The guy is a bottom feeder. He posted a car for sale without even having it properly checked or serviced beforehand, knowing my son was driving over three hours away with my other son -- with gas prices the way they are and both of them taking time off work. When my son got there, the issues started immediately. First, the listing photos were clearly taken at angles that hid major cosmetic damage. There were extreme scratches down one side of the car, a dent on the roof, and another scrape on the back that were not clearly shown in the pictures at all. Then my son got into the car and a warning light came on saying the power steering system had failed. The seller himself couldn't even reverse the car out of the parking spot. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he had my sons follow him on the highway to another garage just to diagnose the issue, only to then say it would take two hours or more to fix the problem. After they drove all that way and took time off work, he still wouldn't budge on the price or make any effort to accommodate them. No accountability, no professionalism, and no respect for other people's time. Do yourself a favor and don't buy from this guy. read more

I was their nightmare detail job, but they did it and couldn't have been nicer about it. It was a real mess. Mold. (Water got in, then sat in the sun all closed up for 6 weeks). I didn't know what to expect, but it's beautiful. They had it over 5 hours and it shows how hard they worked on it. I'll be back. (Meanwhile, I'll keep my fingers crossed the mold spores were killed.) I have to add, because of the whiney reviewer who was upset because she didn't find a standard crappy drive thru car wash: This is a true hand-wash auto detail shop. This is NOT a car wash. No where does it say car wash. The car repair shop (as it looks like) is in the middle of a neighborhood of houses deep inside Trenton. I don't understand the star rating!? I drove a half hour to find a good car wash, to have my car detailed. I live in Brooklyn, NY, and was visiting Home in Princeton, NJ. I have seen many car washes and auto detail centers. This place, didn't even have the drive in car wash equipment capabilities. Not sure why it's listed on Yelp as a car wash. Sorry. Update: After the owner commented below, He also private messaged me. What I suggest is to work on your business manners. Because IT said No where on the sign car wash/ or hand wash as you say your business does, this would be a GREAT thing to advertise! I would have brought my car back, along with my families 4 other cars which ONLY get hand washed, as they are a Porsche and a Jag. Because of the attitude given to my review, this makes me more willing not to return, OR change my review or spread good words of this business. Earlier this week, I did a quick google search for a auto detail shop. My fiancée and I recently purchased a 2007 Lexus from mother and wanted a thorough detail to remove surface scratches and imperfections. I am usually one to read reviews, look at photos etc etc.. but this time I didn't, and I'm not disappointed at all!! Although the location is in the middle of Trenton, surrounded by some not so nice streets, you will be pleased to find a polite and respectful team of men, anxious to ensure you receive the best detail possible!! They are able to offer drop off services nearby. The owner, Raz, took me a few blocks away to get some great BBQ while I waited. Not being from the area at all, I learned a bit about his new business, his goals to give back to the local community and Trenton. Great experience. Give these guys a chance... "if it's in the hood, it's got to be good!!" Oh yea, I was so pleased I brought my other car there the best day to get a wash.. both the Lexus and VW are cleaner than ever!! read more

I found this place on Yelp! I got my car in August and it had not been cleaned properly since then. It was definitely not completely disgusting/dirty, but there were lots of crumbs, dust, and some stains on the seats. I went in expecting to pay around $100 for a detailing which is about what it cost - I ended up paying around $130 after tip, tax, and everything. When I left my car looked brand new! They did a really good job. This place is definitely affordable and you get very good service! They know what they're doing and you get for what you pay. My only con is that it took a long time and the shop isn't really made for waiting. I got to the place at about 2pm and got done at like 4:30pm on a Saturday. The owner did a great job of trying to make me feel welcomed and comfortable (he even let me put the Kardashians on haha), but it was still a little awkward and uncomfortable being a young woman alone at the garage for hours. People were in and out and there was a loud man with an open bottle of Hennessy, clearly drunk also waiting for his car. The garage is also in the middle of Trenton, so not the safest of areas. I would definitely recommend having someone go with you so you could drop your car off and then pick it back up, rather than waiting around. read more

