He held the line to make sure the insurance company used authentic parts instead of cheap remakes. They said that they would order the parts and that the work would be done after Labor Day. This was somewhat faster than another State Farm site had quoted. I called in mid September to get an update, and left several messages over 5 days with no return calls. When I finally reached someone, I was told that they were waiting for the parts, and would call me to schedule the work when the parts had arrived. I checked online and saw that the parts were readily available within 2 days.
