They responded in a timely manner and helped with everything I needed! Great service and great people!

My car broke down in a busy intersection. Pats Towing responded immediately and took me for service. Pricing and prompt service was excellent. They are my go to for future towing. read more

I've called this business twice now for the removal of a vehicle that does not have a pass for my apartment's lot. Both times someone answered the phone and said "yeah" and waited for me to speak. Just super unprofessional and that could be excused if they actually maybe got the job done still. But it's day three and the car is still here. read more

This company sucks, yesterday I in Norristown to get my sons haircut. Park my car in lot on Marshall Street, where I Park my car all the time I come to Norristown. I live in Philadelphia. So we come out barbershop car is gone. They towed my car and wanted $225 to get it back. No signs saying it was a tow zone. Do not use this company!!!! They like to tow nice German cars cause they think everyone has money!!! Bunch of Crack smoking A. HOLES!!!!! read more

Yesterday my car overheated and even though I have AAA they really messed up the call and never came. In desperation I googled Norristown area tow companies and luckily found Pat's. He came right away and could not have been more helpful. I cannot say enough about how good his service was. I am a licensed insurance professional myself so do appreciate this even more. Janice M. they stole my car after this man smashed into us going 75 mph they refused to give it back

Looked like a crack house when picking my car up. The no id required when picking up the car and the guys there looked like they were ready the chop it up for parts. read more

My car was parked for not even 5 minutes in an area that was not a private lot and it seems they towed it right away and when I called to ask it was super unprofessional and they only wanted cash, no receipt, or nothing; very frustrating. Charged an insane amount with no reason as to why. The location is a home in a garage with dogs barking outside. Would give 0 stars if possible. I should have contacted the authorities but I did not want to cause any issues with these people as they already seemed on the fence about everything read more

PREDATORY. Apt manager apparently contracted with this thieving towing company. I've had the same parking permit since I signed the lease 7 months ago that was placed on my car by the apt leasing agent. Pat's stealthily swept the parking lot at 1:30 a.m. yesterday morning with no apt manager on site to guide the process. They've swept it before and didn't tow my car, a fact that even the apt manager acknowledged. Random acts of extortion. When I arrived at the tow lot with all my documents to prove ownership dude didn't even ask if I owned the vehicle - anybody could have picked it up with $180 in their pocket. He didn't get out of his tow truck and after I gave him the money he drove off. I chased him down and got a receipt. Btw I'm a senior citizen... it was pathetic that an old lady had to chase down the tow truck. What was he afraid of? My mechanic will go over my vehicle to check for damage, per legal advice. I spoke to the manager when I got back home and she'll credit the $180 back to me however, I cautioned, they need to be air tight when they authorize a sweep. It would be wise to work with a reputable towing company and have a manager on site during a sweep to be sure the tow truck drivers are not preying on residents. This modus operandi is not good for business. read more

Excellent service very polite and helpful. Everybody hates to be towed. Their rates were below most of competition in area. Best towing in Norristown. read more

Horrible and unprofessional, at my apartment complex they only pick the nice looking cars to tow and are completely unprofessional about the returns. Plus I got towed even though I had a permit/sticker. I understand that no one likes their car being towed for whatever reason, so these people probably don't care about negative reviews because they think it's all disgruntled people. Believe me. They could be nicer and more respectful than they actually are. I don't understand the way they run a business. Moving out of here anyway. read more

Terrible. They are the tow company for my apartment complex and have now tried to tow my car twice despite my having the appropriate permit hanging in my rearview mirror. The first time they towed my car (with no reason) they would not answer the phone for almost an hour, told us they would call back to see the status of our car (at that point we didn't know if had been towed or STOLEN since we knew we had our permit in it) and never called back, refused to let us see our car before we paid which meant we had to wait until the morning when there were actually people working there instead of two shady dudes in a tow truck on a dark street corner. The next morning they still gave us problems before finally returning our money and our car. Now they have tried to tow our car again, but didn't get as far. Very shady business practices from the people I have dealt with. read more

They seem to tow only when they are "hungry" - during the week when parking is plentiful. Weekends, I may understand them being stealth and buzzing in/out. But an entire parking lot, tons of spots and they pull cars from the easiest spots and not the areas that need to be "policed." And they are "CASH ONLY"??? read more

the guys that owns pat's towing is such good respectful and friendly guy!! i have been using this tow company for over 20 + years!!! jay i want for being a great guy!! i dont know what these other people are saying about your company but you know people always have something negative to say about people. just know we will be your customers for life!! Very unprofessional. Cash only, no receipt. Anyone can pick car up with no proof of ownership. Makes up random price that is inconsistent with other price he gave other people. read more

When others were too busy Pat was there when I blew an engine on the Blue Route! Fast and courteous we stripped the car and got it off the breakdown lane. Thanks Pat! read more

Well I guess if I needed Pats Towing, they would come to my rescue. In this particular case, I live in the apartment building with permit parking only, and I still got towed because my sign wasn't in the window or I briefly parked in a handicap zone that's never used by a handicap residents. All because of a freaking sign. Go out to drive to work and no car. So I loose a day of work and gotta spend my rent money to get my car back. read more

TERRIBLE!!!!!! Was broken down and called for a tow, they told me they would send someone out. After an hour of waiting, called multiple times and no answer!!! What a joke!! read more

I can't even give this place 1 star, what crooks they are, literally held my car hostage until they were paid in cash. I called the police and suddenly they would accept a credit card, they should have been arrested along with the business owner who hired them. They were literally sitting with the business owner and if a car parked in the wrong spot, they hooked it up to the tow truck, then went and got the owner and the demanded cash money, no credit. If you didn't pay the driver cursed you out.... next time you see these crooks trying to take someone's car, call the police first. read more

I was told I could use a credit card to tow my car to the mechanic. At the last minute they changed their mind and I had to find another truck. He said he was worried I could dispute the charge later without my signature. However every mail order over the phone works this way. While I understand his anxiety he should have made that change in the future and honored the company's previous agreement read more

Pat's Towing is Unreliable and unprofessional. They never come pick up illegal parked cars. EVER!!! What a waste. This is why I am going to stop referring them. I'm tired of not be treated with respect from these companies. I used to refer Pat's but not anymore. From now on, my go to towing company will be MrKitts Towing in Philly (215)882-0073 (Yup! I might as well give them FREE marketing) they deserve it. MrKitts even has excellent reviews. Compare Pat's to Mrkitts on Yelp and Google and you'll see a big difference on the two companies. MrKitts Towing not only tows but also does car repairs as well. They are a very professional BLACK OWNED business (yes black owned...support those that support you) that provides a 24 hour towing service AND are extremely professional. read more