Perfect Choice took great care of my car. I was lucky enough to get a full detail the same day due to a cancellation. I appreciated the friendliness and professionalism. They offered to give me a ride and pick me up when my car was ready. This is my second time getting a detail from them, I had a write a review. They cleaned my car so good it looked and smelled like I just got it. They were able to get out some stains I thought were for sure gonna cost me money during my lease turn in. These guys are absolutely the best, and that's actually an understatement. They are extremely reliable and will work with you to work around your schedule and needs. No job is too big, and they are willing to take on the worst of the worst jobs. I had a an older car that had been sitting for some time with the window open. The car had mold growing on the back seat and floor. They picked up the car for me, completely removed the mold, in addition to completing a full detail. They did such an amazing job, I'm taking 2 of my other cars back for a full detail. These guys aren't just the best.. but their work is so good, I would say they are the only detailers at their level of expertise. Also, just to note.. This place is not just operating as a car wash. The are also selling used cars. I just purchased a 2002 Jaguar from them on July 14, 2018. It was listed as a 2003 in a residential area. It was listed: In very good condition. No issues. Runs great. Ready to go. Well, they lied about it!! I finally got to register the car on July 27,2018 and took it for a ride on August 6, 2018. 10 minutes later the ignition light came on, the car started loosing power and it finally stop dead on the middle of a road. I manage to push it to the side, got a ride home. As soon as I got home I called Luis Stacks to let him know and he told me - " I did not force you to buy it". He should be ashamed of him self!! I found Perfect Choice on Yelp! and read their reviews there. With only one bad review that sounded very contrived and talking about some other business and not this one I decided to give them a try. I called to make an appt. and booked it for 1pm. They are in part of Trento that is in transition but don't let that keep you from giving them a try. As soon as I walked in the owner walked over and introduced himself and shook my hand and thanked me to coming in. We then walked out to my car and he saw the mess an Uber rider had left the night before and gave me a price on the spot (which matched the estimate over the phone) and told me how long it would take. I added on having the interior vacuumed and cleaned and asked if he could bill me separately since I have to submit a bill to Uber for reimbursement. "No problem!", which sealed the deal. In little over an hour it was like the mess never happened and my interior looked like I just drove it off the dealer's lot. These guys are thorough! I will be back in the future for any other "messes" caused by my passengers and general refresh to keep it looking good! read more

My dog (who has short hair and doesn't shed) made friends with a long-haired dog and suddenly the interior of my car was coated in the other dog's fur. The staff at Perfect Choice removed all of the fur and also did an outstanding job doing a detailed cleaning of my car. The service took a little longer than anticipated, but at the end of the day it was well worth the wait. For an additional fee, they also touched up the paint on an area of my car which had been scratched and begun to rust. I have used Perfect Choice Auto twice now and was more than happy both times! I first found this place after calling around for a desperately needed detail job, only to be told by several bigger businesses that it would be at least 2 weeks before they could fit me in. My call to these guys at 11am had me at their shop by noon, and the vehicle ready to pick up by 5:30....which meant I could drop it off on my lunch hour and pick it up conveniently after work. I thought this might be a bad sign....that maybe they didn't have much business because they weren't highly sought after, but quite the opposite was true! They could fit me in because the shop is swarming with hardworking guys who can juggle multiple vehicles without reducing quality. I witnessed this again on my second visit when the weather was sunnier, everyone wanted their cars cleaned, and every car that came out of the shop still had a smiling customer behind the wheel as they drove out. Pros: * Same day service, even on what appear to be very busy days. * On-the-spot estimates/quotes. They have a menu of packages on their website and in the office, but when you arrive, someone will come look at your vehicle immediately, ask a few questions, and tell you what it's going to take. I didn't experience any up-selling. * Pricing is on par for the services offered and in comparison to other businesses in the area. * Attention to detail is intense! If you get a chance to speak with the owner while he's flitting about between tasks, do it. You'll quickly realize how much he instills this skill into everyone on his staff and every move he makes, even items that don't seem related to vehicles, such as keeping the office clean and even whether or not the restroom door is kept open slightly so others can easily see it is unoccupied. This may seem silly to even mention, but it makes a huge difference to see a manager/owner who is on-site constantly, paying attention to everything that is going on, and doesn't let the potential of burnout cause him to slow down or forget what matters to his business goals most. * Local to the core. See the above note. The owner knows his location may come with some potential disadvantages, but he goes beyond just being a shop that will vacuum out your car, give it a quick wash, and take your money. He teaches staff new techniques and requires the same level of attention be spent on every task (I experienced this first hand with the second vehicle when it was delayed by half an hour....he candidly explained to me that they'd skipped over a section and he sent them back to re-do it so it was done correctly). Don't let it fool or deter you if you see kids coming in and out.... If you're lucky, you'll meet the up-and-coming generation who will notice a water spot on the rim of a drying car like I did, ha. * I noticed they have a mobile cleaning service option, and they appear to be insured to valet so if you need your car picked up instead, that sounds like a great choice. I haven't had the chance to try out either option, though. * Extended hours - They're officially open until 7 Monday through Saturday, although I get the impression that many of them are there until 8 or 9 every night. Don't abuse this availability of course, but take some reassurance knowing they're not going to just close the doors at 5, leaving your car inside until the next day. Cons: * They clearly excel at heavily soiled vehicles. Stain removal, scratches, rims, etc. are their forte. My second vehicle was in much, much better shape than the first (a couple stains on the front seats, but otherwise routinely maintained by a single driver). The "con" here is that I paid almost as much for this vehicle as the first one because the services are technically very similar and time-consuming regardless. So if your vehicle needs minimal work, this might not be the place for you. * Location/Parking - It's down a small one-way without any specific side parking available. Park on the side near the entrance the best you can, let them take a look at your car to give an estimate, and then they'll move the car where it needs to go. * Despite the insane attention to detail, the big picture/obvious pieces can sometimes get overlooked. For example, I could see that the runners under the seats were cleaned, and yet, the dash near the front window had been missed on the same vehicle, which was easily fixed with only a clean cloth and a couple minutes, so not a big deal at all. On the other, there was a stain on the ceiling of the interior that was suddenly very noticeable when the rest of the car looked nearly brand new in comparison afterward. I have no doubt they would've taken care of this had I noticed it while still at the shop or come back with it later, but I wasn't really concerned with it. Short version: Highly recommended and will happily drive out of my way to use them again. Especially excellent for mistreated vehicles in need of a full makeover. read more

