I had no choice but to allow Sanatoga Auto Body to do the tow, since my roadside assistance was not covering the cost. The tow was a distance of 5.3 miles - a very short distance from their shop. I was charged $150 for the tow itself, and $20 for a fuel charge. I didn't realize it cost $20 to drive 10.6 miles combined distance. That must mean their tow truck gets 1.88 miles to the gallon! WOW! Then, a second tow to a shop for a combined total distance of 21.6 miles, was an other $100. So, why the drastic difference in cost per mile? When I asked the receptionist about this, she fumbled her explanation, saying it was figured out on a "by-job-basis" and negotiated each time. Translation to this: We take advantage of our customers when we can. The receptionist also acted extremely rude on the phone, and hung up on me once. I had to go confront the shop owner in person. I'm a four-year military veteran with a 6-month pregnant wife. I remained calm, nice, and reasonable when discussing this with the owner, Paul, the entire time. They refused to cut even $20 off the total bill, and only accepted cash payments - because people were cancelling their credit card payments, due to the outrageous, scam prices. Do not EVER give this place your business. If they lie about cost and profit on a simple tow job, imagine how they act when they actually figure price on fixing your car.

Sure there are delays on parts at times, but that's not something they can control. It happens. Excellent customer service and turn around times, without a doubt. Recently took a personal vehicle there and still no issues whatsoever. Lynn even had the rental agency meet my son there to swap out the cars. Honestly, I'd never consider going anywhere else. I've dealt with dealers and several other body shops in the past and oh, what a nightmare. That's what led me to Paint by Weaver in the first place. If you see this, keep up the great Work. I'm a customer for life.

I stopped in a few months ago to schedule some work on my car. No disassembly, parts needed nor surprises upon disassembly - a fairly straightforward paint repair. Denny told me they're backed up with collision work and it would be about 6 weeks - not a problem. I had to follow up with his wife Lynn to schedule multiple times before getting a response. I finally got a date 6 weeks out - great! The morning I was supposed to drop off my car, I received an email from Lynn stating they're still backed up and she'll get back to me by the end of the week. Now a lot of logistics went into preparation for drop-off - disassembly, scheduling time off work, scheduling a buddy to help, lining up a trailer to transport the car, etc. The end of the week came and went with no reply. I followed up multiple times again and finally received a response Lynn would get back to me the next day. Once again, no reply. I followed up 2 days later and no response. I followed up again and finally Lynn called and said they're so backed up, she couldn't give me a date and said it might be best to find another shop to repair the paint on my car. If you're looking for any kind of paint and/or collision repair, steer clear of Weavers. Unfortunately Denny did good work for me in the past, but they seem incapable of properly running a business or keeping a schedule and you'll get the runaround for months.
