Absolutely unacceptable service. My Jeep is now back at this dealership for the sixth time for the exact same suspension fault. Six visits, thousands of dollars, and the issue remains unresolved. This is bordering on negligent repair practices.
On the second visit, the mechanic left tools inside the engine compartment, which is a clear safety hazard and demonstrates a complete lack of quality control. During the most recent service, they removed a rear cargo bin pocket to inspect the shock absorber and failed to reinstall it, leaving exposed wiring and suspension components visible through an open cavity. That is improper reassembly and absolutely unacceptable from a certified service center.
Despite repeated failures to diagnose or correct the problem, I have never been offered a loaner vehicle, even though the car has spent significant time in their possession. Instead of taking responsibility for repeated misdiagnosis and incomplete repairs, the staff has repeatedly implied the issues are somehow my fault.
In the most recent call, the service manager actually stated: "Well, you know the Jeep air ride system is garbage, so you should expect this."
No customer should ever hear a service manager blame the vehicle's engineering to excuse their own inability to repair it.
After speaking with other customers, it is clear my experience is not an outlier. Several people reported identical treatment: multiple paid service visits, recurring issues, and no resolution.
This dealership's conduct raises serious concerns about competence, accountability, and consumer protection, and I strongly caution anyone considering service here. read more