Let me preface this review by stating that I recently drove my car from NJ to CA, back to NJ with two dogs. My car was full of dust from driving with the windows down, dog hair/drool, dirt, and sand. It was so bad that it was making my allergies worse from all the dust. My GPS mount melted onto my windshield due to the California heat and I was unable to fully remove it myself after many attempts. I called to make an appointment for the following day but was able to get in same day due to a cancellation. Since I was able to get the appointment sooner than expected, I did not have time to remove most of my camping / dog gear / random trash from the car. The employees removed all the trash and neatly placed all of my items in the trunk. The price was a little higher than I expected based off of the starting rates on the website but fair for the true condition of my car. I also did not feel that I was being ripped off because I am a girl, and they were honest when saying that I needed to bump up to the next detailing "level" to have my car looking the way I wanted it. They estimated about 4 hours for the service to be completed and called me exactly 4 hours later, so no extra waiting around when you go to Perfect Choice Auto which is a plus! If you are on the fence about coming here, do it! You will not be disappointed. read more

I found this place on yelp and decided to come by. Since it had been so long since I had the interior properly cleaned, we decided to go with the Diamond package. The owner was very upfront about the costs and once we agreed on the package and options they went to work. I waited for my vehicle in their waiting room and was able to work using their wifi. They did a very thorough job and I am very pleased with the interior. They also were able to get rid of most of the fogging and yellowing in my aging headlight covers and got every last bit of dirt off the exterior. The body feels much smoother after the clay treatment and polish. I'm looking forward to the "snow and salt falling right off" during the winter. Overall I am very pleased with the service and will be back. The only negative thing I have to say has nothing to do with Perfect Choice Auto; there weren't any places around to get a cup of coffee while you wait. The owner was kind enough to offer me bottled water which I gratefully accepted. I feel like they could take their waiting room to the next level by adding a water cooler and a coffee pot (or a K Cup machine if hardly anybody wants coffee.) It might just be me. read more

Went in yesterday for detailing on my Ford Flex that has been used a lot over the summer with sports, dog, beach, food / suncreen stained seats, you name it. Anyway it needed some SERIOUS love! Fontaine is a MIRACLE worker, the man works magic! I honestly think that it is cleaner now than when I got it in '12! I would say that if you bring them a basket case of a vehicle, you need to just step back, be patient, and let them do their thing. Appreciate the fact that EXCELLENT results take time. I found this business on Yelp and must say the high ratings prove to be true. From the first phone call to the moment I drove away in my newly detailed SUV, I was very satisfied with their work. The owner Raz and manager, Luis were attentive, friendly and professional. Customer Service is a priority; they will take the time to make sure you are happy with the results. I drive an Expedition and got top of the line service for around $150 with tip. Well worth it! They kept my vehicle overnight and spent hours getting it ready but that was fine with me. The paint hasn't glistened like that since I bought it 12 years ago. I will go there again for detailing and recommend them to friends and business associates. read more

i returned yesterday to this amazing car detailer, and i swear that i thought that my car had been swapped out after they had finished detailing it ! the business is a hidden gem and it's owner and his staff are extremely polite, cordial and well mannered!. why on earth would someone place a review on a business that they never even had any commerce with is blatantly slanderous, ignorant and harmful to the business owner and his staff. i respectfully ask "yelp " and or the person " ms stephanie " bubblehead girl " m " to immediately cease and delete this defamatory review forthwith! as mr raz has stated " never judge a book by its cover " and to allow this person to slander and defame this business is completely unfounded and i urge yelp to block this person from using yelp in the future if they do not retact their statement/review. this business is truly amazing in the work that they do and i am a 63 year old white woman who will continue to use this business as long as i can drive. shame on this person for posting such a defamatory review and shame on yelp for not removing this review as the person herself stated she never even used their services ! read more
