much appreciated. Sometimes as a women I am uncomfortable going into "car places". I did not feel that way at Snyders. I help confident and respected. Used Snyder Tires to fix a leaky tire,,NEVER AGAIN. ,Very poor service and not very friendly. But the worst part was, my tire still leaks and they scratched my wheel. I took my car back for them to look at and the one owner was rude and denied that they ruined my wheel. So here I am with a 2yr old car with a ruined wheel that Snyders tires ruined and will not make good on.....I would never recommend the place to anyone... read more
