They offer a few deals which is always nice. I got the wash with an interior clean. It was less then $30! I was so happy! You can also choose a shiny look when they wipe it down inside or a matte look. I went with the shiny! I like that because it looks like someone cleaned it! I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review. The guy is a bottom feeder. He posted a car for sale without even having it properly checked or…read moreserviced beforehand, knowing my son was driving over three hours away with my other son -- with gas prices the way they are and both of them taking time off work. When my son got there, the issues started immediately. First, the listing photos were clearly taken at angles that hid major cosmetic damage. There were extreme scratches down one side of the car, a dent on the roof, and another scrape on the back that were not clearly shown in the pictures at all. Then my son got into the car and a warning light came on saying the power steering system had failed. The seller himself couldn't even reverse the car out of the parking spot. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he had my sons follow him on the highway to another garage just to diagnose the issue, only to then say it would take two hours or more to fix the problem. After they drove all that way and took time off work, he still wouldn't budge on the price or make any effort to accommodate them. No accountability, no professionalism, and no respect for other people's time. Do yourself a favor and don't buy from this guy.

Not only did the interior shine and smell amazing, but the staff was really cool too! I don't ever remember my car being this clean, not even when I first bought it. They reached all those tiny nooks and crannies that are impossible to get without the right equipment, I'm amazed! There wasn't a spot un touched. The whole exterior was cleaned as well, even the gas tank exterior was wiped down. It was truly Magic! The staff was friendly, attentive and hardworking. When I arrived to drop off my 2005 Toyota Scion XB a man was currently working on another car. I took notice to how much effort and meticulousness was put into each individual vehicle. I was impressed yet again when I came back to pick it up. I hopped in the driver seat and noticed a bag on the passenger side. I came to realize that they put all my belongings in a plastic bag for me. Some items may have appeared to be disposable but they didn't make that call. They even put that temporary paper floor mat down so my feet wouldn't undo their amazing work. I love driving my car again and now have a lot more incentive to keep it clean until the time comes to bring it back to Auto Magic Car Care!

We told them, it was abandoned and VERY DIRTY! They said no need to bring it in. When they showed up they said it was too dirty and would cost more. Having gotten several other quotes we said, no, you agreed on a price, and at 350.00 it was a lot. Oh, and with rain predicted we again offered to bring it in to the shop. Guy said no and (surprise) had to stop halfway through. He said he could not clean floor mats properly because (again surprise) they needed to be in the shop for some special equipment. Car does not look like detailing we have had in the past. We were doing this in preparation to sell the car. This guy looks young enough to get his act together. I wish him luck.

The top of each window was also still dirty. All the windows were smeary and the front windshield still head dried bird poop. I honestly don't even think they dried it promptly cuz there were streaks everywhere, see pic. Also the vacuum didn't get out the pet hair or basic items on the seat.
