Since my last post they have installed a new system that dries and washes the rear of the car much better. My car come out looking perfect. Now if we could get them to stay open even a half hour later in evenings I would not have to rush like a maniac to get there by 6:00 pm. I'm not sure what happened to this car wash but the equipment does not get the car clean. Additionally, I have experienced scrapes on the paint that took some effort to remove. When this location first opened, it was great. The new owners have ruined it. read more

This place is under a different name and owner. I paid for a car wash with my debit card at the automated attendant. I pull around and get guided into the track but the woman working was giving me the stink eye, and I couldn't figure out why. When I exited the dryers there was a young man waiting to talk to me. He asked me is my car was new because they have me registered to a Lexus. I don't have a membership to this car wash, I paid CASH for my wash. He said the owner thought I was stealing a car wash from them. I handed him my receipt and asked that he give it to her and let her know I will never return to her car wash again. In short, this car wash is substantially over-priced. Their recent modifications to add even more expensive options have resulted in them cutting corners. Reducing the number of air dryers is a perfect example; it doesn't dry my car well, and their "towel" drying service is a roller wrapped with fabric that looks like towels, but does a worse drying job. When all of their cleaning equipment is working, it does a fair job washing; so they get to keep two stars. read more

The ownership of this business lacks a spine and has zero integrity as a business owner. I have had a monthly paid membership at this carwash for almost 5 years for multiple vehicles in our household. This past weekend my 2020 GMC Denali front grill and hood were damaged by an equipment failure that didn't disengage properly when I was exiting the carwash as the conveyor belt kept pushing me into the failed equipment. I immediately reported the damages to the attendant on duty before leaving the parking lot. I had to take my truck to the body shop for repairs, when i called to follow up on the incident, the owner was too much of a coward to even get on the phone personally to discuss the incident. The attendant I spoke to said the owner was refusing to take ownership of the damages due to the equipment failure and they were canceling my membership effective immediately. They said they were blaming my wheels and tires altering my trucks height which is *UNDER* the required posted as the maximum height for the carwash. The owner of this business is a flat out coward for not even being willing to talk to me personally. They do not care about their clients, they do not care about you, they only care about the money. The repairs to my vehicle were only $417.00. That is how much they care about their reputation. I would give them ZERO stars if that was possible for lack of integrity. read more

Do not use this car wash!!!! My front and rear driver side wheels were scratched from the metal bars that border the tire track that moves your vehicle through the wash. I noticed the scratches when I was drying my vehicle. I immediately reported the damage to the manager, Shawn, who initially said it wasn't possible because he said the track was made out of plastic. I pointed out the fact that the entrance to the track has metal bars and he begrudgeingly filed a damage report and said he would inform the owner. Shawn called me back a few days later to tell me the owner said I did not align the cars wheels as I entered the track. The manager is rude! I have used this car wash numerous times with my cargo box hooked on top and it has not damaged my car or the equipment. She says that I can't come in with it on and gave me a refund. I told her I've done it numerous times with my cargo box on top and she said "You have not been here numerous times because I'm here everyday". Run away!!! Signed up for Fast Pass car wash (unlimited washes). After a few washes I noticed that my 2016 truck looked like sand paper was ran down both sides of my truck. I brought it to the attention of Joe (Manager, I think), and he filed an incident report. He advised that the owner would call be ASAP. After four days of me calling multiple times a day and threatening bad reviews on line, I was contacted by Joe. He stated that the owners of the car wash would not take care of the problem. He stated that the polisher at the end of the car wash shows imperfections in paint, and that there was nothing in there car wash that could leave these marks in the paint of my truck. Yesterday I was stupid to go into behind this truck even though I complained to the manager about it, he said they can't stop them coming in. And they just power washed off some muds. Completely automated car wash from payment to exit. Pay at the kiosk and drive thru. It was $20 for the deluxe wash, however you have to vacuum yourself. They also have a basic wash for $6 I think. The wash was pretty good but the drying process was a bit incomplete. My car was still pretty wet afterwards. It would be smart to bring some towels if you care about spots. read more

You should probably notify someone that they can't use the free vacuums INCLUDED WITH THE CAR WASH right before closing. Your site listed no hours. There were plenty of people that could've told me. Now I wasted my time and money because I can't even get my car vacuumed. Ridiculous. Oh and the staff just watched me waiting to ask a question and sped off in their cars. Despicable. After hearing a banging noise from the rear of my car I immediately pulled out of the car wash and inspected my car only to find 6 egg shaped dents in a perfect row on the quarter panel. The damage was obviously from the car wash which the manager says is impossible. If she even offered to look at it she would agree that something in the roller caused this. She would not even acknowledge the fact that her employee agreed with me when I showed him. Maybe they should start inspecting truck beds like the last owner did. I very rarely leave any comments. I'm hoping to help the owners improve the place. I don't mean any I'll will... Pete's is more convenient for me sometimes but I used to like Jamison better. The last 2 times I've gone to Diamond Express the soap barely came out of all the dispensery's. And the final job was not great to say the least. I have always purchased the top of the line wash, as I do at Pete's. The top car wash at Pete's is $17 out the door. Diamond was $24. A $7 difference is very substantial. Hopefully Diamond considers their approach and makes changes. read more

