My wife and I have mostly driven Volvos all of our lives, and we happened to find Integrity because it opened just around the corner from us. We spent years going to the dealer or other Volvo specialists that were a little bit of a drive, and so we tried Integrity when they opened. We have not looked back. Their customer service, courtesy, knowledge, etc. is unmatchable. I always know that the work I've asked to be done is going to be done with top expertise and at a fair price (and frankly, I think they could charge a little more than they do for their work). Also, I know that they are going to look over the vehicle and let me know of other things they see that I might not have seen - not to artificially talk me into more work - but because they truly are about customer service and properly servicing customers' vehicles. Beyond this, there have been little extra things that they've done that have impressed me greatly - such as a little rubber coin area that popped out from when the car was vacuumed, and I could never get the little bumpers back in place. We got the car back on one occasion, and that piece was popped back in by the men at Integrity. It is these little things that let me know they're giving the best service possible to our vehicles. I should also say that we recently replaced our one Volvo with a Mercedes, and I am completely confident having them service it. I cannot say enough about these men and the business they run. Call me crazy, but I drove over an hour from MD to get my Volvo C30 serviced with Integrity Automotive. They were highly recommended by a friend, and I was not disappointed. From the moment I interacted with Patrick and Al, I sensed they cared about their work and made sure my car was taken care of at a fair price. The facility is small, but super clean, and when I had questions, they took time to explain and show me what was wrong with my car. After getting burned by the Volvo dealers in MD, I was looking for a change, and I'm glad I found a growing small business who has the expertise and shop equipment to do service and repairs faster, and at a fraction of the dealer's cost. I have been taking my car to be serviced by Al and Patrick since they first opened their shop in Lititz. I find these guys a breath of fresh air! They are always courteous and honest with the work they do on my car (which isn't a Volvo!). If I request a service to be done, and they find that it isn't necessary, they will not do the work. I greatly appreciate their honesty and integrity. Other garages would have gone ahead and done the work. Also, as a teacher, I was pleasantly surprised when they offered a 10% discount to me the first time I had work done at their garage. They continue to offer this discount each time. Finally, I love the option of borrowing a loaner car while my car is being serviced. This allows me to continue on with my day without any interruptions. Fantastic service! I brought my 1996 850 in yesterday to get the odometer fixed. I live in State College and the shops I talked to just weren't familiar with this repair and was told the entire instrument cluster would have to be removed and send away for servicing. When I called and spoke with Patrick he knew what the problem was immediately and gave me an estimate. Al fixed it and also did the state inspection. I was over an hour late getting there but he didn't complain and stayed past their Saturday closing time. While he was working, I drove into Lititz with their loaner and spent the morning exploring town. The bill was just as Patrick has estimated. Great, friendly service and reasonable prices. Pat and Al are very knowledgeable. They helped me when I was considering purchasing a Volvo. I took a car that I was considering buying and they test drove it and did a thorough inspection of it and explained why it was a good buy and pointed out potential future repairs as it was a late model Volvo. They did this free of charge, winning me over as a future customer. Yesterday the car was having some engine problems. My daughter's boyfriend needed a mechanic to look over a work truck he wanted to buy. I called Integrity in the hopes of having one of their mechanics look at the truck before purchasing. I spoke to Patrick, who was extremely helpful. The dealership was too far from them but Patrick spent a lot of time giving me valuable advice. This was very kind and helpful of him. Just used them for an auto repair for the first time on my wife's Mazda CX 7. They were highly recommended by a close friend. They could have gone an easier route and our bill would have been over $400. They were able to figure out a method to repair the car and the bill was less than $15 That is a business that is truly looking out for their customers. Already scheduled another service for another of our cars. I would say Integrity Auto is as good as it gets !! Both Patrick and Al were a pleasure to deal with - they saved me more than 50% of what the dealer was going to charge to repair my ABS module. If you have a Volvo, you owe it to yourself to check them out. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable - it looks like they can do anything the dealerships can do, but for a lot less money. They explained everything in a clear and concise manner, pointed out a few things that I may want to keep an eye on but did not try to 'up-sell' me on anything. I have an 08 Volvo and have been taking it to the dealership for service as long as I have had it. They have been good to me until recently when they wanted to charge me 3,000.00 for a repair in order to get the car inspected. I decided to try Integrity and I am glad that I did. They were able to put me in a loaner while they worked on my car and were able to have a part welded instead of replacing the actual part. With the work completed and inspection done I was able to get out of there for under $300.00. I found my new mechanics. I will definitely be back. read more

Theses guys are the best. They will only fix what needs to be done. They do not over charge or repair items that do not need fixed just to rack up a large bill. Honestly, these guys are true to their name. This is the type of auto repair shop that is truly hard to find. Please do not waste your time looking around. These guys are the real deal. These guys are amazing! I am so lucky to have stumbled upon them. I usually go to Swedish Motors in Marietta, which I love but just not the distance. Al & Patrick took great care of my XC-90. Full service: rotated tires, oil change, rear window wiper, inspection, and new headlight. They bent over backwards to get me the best price on my new headlight assembly. These guys are great, excellent service and very honest prices. I got a quote from a chain auto shop that sounded unreasonably high so after searching around on yelp I contacted Integrity. They checked out my car for free, showed me what actually had to be fixed (and what the chain shop was trying to up sell me on), and charged me 1/3 of what the chain auto shop quoted me.
