The dealership quoted a pretty high price because they were going to purchase new manufactured parts. My car is old. I called Warner's as they have dealt with my car in the past. Jeff shared that he could do the repairs at half the cost by simply replacing the rear differential with a slightly used differential. I was ok with this because the car has over 135,000 miles on it. He replaced the part which came with a warranty. Unfortunately, the differential he was given was also bad. Jeff honored the warranty and replaced the differential again. I knew that this meant he was doing work on my car on his time and dollar. The second replacement has been working beautifully. My car has not sounded nor run this well in the last 2 years! I will continue to trust Jeff and ask questions of him for all future repairs! Warner Holdings is an upstanding business!

I recently moved to the area and had my first car breakdown ever; accelerator stopped working. I had no idea how to get my car to a shop or what could be wrong -- I just needed to be able to commute to work hopefully soon. I tried two other shops before trying Bob's, one where I had to leave a message and they never got back to me, and another where they could only start working on my vehicle two days after it arrived. That wouldn't cut it. I was relieved to have Bob answer the phone, understand my urgency, and even have a tow truck available to pick up my car from my neighborhood lot. I was able to have my insurance arrange the delivery, though, and before the end of the day I had a diagnosis about a battery and alternator swap. The next day, the work was complete, and he offered to pick me up and bring me to his garage to fill out the paperwork. Sure enough, my car rolled up the next morning with Bob in the driver's seat. I'm so thankful to had had his open communication, professional attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for a 20-something with little vehicle expertise. I'm hoping with this car I won't have to reach out because of problems again, but I know exactly who to call when I need something done.
