He answered car questions and helped at least half a dozen times with my questions AFTER the purchase. Our sales associate Brittany (Meghan Markle twin) - she was SO kind, and SO patient. I was coming from a car that was almost 20 years old so my learning curve was steep. When we arrived she spent no less than an HOUR going through every last single button on the car and setting everything up for my preferences. She knew the car inside and out. We were floored, and didn't expect it but appreciated it beyond what we knew at the time because it was alot for my husband and I, both coming from our college cars that were before cars became so high tech. We appreciated her knowledge, after coming from another dealership where we tried to buy a car, but the sales woman couldn't answer ANYTHING, and kept pushing us towards a car she had in stock, when we had explained a bench versus captain seats were a non negotiable. We would have stayed with her for the search but she could not answer a single question about the car and also thought it was an electric vehicle until we pointed out it was a gas powered car with a battery feature. We lost out confidence at that moment. My husband and I buy and keep cars for the long haul and although car buying is an awful process usually, MB FW (Matt and Brittany specifically, went above and beyond on numerous occasions for us to make it a smooth transaction both before AND after purchase which is when you really learn about a sales persons character. As I was driving to my local mechanic, my tire went down almost to the rim while I was still some distance from my mechanic. I was desperately trying to figure out what to do, when I came upon Volvo of Fort Washington. I drove in, but they were closed. As I was driving away, I saw someone arrive, and open up the service bay door. I backed up and drove in. Matt was in charge, and they both kindly put 50 pounds in my tire. They both absolutely refused any payment. As a direct result of their kindness, I was easily able to proceed to my mechanic and get my tire fixed. A great big thank you to Matt and his colleague. I suggest taking the earliest time to avoid a line. Service is usually pretty good but the labor can be expensive. they communicate after you drop your car off for service.
