Dennis and crew repaired the doors on my Mustang to factory fresh. They now stay open and do not close in my Shins anymore.

He then settled in our community of Royersford nearly a decade ago, that's right later this year (2021) will be his 10 year anniversary. He's taken 3rd Ave. & Main and turned it into a beacon establishment in our Borough. Thank you Bill from myself, family and friends for always going " That Extra Mile", without question, to satisfy your customers. You're both a credit to your profession and more importantly an honest, hardworking business man. The Borough of Royersford is a better town with you in it. Pardon me Bill for neglecting to mention your business's name. Willie's. Check it out. Frank P.

My complaint would be their lack of communication. Having brought my car in multiple times, I have experienced the *same* issue every time and even brought it to their attention: you're car could be done for hours and you'll never know. I don't work from home so I've had to miss several hours of work while my car was "ready to go" and I was the one who had to ask. It'd be nice to get an update - even if it's not as soon as each car is worked on - but it's frustrating to wait and later find out you could have picked it up hours prior. For a small town maintenance shop, Willie's is worth calling if you're in need of a checkup or repair. They have integrity and get the job done (often sooner than later) so it's nice to drive away with relief.

I immediately returned to report the damage. Rather than conducting a meaningful review, Dan Dryja, Service Manager, suggested I was wrongly assigning blame to the dealership. I was told video footage exists that allegedly clears Piazza Subaru of responsibility; however, that footage has never been reviewed with me or produced. I also learned my vehicle was driven five miles, either on a highway or a test loop. PennDOT does not require multi-mile or highway driving to complete a state inspection, making this unexplained use of my car especially concerning. Dan Dryja has ceased communication, and an attempt to contact Mike Hinkle, General Manager, has likewise gone unanswered. Rather than engage directly with a customer concern, the dealership has chosen to hide behind voicemail. I will NEVER recommend Piazza Subaru of Limerick. Those who value customer care and accountability should think twice before leaving their vehicle there. For me, this experience is a textbook example of poor management.

This meant we had to leave the car for an extra day so they could attempt the repair. Unfortunately, within a couple of weeks, the air conditioning stopped working again, and we were informed that we would need to pay additional fees to fix it. The manager was nice and tried to help, but we did not want to keep putting extra money into a problem that was not guaranteed to be fixed. Overall, the service was frustrating and inconsistent. The issue that was supposed to be resolved before pickup was not fixed, and it seems they didn't properly address the problem the first time. We chose Piazza Subaru because they are supposed to be professionals with Subaru vehicles, but based on our experience, we would not recommend relying on them for repairs.

After finally getting it in, the experience has been a nightmare. When I purchased this vehicle, I paid an extra $4,000 for an extended warranty specifically to cover the engine and major components. Now that I have a head gasket leak, the dealership is trying to charge me $1,800 for various items. Every time they call with an "update," the price changes. Worst of all, despite being told by a service member that labor would be covered because the engine was already open for the warranty work, they are now trying to charge me $600 in labor. It feels like they are moving the goalposts and trying to squeeze money out of a customer who already paid for protection. I bought the warranty for safety and reliability, but l've received neither from this service department. Be very careful before trusting them with your vehicle or your money. I really wish if someone can contact me and get this taken care of before I proceed with legal actions
