My grandmothers headlight on a BMW 328ci went out. West German quoted $2500 to repair. Took the car to Zaccone as a walk in. They immediately looked at the car and a mechanic said one of the wires likely frayed. As expected, that was the problem and he spliced a new wire for $50. I had a completely comfortable, issue-free experience. Called first thing in the morning to test drive a 2016 Acura MDX and arrived shortly after. Met with Frank, who let me test drive it. Clean car and title (researched this beforehand) and it drove smoothly. The price was lower than others I looked at so I knew I wanted it. I told him I would be back the next day to get it since I loved it. Called to let Frank know what time I would be there and he pulled up right after I did. The paperwork took less than an hour and I walked away with new tags. Also he made sure I had 4 brand new tires before I came to get it. I would definitely recommend checking out their lot before going to the franchise dealer. There were no extra, unnecessary fees and no pressure to spend more than I wanted. Complete disappointment. Never take your BMW to have work done. They can do the simple things like change spark plugs or oil change but forget anything else. They say they work on BMW's and have the proper equipment to diagnose the issue. No they do not. Had to take it back 3 times for 3 different issues and still car stalled at stop lights. Took it to the BMW dealer, was repaired and haven't had problems since. I don't know much about cars, so of course I rely on what a honest mechanic is going to tell me. They couldn't find the simplest things that were wrong with my car. So much so, they didn't even no my radiator hose was completely torn. Guess what, car broke down on Turnpike because all they did was change the spark plugs and did look for other issues, then charged me for another oil change.. We have used Zaccone Motors for repairs and inspections in the past. This time my wife needed a newer car. Claudio and Francesco worked with us to find the perfect car for her. A Nissan Sentra. I would have loved one of the BMW's on the lot but she only drives a couple of miles each way to work. Anyway they treat you like family (The ones you like anyway!) and gave us a great deal. My wife and I had very disappointing experience with Zaccone's. We had a new car we needed to be inspected... no work needed, just stickers. Dropped car off at 2pm on Friday which was our appointment time. They never got to it the rest of the day so we left it over night. I called the next day late morning and they still didn't get to it. Finally, they called at 11:15am, so I hustled over there to pick up the car arriving at 11:30, but they had closed up shop despite their listed hours being until 1pm. They never mentioned a word about closing early and it was a three day weekend. Ultimately, my wife missed work so she could pick up the car and we had to buy a new car seat for my daughter to use over the 4 days because hers was locked inside the car. It kind of felt like their attitude was that they were doing us this huge favor by taking our business. Needless to say, we will not be returning customers. read more

To be stuck like on the road when out of town on a weekend and forced to trust my car to a total stranger is stressful to say the least. I called on a Friday night (after hours...) and begged to talk with a mechanic. I was stuck. Claudio Zaccone, the owner got on the phone with me. He was reassuring and told me not to worry, he would make sure one of his mechanics took care of my car on Saturday. I was able to talk to my mechanic Saturday morning, who told me what he thought was wrong and that if he was right, I could expect it to cost between $300 and $500 to repair. Within 5 minutes in the garage, Zaccone gave me the same diagnosis as my mechanic. They got the parts, took care of the repair, and got my car back on the road by noon for under $300. He reassured me that my car isn't suddenly falling apart, that I don't need to worry about being stranded again. Good to hear when you take frequent road trips like I do! The care and the kindness, and reassuring manner, shown by Mr. Zaccone and his son were amazing. They had every opportunity to charge me anything, I would have no way to know what was right or wrong, but they didn't. I was charged a fair amount for the repair, given the best in customer service, and feel very lucky to have found them. I would not hesitate to return, and plan to buy my next car from them despite living 2 1/2 hours away. I can't say enough good things about them.
