I called because I have shown up to dealerships in the past and they could not perform a tire rotation on a dually. I was told on the phone they could rotate the outer four tires. I said ok that's fine. Drop it off. Get a text the next day that it was ready to pick up. The tires had not been rotated. We spoke to three service personnel. They could not perform the service because they could not just move the tires around on the rims. They have to remove them from the rim then remount them. If a dealership can't perform recommended service on a certain GMC vehicle models they should not be able to sell and make commission off that type of vehicle! I would like to note Jenny was understanding and helped as much as she could.

After spending over $100,000 on a brand new car I find this completely unacceptable. The service writer was rude and condescending and stated that the service manager doesn't allow loaners no matter how long it takes for diagnostic (translation, you didn't purchase the vehicle in our dealership so piss off). I understand why Abeloff has such a poor rating. This is the first GM dealership that I've been to that doesn't do same day oil changes, I guess I'm used to 5 star dealerships and not bottom of the barrel dealerships. GMC should be ashamed of letting Abeloff soil the reputation of their flagship product line.

Trust me If you want to get robbed…read morelegitimately come here .Chris seems like he doesnt want to here what the customer doesnt agree on and seems a bit rude and sketchy attitude ,I took my car to get my oil changed with me providing the oil and filter, airconditoner recharged ,my suspension and wheels check because my car vibrates and shakes at 60 mph.I told them that my battery wasnt holding charge but that i knew that it was just that i had to replace the battery .So he told me that they could check the battery and i told him that he didnt have to, so they charged me $140 to check which i didnt agree on.Plus I needed to remove some spacers I had on my exhaust and replace a diverter valve spacer.They never checked the suspension because the tech never drove the car and the tech said that the suspension was fine and that there was nothing wrong with it and the problem is still there.The airconditoner was never charged and charged me $149 for that.Charged me $140 to replace the diverter valve spacer which is a 15 minute job so they charge and hour for that.The only thing they were fare with was the oil change which was $60 . These guys are thieves, they charge $140 just to check each thing you want to be checked but they never check anything.I trusted these guys because the owner of this shop seemed honest .I had to go to meineke and got my airconditoner charged there and my airconditoner works fine now . So I spent $690 for all that and only got spacers on the exhaust removed a spacer replaced from my diverter valve and oil change.I feel so stupid taking my car here ,they are a bunch of scammers . I think they don't care if the customer doesn't come back . You guys charged me for work that was never done to the car. I took my car to Meineke and got my AC recharged and it works fine .
