Been a loyal customer to this car wash. Not anymore. Washed two cars today, paying for the "Titanium" wash that comes with wax and tire shine. Both times, no wax came out before final rinse. Spoke with someone at front desk and I was told there is nothing he can do about not getting the service I paid for...to just "come back tomorrow" for a free wash and he's "not allowed" to give me a refund for the difference in amount from basic car wash. He acknowledged that there is a problem with the compressor and there is no wax being dispensed. Yet this car wash is allowing customers to purchase this upgraded car wash KNOWING it's not working. Scam. No refund. No customer service. Will not be patronizing this car wash anymore. read more

We paid $31.00 for a car wash and after the wash my husband asked the man drying the car to wipe the back of the suv while it was up because it was still very wet. He said it was and walked away he asked another person and he was ignored. my husband has gone to this car wash often in the past. I was shocked at how ignorant the workers were to him. My experience could not have been worse. Though a loyal customer, I was treated as someone trying to scam the car wash by both Selvin, the manager and the car wash attendant who damaged my car. The owner also refuses to take accountability as he has never been willing to respond to my many attempts to have a conversation about my experience. Accidents happen and we all know that. Unfortunately, the owner and manager prefer to suggest that I brought a damaged car into the car wash. I know better! The only nice thing about this car wash is their store. Lots of stuff to look at while they do absolutely nothing to your car. I paid for the most expensive wash plus for all my mats to be cleaned. When they were done my car still had tree sap and other stains all over the windshield and doors. My cupholders looked like they were never even touched....i am 100% sure that i would have had the same result if i just paid for the lowest priced full service wash. But what made me really angry is that when i pointed out all the stains on the windshield to the guy he asked me to pay an extra $5 for them to remove it. Then i showed him the stain on the body of the door and he again said thats even more money. So i just said ill do it myself. When they redid the wash i still had stains on top of my windshield and they actually left the giant stain on the side of my car. Went here for a "full service" carwash. When I got back in my car, it looked like it hadn't been vacuumed at all on the inside. There were streaks on all of the windows and the interior was not wiped down. I went in to let them know this was not what I was expecting and was told that "they don't do that" referring to cleaning the interior? Disappointed in the service and disappointed in the way it was handled. I have a giftcard for 5 more washes but will not be going back because it simply is not worth it. Unfortunately this place wasn't so great. I was SO excited to get my car cleaned, too. :( I got there at about 5:15 and asked for an interior cleaning service that was supposed to take 30 minutes. They closed at the top of the hour and told me they couldn't do that wash, but I could do another that included vacuuming. I figured that was fine, even though 45 minutes *should* have been enough time... Anyway, I saw them pull my car up, looked inside, and figured they weren't done yet because the interior wasn't at all completely clean. I walked back to let them complete when a woman told me that they were finished. I'll let these pictures speak for themselves, taken as soon as I got my car back after paying for a $33.99 wash. I really want to love this place because it is conveniently located next to the house and staff is super nice. But they consistently do a poor job. I don't expect a detail for $30-40 bucks, but I have to go back after every visit and point out missed areas. However today after running my car through I noticed my mirror was just hanging there by the wires completely detached from the base . The manager there kindly let me know that it was my fault, not theirs and the only explanation possible was that it was already broken. I understand this is a tough time for businesses. However, when a service is incomplete, I don't think that is acceptable. I opted for the Platinum wash which includes an interior cleaning. My backseat still has visible dog paw prints and there is mud on the mats in the back (of which I don't think is of my doing because that wasn't present before). Going here, as we did for over a decade, is a craps shoot. Things invariably go well unless the older lady (June?) is at the cash register. Twice we've had inexcusable run-ins with her, with the carwash making a mistake whereupon she rudely blames and threatens the customer. In the last instance, where she demanded more money than was posted to be charged, she started to call the police until another employee came by and confirmed that the mistake was theirs, not mine. I bring my vehicle here every few months for a car wash. I usually get the works, which is the most expensive wash they offer. They do a fantastic job. My vehicle has black aluminum rims and they always get all the dirt and dust off and leave my car looking shiny clean. They also vacuum and polish the inside of the car too. Have lived in Richboro and used car wash service for awhile. I only use the wash service in the past, mediocre to say the least, but works okay if you need to get the winter grime off. Today, my wife asked to wash her SUV and do a FULL service. She never checks how well they clean but I did. Whoa! No door jams were cleaned or dried, dirt on the door panels and jambs, water droplets everywhere, and to top it off, the car wasn't vacuumed, that's a first thing they do when you pull up to service lane. When I asked why the car wasn't vacuumed, one of the employees tells me that sometime it happens, I guarantee, it happens more than sometimes and when I approached the management, this burly guy tells me to come down and relax. A simple "sorry" would have put entire incident to rest, but this guy was relentless and concluded that he does not want customers like me at his place. Nice people skills! My mom buys the occasional book of tickets for car washes. Luckily they are sitting in my car, and the last time I headed to the burbs my car was filthy. They are doing construction right near my parking lot, so my car is always covered in dust. They did a nice job, and I like watching it go through the wash. My car is super old and covered in scratches/dents so I don't have a problem with it going through the automatic system. Very pleased with service and price. For a 15 minute cleaning, they do a great job. We use them often because of dirty kids and dogs...for a quickie drive-thru, they always do a much better job than I could do in a hour. The exterior is clean and wiped down and the interior is vacuumed, vinyl shined up and inside windows are so clean you can see through them (lol, not that way when I take it!). Couldn't wait to get home to leave this review. Just awful!! I spilled something and wanted to get it cleaned up quickly. Was too lazy to drive to my regular place and paid the price. For almost $20 the car was as dirty inside as when I turned it in! Unreal. I was shocked when I paid, came out and it was ready. That was quick. Typically I wait at least 15 min. They barely spent 5 minutes. The mirrors were wiped off with a dirty rag that left horrible streaks. The rearview mirror was never touched at all.
