I purchased a 2024 black ct5-v with about 4500 miles on it. It was purchased out of state and delivered to me. I appreciated everything about the car, except the condition it came in. As everyone knows, black cars show every scratch and blemish. Well, when the dealer "detailed" the car, they left swirl marks all over the vehicle...especially on the hood. Needless to say, I was frustrated considering the cost of the vehicle. But to make matters worse, because it was purchased out of state...well...there's not much I could do except ship it back, and that wasn't practical. Well of course it was kept clean, but once he applied his ceramic and paint correction services, the car came out amazing! The swirl marks are gone, the interior is immaculate, and he even organized my trunk to ensure everything had its proper place. I'd give Marcus a 6th star if I could. This was my first time detailing a car and I really had no idea what to expect. In the end my car smelled like new, like the day I drove it out of the dealer 9 years ago. Marcus cleaned both interior and exterior. My seats no longer had dust in the crevices that my vacuum jobs can't get out. They were shampooed clean. The carpeting looked like new and it was actually fluffy looking! Everyone is right--when you get an interior detailing here your car returns looking like it's brand new! My car is 8-9 years old and has been detailed a few times over the years. Marcus has done the best job I've ever seen. He is responsive, reliable, and works hard to do a great job. I called for an estimate and Marcus and I went over the size of car, if there were any stains or pet hair, etc - so he could give a reasonable estimate. We arranged a day/time for a cleaning a few weeks later. Day of (Saturday) I dropped my car off around 10am. Marcus has small garage for his business on the same lot/right behind an auto repair shop. Took a few minutes for handoff and the original time estimate to pickup was around 5pm. Marcus would call back to confirm more accurate pickup time. Later that afternoon he called to say it was looking more like 6pm. When I came back to pickup the car, it was beautiful to see the inside. The trunk of my car had a bunch of sand that had been hard to get out, especially with type of fabric on the floor, but Marcus was able to clean it up. You could tell he worked super hard to get into all the crevices of the car. He worked on the car all day, aside from one other car project involving buffing. Will definitely return for my next interior detail. My friend (who lives hours away) even remarked she may have to get her car cleaned here the next time she visits. read more

Brought my 2018 Ford Taurus in for Detailing. it has the optional "Tri Metallic Clear Coat" paint. (a $400.00 option) I have been riding by this establishment for sometime now. wanted to give them a try. then the Covid hit. when he reopened. I made an appointment. I previously used a place in North Brunswick on Georges Road. they were very good. last time I used them however. they did a rush job. car didn't look good at all. in fact I later waxed it myself and it came out better looking. When i went to pick up my car from Clean Car. the results were spectacular!! the car was shining like a Diamond!! so bright and the surface was like Glass!! wheels tires, all clean as a whistle! I only had the exterior done. Marcus, however did the windows inside, vacuumed and wiped surfaces off. what a great guy. I highly recommend this place. I will defiantly use them again and hope the results are the same. having your care detailed is an investment. not a luxury. it should be part of your maintenance program. just as oil changes and tune ups. if you have been thinking about having your car detailed, but have been hesitant. well don't be. call Car Clean today and make an appointment. you will be glad you did! read more

8/2023 Update: Once again Marcus made my Lexus look like new with buffing to improve finish and remove some minor scratches. The ceramic exterior sealant and leather treatment really maintain the new appearance and protection for up to a year. Great results, professional & knowledgeable service and Marcus is truly a pleasure to deal with. Minor scratches were buffed out as if they were never there. Just picked up my car and WOW. It looks great. Inside sparkles. All of the nasty little crumbs are gone. I wasn't really sure if it was going to be that much different than the car wash place, but it is so much better! All of my hair is out of the mats, which is a lot like dog hair......impossible to get out of mats! He got it all. And it smells great. Exterior is bright, shiny and gleaming. It's really difficult to get all the dog hair completely out of the interior of the car, but after he does his work my car is completely dog hair-free. Clean Car Auto Detailing is amazing. They were able to remove 3 years' worth of white pet hair from my car's black interior. It looks like a brand new car! I have tried cleaning my car myself, but the dog hair really sticks into the carpet and seats. There was not one hair left when Marcus was finished. Initially, I did not understand the difference between a traditional car wash and detailing. I did not think it was possible for my car to be this clean again. It was like the day that I drove it off the lot 3 and half years ago. Marcus cleaned every crevice of my vehicle. He removed the items that I had inside and did not just clean around them. Everything was placed back in my car in an orderly way. In addition, the customer service was excellent. Since I live close to the area Marcus dropped me to my house and returned to pick me up once the service was done, so that I did not have to sit around for several hours. I will DEFINITELY be returning (hopefully before my car reaches that level of disgustingness again). I definitely recommend checking this place out. Wish I had before and after pictures.