Not a great experience today.... purchased a prepaid wash card for 4 washes at the kiosk and was issued a wash card. I called the attendant over, because the arm would not let me through to the wash. He argued that I did NOT make my purchase AND that the card that I received from their kiosk machine was an old card. So I called my credit card company and verified the charge was actually made (which it was) and Express Car Wash still denied my purchase. Poor customer service!!!! I'm a little surprised that anyone would complain about an automatic car wash ($6-$20) not doing as good a job as washing a car at home. The whole point of an "Express" wash is that you are in and out in under 5 minutes. You pull up, put your car in neutral, and magically come out the other side with a relatively clean car. You don't even have to steer;) Turn on some good tunes and enjoy the ride. Of course if you're are a little more particular you can finish off with a clean towel, but if that's not clean enough for you, you probably shouldn't use the Express wash. Head on over to your local car dealer or detailer and tell them you want the full showroom shine inside and out. It'll set you back $175-$225 depending on the size of your vehicle but you'll be much happier, and your expectations will be in line with what you are paying. For $6-$20, I'll be happy with a few water spots and most of the damaging salt removed from my vehicle. read more

I joined this car wash last year and it was great -- friendly person at window to check you in and give you a towel (and a lollipop if had my child with me.) A few months in, they started having trouble with their system, so what was supposed to be easy now became annoying -- having to give them my credit card over and over and then carefully checking my bill to be sure I wasn't overcharged. Also, towels were no longer given. Today I went and found them fully automated, with no instructions on what to do if you were a member. Pushed the help button and it gave me a number to call. Finally a guy came out and said I'd have to rejoin. No, thanks! I'll go elsewhere. read more

Bought a $60 monthly pass, so sorry I did. First they insist on putting their sticker on your windshield, when I went back for my 2nd car wash they told me the sticker was in the wrong place, after scrapping off the old one while dripping solvent on my leather dashboard they installed a new one in a different place, and of course its crooked which I see everyday. All the while the woman who apparently is an owner is giving me attitude for their mistake and explaining to me how it does matter if they install it on my windshield antenna grid because its fine on her lexus. After 2 deluxe washes one day after another it couldnt remove bird droppings from the previous day. when the woman was giving me attitude she offered to refund my money, I so wish I took her up on it, her attitude and the inconveinance alone arent worth my business. After the month is up I will go back to the less convenient for me but better car wash of Pete's in Warrington. read more

Rarely am we so disappointed in the way we were treated by a company providing a service to us. We have been long time members of their monthly plan until they rudely and abruptly kicked us out for no other reason then we were utilizing their plan more frequently then they would like. I did not know that this company received an "F" RATING from the Better Business Bureau. The car wash does not wash or dry the car properly. The hours of operation are horrible, closing at 6 PM. Since they put automated pay stations at this car wash, the service is mediocre at best and the management rude at best. Car not as clean as before, cars are piled in so close together, car doesn't rinse off well. Better when a window to pay with a very pleasant person taking your money; the previous staff very professionally dressed. When I mentioned that the previous service was better, I was told not to come back ...... YIKES - like I really would? Horrible car wash! Scratched the roof of my car! Also other customers have complained that their rims were scratched from the track system. This is an amazing place to get your car washed. I have been a member since September and its great to know I can stop in for a wash and have a beautiful clean car whenever I want. I love that they are open at 7am during the week days and I can swing in on my way to work. The staff is very friendly and professional. I also love the free vacuums. My only complaint, but a significant one, is that the conveyance rails damaged both sides of the bottom front (before the tire) fenders on my new Boxster S at the same spot on each side. Two pieces of painted surfaces about an inch long were cut like a knife slash 95 percent through with the pieces still hanging off. It is the first time I have had a problem at CWE in over 10 years of being their regular customer, so I doubt it happens often but am warning those who have cars lower to the ground to be aware. They used to insert a wooden plank under the tire and I never had any issues, but now tell people it is no longer necessary with the new equipment recently installed. I think they may not be training people consistently or my attendant didn't know/care as the wood plank is still required. Now I have an an expensive mistake to contend with. I won't be going back unfortunately and am very disappointed. read more

Please do yourself a big favor by not patronizing this car wash. I had a terrible experience when I went in as a club member to get a wash. These rude, foul mouthed owners, a young man and woman, installed terrible, malfunctioning automated pay stations since they became the owners. As a club member who pays a monthly rate, I have a transmitter on my windshield that when I drove up to the arm, it automatically opens and I pass through and proceed to get the wash. Once again it was not working and I beeped for someone to help me so I could get through. The male owner said very angrily, just read the kiosk! Well, I read it and still didn't know. He told me my credit card needed to be updated. Okay.... So I slide the card and nothing. Then he very terribly annoyed tells me my card is expired. It is good through April. I tell him it is good. So I say, now what am I supposed to do to enter to get my wash? He yells at me to read the kiosk!! Reading the kiosk is not going to work if his no good automated system is not working. But I don't say that to him. I again say, what am I supposed to do? He then says, "Get the f**k out and you're out of the club". The woman owner comes out of nowhere and she starts yelling the same thing to me with her filthy mouth. They said the word f**k to me at least 10 times, all with my sweet 2-1/2 year old granddaughter in the back seat. No decent person should have to put up with this type of treatment. I am totally fine with these ignorant owners tossing me out of their club. I will save myself $570.00 a year. read more
