Wayne Davy was very helpful as well today, getting us set up on the app, handling paperwork, etc. The finance team was efficient and personable. They gave the best pitch I have heard for an extended warranty (though I still didn't buy it). Also.... The price Abeloff offered me was much better than my local dealer; Abeloff's doc fees are reasonable; and they didn't try to stick me with a bunch of extras I didn't want. Overall this was an excellent experience. Although I live more than an hour away (in NJ) it was worth the trip. (For NJ residents - they seamlessly handle registration, taxes etc. for NJ). This was a much better experience than my local dealer, who wanted more for the car, were not forthright about the size of current financing rebates, charge an exorbitant doc fee, and insist on adding "extras" that the customer doesn't want.

Dropped my vehicle off for warranty work, tire change and alignment. 2 days after dropping my vehicle off for the SCHEDULED appointment they called and told me to pick up my vehicle because they do not have time to work on my vehicle for any of the SCHEDULED work. You can purchase an $80,000 vehicle from them and have your vehicle serviced there but they don't have time for SCHEDULED work. They are too busy maintaining their fleet vehicles to care about all their other paying customers jobs. The service manager, Mark Soupik, had nothing to offer other than they are "sorry they are too busy to maintain my vehicle". My vehicle is amazing and I plan on keeping this vehicle long term and will be happy to switch ford dealerships to never have to deal with Ray Price Ford Mount Pocono ever again! Buyer beware!! I called because I have shown up to dealerships in the past and they could not perform a tire rotation on a dually. I was told on the phone they could rotate the outer four tires. I said ok that's fine. Drop it off. Get a text the next day that it was ready to pick up. The tires had not been rotated. We spoke to three service personnel. They could not perform the service because they could not just move the tires around on the rims. They have to remove them from the rim then remount them. If a dealership can't perform recommended service on a certain GMC vehicle models they should not be able to sell and make commission off that type of vehicle! I would like to note Jenny was understanding and helped as much as she could.

Abeloff does not do same day oil changes if you didn't purchase the vehicle from them. Would not allow a loaner car without a diagnostic evaluation that could potentially be hours long. After spending over $100,000 on a brand new car I find this completely unacceptable. The service writer was rude and condescending and stated that the service manager doesn't allow loaners no matter how long it takes for diagnostic (translation, you didn't purchase the vehicle in our dealership so piss off). I understand why Abeloff has such a poor rating. This is the first GM dealership that I've been to that doesn't do same day oil changes, I guess I'm used to 5 star dealerships and not bottom of the barrel dealerships. GMC should be ashamed of letting Abeloff soil the reputation of their flagship product line.

Forst time was for an inspection semi last minute, wasn't an issue dropped it off 1 hr later picked it up. Squeezed me right in, and then I came down to ask about a loud squeak he lifted it up found the squeak relubed as needed and found my bad tie rod. Now , I'll be having it repaired right there. I recommend anyone that needs so sound assistance with vehicle issues to see Ken.
