Purchased a new car from Kelly's Hyundai in April. Got the second oil change and couple weeks ago and 2 days later I noticed a puddle of fresh oil in the garage. So the wife was at her daughter's house for 2 days. She checked the oil and it didn't even register. So Kelly's Hyundai had to tow the car back to dealership. We drive for the second time to dealership 90 minutes (56 miles!) round trip to pick up loaner car. They had to order a part that they broke during oil change. A week later car was ready and had to drive another 90 minutes (56 miles) round trip. After driving 4 1/2 hours and driving 168 miles for an oil change at Kelly Hyundai I think we are NEVER going back there for service. I want to thank Stephanie in service for all she did for us and for dealing with unhappy dissatisfied customers! Clyde the service manager was not any help!All this because they over tightened the oil filter and cracked the filter housing. Kelly Hyundai can't be trusted to do a simple oil change do you think I can trust them for anything else???

Our sales person Was amazing. Poor guy it was so hot n humid that Day as he was running around. His name is Kelly Smith Ask for him. So impressed by by red with black trim So sharp looking My boyfriend also bought same car but Shimmery Dark gray. The same day!!!!!!!Kelly is great as a salesman. Helped us 100 percent. And Finally first few days we had lots of questions He gladly helped us. Ask for Kelly Smith.

Such a great experience…read more I made an appointment for a state inspection and an oil change. However, I've had no issues with my Hyundai Elantra for seven years and I knew that time was about to come to an end. So when Chris H. told I had failed inspection and needed new brakes, I wasn't surprised. Due to the sudden change of events, what I thought would take an hour blossomed into four. I had to use my phone for work because Chris H. and I could not determine why my computer could not get on the network. The establishment is clean, including the bathrooms, and the crew really works smart. They don't waste time and they almost have a Zen-like approach to what they must do. I have been in customer service for decades, and Chris H. must be one of the best people I've seen working with the public. He's kind, professional, maintains eye contact, is an active listener. If Chris H. cannot answer a customer's question or needs clarification, he asks a teammate. Even on the phone he maintains an even tone and treats the person as if they are standing right in front of him. I have now doubt his calm demeanor alone puts customers at ease if they must pay more for service or must have unexpected work to complete. Chris H. is an exceptional ambassador to not only this location but to Mavis in general. My thanks to Chris H. and his teammates for taking care of my car. I greatly appreciate their work and professionalism -- and for keeping me safe on the road.

I went for an inspection on May 16, 2026. I have been having repeated issues with the car burning…read moretoo much oil, my oil light coming on, and by the time I get to Mavis, there is no oil in my car. I informed the staff twice now of the issue. I was provided a sticker, but the issue with the increased usage of oil was not addressed. I am having continuing issues, and my car sounds different. I mentioned concerns, and I don't feel they were properly addressed. My car is not running in the same manner, nor does it sound the same. No one came out to speak to me after the inspection was done in order to discuss anything with me, which they staff had done in the past. I have concerns.

I had taken my suv in for transmission lines to be repaired due to leaking bad. yes I had it towed…read morethere so I wouldn't blow my transmission up. that was in the beginning of December. I called Tony on a Monday and after having the suv for a week and he tells me the suv doesn't start so he took it upon himself to tear apart the steering column and the dashboard and cut wires underneath the dash. So I arrive and I told him that the suv started drove perfectly fine . I DID NOT give him any permission to tear things apart or to change anything on the suv only the transmission lines and only add fluid. but no then goes under the hood and cuts wires changes fuses, sensors , computer, nuteral safety switch, spliced wires together. I kept calling Tony and he kept coming up with excuses. I needed the suv to up and running within a week for my daily use to go and from work, but no he had my suv for almost 2 months.He called and told me come pick up my suv and I said it's a running drivable suv and he replied not really . So how did it get from inside of the garage to far away outside in the parking lot when it non operating truck. They pulled it drug it put scratches dents and left grease inside the interior ceiling of the back to front in the suv like a forklift was used. debri left inside grease all over front door and back head rest which were never laid down . They forced the both back head rest down that put more tear in the seams .Nothing worked on the suv like windows, lights, radio, locks, nothing mechanical. They ran a orange wire to the main power to the computer box to say it runs which is a fire hazard. They charged me a lot of money and I was forced to purchase another truck to use for my daily travels. I had to pay another tow person to pick my suv up and drop it off at my house ,took me another month to find a garage that willing to fix all the electrical issues and replace parts they said they had done and reprogram a computer that wasnt the original one that was in my suv which they took out. Didn't even get a new key for the ignition switch they said they replaced . which they didnt do. I also had to pay again to get it towed to another garage. Yes the other garage called me every time they found something wrong from 611 transmission place and took photos and sent them to me.Which costs me another $2000.00 .This place is a BIG SCAM not honest people They are a con-artist . don't take anything here even if you have the insurance that covers for any repairs they charge them and try to charge you. Yes I took them to civil court and won some of my money but they didn't pay me my money so I put a lean on their business. Don't let them win you over if they did this to you go and fight have proof and texts calls record them but let them know they being recorded for your record. photos before you take there or videos and after . cover yourself .

Went in to get my truck looked at for two issues. Left with a 1700$ bill and both issues…read moreunresolved. Would not recommend.
