Early on Monday at about 7:30am called to leave a message thinking no one would be there, but they answered. He said bring it in, said he would try to fix it that morning. I expected to have to wait, extend my hotel stay or even worse rent a car to return to work in NEPA and come back for the car when it was finished. So, went out to the car to head on over to the shop and discovered a flat tire- seriously! Changed the flat, got to the shop, discussed the issue and they took it right in. I returned to the hotel via Uber. Three hours later they called and said it was all ready, I told them I'd Uber right over to pick it up. They said, don't Uber, we'll come get you! I was shocked. They picked me up, we settled the bill and I was on my way back home. The price was extremely fair, they didn't take advantage of an "out of towner" and they mounted and installed the new tire placing the spare and the tools right where they belonged when they could have just chucked the stuff in the trunk. They showed pride in their work, care for the customer, and went above and beyond all for a reasonable price. I couldn't have found a better place. Thanks guys!!!

He tried to tell me that this vehicle didn't have many versions in AWD, which I knew was false. He assumed since I was a woman that I didn't have adequate knowledge on the vehicle. When I test drove the vehicle, I loved it, but they were not willing to fix something minor on it. I called another shop and was quoted how much it would cost to fix that particular problem. Nathan was not willing to go down on the price, even though there was an issue with the vehicle. He told me he would talk to the service department again and see if they could fix it. I never got a call back or anything. Horrible service, horrible attitude. What a crook!

With them missing or forgetting to do what we needed. Their resolution is "we will get that next time." Not just once or twice. At least the last 5 visits. Most recently we had a car inspection. Needed an oil change but they didn't notice, and didn't offer. Decided to take that car to dealership who happens to be on the same block as Daddario but much easier to get in and out of, plus the dealership is open on Saturdays. Anyway, we go in for an oil change and the mechanic noticed a hole in the tire. A dangerous hole that could cause a blow out on the highway. How did Daddario miss this in inspection? The car had recently hit a bad pothole in neighborhood, left behind by utility company. The inspection was immediately after that incident. I feel like Daddario is in too much of a rush or their mechanics are lazy. They've lost our business. The only reason it's 2 stars instead of 1, is because the guys on the phone and at the desk are friendly. But, yet no accountability for missing and forgetting things.

This time, I took my 2007 Honda oddysey in. inspection went out in April and due to issues with parts, I didn't get done with repairs til June. June 19th it goes in for inspection And i find Out they put an April sticker on for an inspection done in June. That shorts 2 months on the inspection. I brought it up and he said that is how they do it there. I want to warn others because while that may be legal, but it is not required. There is no reason to backdate an inspection. it is wrong and does nothing more than make you pay for inspection/emissions again sooner than needed. He refused to change it and was not friendly. I will never go back there and I recommend others stay away. my dealings were positive previously but that action screams dishonesty to me. truly a shame.
