I should have known better when I noticed they changed their signs stating they are not responsible for ANY damage. My rear license plate was bent nearly in half. There are scratches on my rear taillight. This is totally unacceptable. Stay away from this car wash. There must be a better car wash in the area that is responsible. I have used this car wash in the distant past, but not much has changed in the concept and execution. Still a drop off at the entrance to the assembly line, and watching your car move along a conveyor chain through the rinse, wash, rinse, wax and blow dry sequence. Of course, the wipe down after completion is critical, and there are half dozen men with towels drying the sheet metal/plastic on the outside and spraying the internal windows and dash to semi remove what a quick wipe can access. Always incomplete and inaccurate as the bulky towels cannot reach the smaller recesses where most dirt and dust collects. So, at best the finished product is somewhat haphazard. At least, to the quick glance the vehicle appears clean and shiny, even if on closer examination it doesn't hold up. For $20 for a wash, wax and buff, you would hope for a little more competence and pride in workmanship. I guess that is too much to expect.

When my son got there, the issues started immediately. First, the listing photos were clearly taken at angles that hid major cosmetic damage. There were extreme scratches down one side of the car, a dent on the roof, and another scrape on the back that were not clearly shown in the pictures at all. Then my son got into the car and a warning light came on saying the power steering system had failed. The seller himself couldn't even reverse the car out of the parking spot. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he had my sons follow him on the highway to another garage just to diagnose the issue, only to then say it would take two hours or more to fix the problem. After they drove all that way and took time off work, he still wouldn't budge on the price or make any effort to accommodate them. No accountability, no professionalism, and no respect for other people's time. Do yourself a favor and don't buy from this guy.
