The cashier was shockingly rude from the moment I walked in--no greeting, no courtesy, and an overall attitude that made me feel unwelcome. A simple "hello" or even basic politeness goes a long way, but instead I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. If this is how customers are treated at the front counter, it reflects poorly on the whole business. I hope the owner takes this as an opportunity to seriously improve customer service training and ensure employees understand that customers are the reason they have a job. A clean car is great, but a good customer experience is what keeps people coming back. Right now, I will be taking my business elsewhere until I see that things have changed.

About a month ago they were having issues with their equipment. They have two bays to go along with the tunnel. Since the Tunnel wasn't working I saw a car being washed in one of the bays. So I asked the manager if I could use one. This guy got in my face within less than an inch. I said nothing to provoke him. Putting all that aside, this is the best tunnel carwash in the state. After the wash they literally detail the car. They spend a minimum of fifteen minutes drying and cleaning the care. The car comes out looking like a diamond.

However, I'm probably not going back…read more I was just paying for my wash when the guy at the counter goes on the typical right wing moanfest about pronouns that literally don't affect him at all, and then proceeded to profess he's okay with the gays but not the trans people. I basically let him know they're lucky they don't need his permission to exist and went to wait for my car. Dude, just wash my car and take my money, I don't need the ignorant hate and don't care about your terrible opinions. Really just off putting. I went for a car wash and got some white dude's bad take on an issue that doesn't affect him. Bad business sense. I know it's the 'burbs but it's a mistake to assume everyone's an asshole. Doubt I'd go back for this alone.

We opted for the valet service which was very convenient. They sent a text to let us know when they were on their way and how long it would take them to arrive. Did the same upon return. It felt a little funny letting a stranger drive off with our only vehicle, but they returned it in ship shape. It smells like a new car and it is spotless. It feels good to support a local women-run business. Natalie is fantastic (didn't meet her daughter, I'm sure she's fabulous). We'll return to Magic Motorz for the magic touch!

I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review. Thank you for your response to my review, although I wish that I could have received a proper response outside of this forum. Good luck to you in the future.

Pros: It seems like they employ disenfranchised people, which I truly appreciate. They seem like they're genuinely kind people. Cons: The prices are traaasshh. They have Newtown cornered, there's no competition in the area so I suppose you'll always have clientele. The quality of service is unbelievably bad. Is there any quality control? I had to go home and clean my car on my own because I refuse to ever go back. In conclusion, they got vacuums from the 70s which don't do nothing. There's no quality checks, please take a look at the pictures for more.
