He acknowledged that there is a problem with the compressor and there is no wax being dispensed. Yet this car wash is allowing customers to purchase this upgraded car wash KNOWING it's not working. Scam. No refund. No customer service. Will not be patronizing this car wash anymore.

After I vacuumed my entire car, my lazy self decided to skip the self-wash and try Touch-free. I did the $8 Deluxe wash, and pulled in. The wash was pretty extensive, and looked like it did a good job from the inside. I got out to inspect it for damage, when I noticed there was residue left! What a bummer. I'll continue to come for the vacuums, but I'll be doing the self-wash from now on.

About a month ago they were having issues with their equipment. They have two bays to go along with the tunnel. Since the Tunnel wasn't working I saw a car being washed in one of the bays. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review.
