Called to get my car detailed and was told by Nick that he is booked until May. I mentioned I was selling my car and I would just find someone else to do it. He said, bring it in and we will get it done in between jobs and it would take 3 days. We are on the 12th day now and my car wasn't even started. I called multiple times and Nick continued to tell me they are going to be working on it. I was told it would be done on 4/20 and at 4 PM I called and he said, oh my guy is working on it right now and will be working on it into the night. Funny thing is I drove into Pottstown through Stowe and found my car at another detailing shop that I wasn't told my car was going to or authorized to move it to. I confronted Nick on 4/21 and he flat out lied to me last night and continue to say he was doing all he could to help me out. Lying and being deceitful about what is going on isn't helping me. Be up front and honest with your customers if you want them back. I would not recommend this business to anyone for detailing work. read more

Beware beware beware I don't have a problem paying there labor rate but when they double the labor then there's a problem waited two weeks to get an appointment and then the car was there for another 2 1/2 weeks and basically did nothing beware beware beware Also when you call and ask for Mike to call you back he never does read more

Had truck cleaned and waxed. Not very good. Missed several areas of cleaning. Wouldn't use them again

Mike and his team of automotive gurus will price it, fix it, and get it back to you in better shape than you thought possible. They're fast and I won't be taking my car anywhere else. I drive it from Philly to Pottstown just for them to take care of my Jeepy. :) After my first accident, I had it towed there, and I was just as satisfied as ever! Okay, so mine is a 2-part review. 1st review: Relatives recently had their car fixed here, after an accident & everything was great. Car looked great after repair, the shop took care of insurance paperwork, even calling for additional work that was covered & collected from the insurance co directly, rather than bothering my relatives with it (a nice touch) & it was done on time, as promised. In fact, it was finished 1-day early. For them, 5* out of 5. 2nd review: Mine. Made an early morning appt for an oil change. That's it. An oil change anywhere is a quick 15-min & the same price... $24-ish. It took over 1-hr & 30-min. Why? I asked 3 times about time... told him if it were more than 30-min, I'd leave my car, walk home & come back later. He assured me it would be done before 1/2-hr & then kept assuring me it was almost done, twice saying he'd check with the mechanic & return, then didn't. Since I can't inspect an oil filter & the car's running fine, I'm assuming all went well... by, why did I need to wait almost 90-min for an oil change, when I also scheduled an appt 2-days in advance? This is ridiculous & wasted my time. For that alone, I'd say 3* out of 5. Next oil change, I'll go somewhere else. There are plenty of places around the area. If I needed body work, I'd certainly use them, as they did a great job on my relatives' car. Another nice thing is the people who work there are very nice. Perhaps this was just some sort of miscommunication... although if I asked 3-times about time, I can't imagine what was misunderstood. My advice to the shop is to be more forthcoming in these simple matters. You turned a 15-min job into a wasted morning for one of your customers. read more

I love that they give the option of leaving my keys in a lockbox to pick up my car after hours. So convenient! I would absolutely recommend this place. read more

We have used Wheels in Motion for brake service mainly. My wife took the 2013 CRV in for breaks and to flush the heater core for the driver side heat not working. While the heat on the driver side still doesn't work, I don't have an issue with that part of the service as it was a solution I asked them to do after researching this Honda issue. I also don't have an issue with the father and politeness and help. However, we were asked if wanted to have the front breaks replaced, as they said it needed to be done. The only real way to tell me this is to have taken the wheels off. I said thanks but I'd do the front brake pads myself. My issue is that one of the lug nuts was mis-threaded and stripped 1/2 way onto the post or lug. So, after checking the breaks, they put the tires back on improperly. This is a rookie mistake and shows tremendous lack of detail or training. Now it is a problem. The son gave me a story about it being a while ago and other people possibly having touched the car. NOBODY has touched the car and I noted the issue within two weeks after they serviced it when I went to replace the breaks. I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO TRUST IN THIS DEALER TO DO THE RIGHT THING. This is a buyer beware shop. I am extremely disappointed with them and their INABILITY TO OFFER ANY RESOLUTION. I would strongly suggest you find someone with a good history of client service. Experience when you cannot admit an error isn't good customer service. If you read the other review, the owner states he goes out of the way to resolve issues. Here is his quote "If there is an issue with the service we performed we go out of our way to make it right." That is clearly not the case here! In fact, the response that was really enlightening was "We cannot just take everyone's word who comes in here and blames us for something". I suppose I'm not the only one with an issue. read more

I took my audi here to get some paintwork done and they did a great job! The paint is flawless and matches the factory paint 100 percent. I will recommend them to all of my friends and will continue to use them in the future if needed. I had tried to remove scratches and yellow paint from the side of my car. It looked like the clear coat was removed when I was done. It was a mess. Nick Yannessa helped me so much. He took my car at the last minute before I was about to trade it in, and he fit me into his schedule. He went above and beyond to make my car look like new. You couldn't even see scratched areas when he was finished. I was very impressed with his work and his friendly demeanor. I will use them whenever I need my car to look beautiful!
