Was in for an oil change 4-5 months ago. Turns out the aftermarket oil filter and gasket they installed on my 22 Chevy Traverse, had created an oil leak. My driveway is completely stained up with oil leaks, and my vehicle is at raceway Chevy today, for another oem filter, and oil change. So instead of your technician's doing their job the right away. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Do not trust them even with an oil change! 6 days after an oil change with them my car completely shut down while my wife with my 2 year old in the car. After calling a mobile mechanic and having looks at my engine. There was oil all over my engine, transmission and other things it is not suppose to. When pulling the dip stick out the engine was dry. The mobile mechanic cleaned my whole engine and transmission off removing the oil. He also completed a step by step oil change showing me the old o ring that was not changed. This O ring comes with the filter and is supposed to be changed every oil. My O ring was not only old but was damaged in the oil change process. The manager and customer service has yet to get back to me about anything! I have not received the money for the mobile mechanic. I have talked to the customer service and they told me there was nothing that they could do but I would receive a call to go over my case within THREE days! It is now over a week later. I have received no call, no money back, not even a number to call with the issues my engine is having! No rental, the store manager Harry couldn't even give me an apology and has been avoiding my calls each and now blocked my number. Another year and another time making my annual trip to JL. Overall not a horrible experience but some of the service/attention to detail leaves a bit to be desired. I get there mid-morning and there are three cars in front of me. Door to door it took around 70 minutes. It probably shouldn't have taken that long but there was someone with a BMW SUV who had all three guys working on his car for quite a while. I don't know what he was having done but when he settled up his total was well over a hundred dollars so I guess it's true that money talks. This also says nothing about the woman who came into the store and demanded to have her car seen next because she said that when she had her oil changed earlier in the morning they didn't put something back on her car correctly so it was making a rattling sound under the hood. Eventually they get to my car which is right by the window so I get a full view of what they're doing. First thing I notice is that while they are supposed to vacuum the carpets (not that they were really messy) that never happened. They're also supposed to clean the windows and that never happened either. The one thing which did tick me off is that I specifically asked them to put air in one of my tires as it was a little low. They marked it off on the receipt that the fronts and backs were all at 35 which is interesting as when I drove away the front left was still at 31 and that's still where it was when I took it to a nearby Wawa to fill it myself. At the end way too much time wasted at the counter trying to get me to replace my one month old wiper blades, sell me an air filter I don't need and upsell me to synthetic oil that I also don't need. When someone says just an oil change, just do the damn oil change. Just like when someone asks you to put air in a tire, don't lie and say you did when it very clearly did not happen. In a way this is an obvious no brainer but if you're coming here for just and I mean just a basic oil change then I suppose no problem especially if you're bringing one of their $10 off coupons. But, if you don't have that coupon and/or if you need anything else done seriously pass and do it yourself or take it to a real shop that is cheaper, more competent or actually listens to what you tell them. read more

Stopped in for an oil change, not from Pennsylvania found this location on Yelp. Was greeted by a friendly employee took care of what was needed. Due to the COVID-19 was asked to remain in my car, directions we clear and concise as to what I needed to do. Total time was 22 minutes. The guys there were not taking anything seriously. I paid $90 for a simple mix blend oil change that took 1hr to happen and there was only 2 cars in there getting their oil changed when I pulled in, no line outside. They ended up blaming it on the new guy. They left my hood support rod dangle and grind up on my ac belt. Very poor all around. Would not recommend. The only car mechanic shop/place where I felt safe and respected. As a young woman who very clearly knows nothing about cars, having to get my car fixed has always been a nightmare. However, this Jiffy Lube is the exact opposite of every other experience I've had. Not only did they fix my car, the man who helped me kindly explained to me what he was doing and how to prevent the issue I was experiencing. They were patient and even applied a coupon to my total order that I didn't even know about! I will definitely be coming back here anytime I need to and I've already recommended this location to all of my girl friends and female family members. Fast service and super helpful. I needed my battery checked and suspected that I needed to replace it. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to not only test the battery for me, but replace it immediately, too. Gene had the perfect sales tactic for my air filter and cabin filter. Other places have been suggesting that I change them for a while and my answer has been, "Next time." For over a year. The tech pulled them out and Gene brought them to show me. Ewww, yes, please. Needed an oil change bad in the company truck. Very nice girl came out and told me they were shorthanded, would take an hour. Needed food so I went to Yocco's just up the way. Took just over an hour. Go the floor vacuumed, and they checked the lights, cleaned the windows. Changed my wipers as requested! Service is kind of pricey, but when your are on the run & need it done. Also said they had to change my oil fill plug, it was miss threaded. Interesting, since it was maybe the time before the last oil change that it was replaced for the same reason. $61 with the wipers. Disappointed that the coupon I got in the mail was only good for the store on Lehigh Street. read more

I experienced dookie service from store associates and cheap sales efforts to up-sell product nearly 13 times the actual cost that I knew I did not need. This is my go to oil change place for the last 10 years or more. The place is very popular on the weekends so I usually go during the week to avoid the rush. Because of that, I am in and out in less than 30 minutes usually. They treat me like a valued customer every time I go and don't try to up sell me over and over with useless upgrades like some annoying Jiffy Lube places do. I really appreciate that. As a person who watches the oil change process from start to finish through the waiting room window, I love all the stuff they check and do besides just the oil change. Overall, I got no complaints except that I would recommend against tire rotations though, as that is best for a full garage with wheel balancing equipment, etc. read more
