This place is always somewhat of a nightmare. The employees use the same rag on your door jam and then wipe the paint. The guy today used the wipe rags from a previous vehicle on mine. Nothing like using the dirt to scratch the paint! Paid for the top package, no under blast, not tire shine, basic wash for the top package that was 16 or 18 bucks. The mirrors on some trucks today are power folding, every time I go through I power fold them in, and then they start yanking on them as soon as I'm out. Oil changed there a few times. They used some Chinese junk oil filter that leaked. I assumed it was a problem with my truck, went to the dealer to find out they used some Chinese oil filter that leaked from how the filter was assembled. Cost me 150 bucks at the dealer to remedy the situation after spending 80 bucks on their oil change. I Complained and it fell of def ears. This place could be great. The employees need more training, and parts that are at least made in this country. read more

I love to stop in and talk to the staff. Everyone there including the owners are really friendly. I Recommend the hand wax special it's a deal. The interior cleaning is not just a vacuum and wipe. They clean windows better then any car wash. read more

If you don't know too much about cars, DO NOT GO HERE. They have over charged me every single time I came for an oil change. They upgraded my oil for $35 when I did not ask for it, I actually asked for a different oil and they did a premium one instead. They changed my air filter twice within the same 6 months because "it needed changed" and broke my glove box the second time they changed it and never told me they did. The mechanics are unkind and spew information at you that nobody except another mechanic would understand. The free car wash is certainly not worth getting cheated and up charged. If you must go here, be firm and make them explain everything they're doing to your car and exactly why you "need" it. Because odds are, you don't and they are just taking advantage. I know nothing about cars and until I explained my situations to someone who does, I thought I was in good hands at a local family business. Absolutely my bad for trying to take care of my car without knowing enough to recognize when I'm being cheated, but now that I understand what a sketchy place this is, I will not be back. read more

Reading some reviews from Google I was hesitate in coming to this location.. I remember being hereA few years ago, but do not remember my experience. Today I went in for an oil change, and had a very pleasant experience. I was told to pull up to the curb and someone would drive my vehicle inside the shop. The two men that were working at the time were very nice, respectful, and even gave me a military discount of 10%. I do not like taking advantage of being in the military but it is very nice when businesses offer a military discount to active-duty and veterans. So I get most car washes are a bunch of young kids but that's where management should step in. I pulled in and have never been before no one came up to my car or said anything. Pulled up to a bay and they all just start looking, finally a young kid comes up to my car and is pretty much rude. Will never be back here again. read more

Took my vehicle for an oil change and an interior/exterior wash and I was in and out the customer service was awesome, the detailing, wash, and labor service was just as awesome the Tech came to me and explained a few things as well as asked a few question before completing service. Because the lot this car wash was built in is too short, the tunnel isn't long enough to throughly dry the car. They have kids towel dry it after you come out of the tunnel. There is very limited space to park your car while getting it dried. They towel dry it with used, damp cloths, and they do it in a hurry because they can't wait to get their tip. You can imagine that it's not a very good job. I have to hope my car will finish drying by the time I get home. Very frustrating. It's very challenging to get into the tunnel also. You need to make a 90 degree turn. Lititz should have never approved this lot for a car wash. read more

I have been going here for several years now and I think it actually has been since they opened. They are "no pressure" sales as a lot of Service Stations are and the service is always friendly and quick. You also get a FREE car wash every time you go. Keep up the good work! read more

I took my car for an oil change. I had a coupon, but after I was already set up they told me my car (2016) took a different kind of oil and did not qualify for the coupon. The oil change cost was absurd. The waiting area smelled of fumes and was dilapidated. There was a large area on the back of my car that was missed during the wash. The location is convenient, but I will never return to this business. read more

My wife took my car and got a oil change today. First our credit card was charged someone else's amount then they charge the correct amount. Credit will go they tonight(I hope). After my wife got home we I realized they didn't reset the oil change code on the car so I had to make a separate drive back up there to have them clear it. read more

I've trusted Landis Wash and Lube for quality oil changes, car washes, and hand waxing for years and am very happy with my experience. I often get through the oil change queue in 20 - 30 minutes when I arrive around 8:00. The car wash is great, and a much better quality than "touchless" alternatives. The people who work there are courteous and friendly. I consider myself a very happy, Long-term customer. read more

Went in for an oil change expecting to pay a reasonable price- as they advertise $36 and some change. Employee comes to tell me that my car takes 0W-20 oil and asks if I want to do a synthetic blend for $50 or full synthetic for $60. Of course I chose the cheaper option. I came home to look under by hood to find that my car only takes 0W-20 full synthetic. I now have to drain the oil they put in and buy full synthetic so the 5w-20 they used does not damage my car. Do not go here if you value your car, because they will take advantage of you for your money! I will change my oil myself here on out for half the price. read more

Second time here only because I'm new to the area, and have yet to find a place that will clean the inside of our cars too. Asked for hand car wash and inside to be cleaned. They have a bunch of teenage kids working during the weekends and after school...they did an "ok" job at best. Had wash didn't clean all the dirt from the car-I had to go over it with them again. Inside cleaning wasn't clean by any means-they had to wipe down all the major spots again. They were very nice about it too. Moving from Chicago-I have high expectations, especially when giving a tip in addition to the $25 charge to clean inside and outside (and that's not including the hand car wash-that's about $35!) read more

I took both of my cars over today. On Saturday they do a $30 special that includes a wash, vacuum and hand wax. It was awesome. The job took about 45 minutes for each car. The kids they had there did an excellent job. I cannot believe the value. It's $19 to get an interior/exterior at the competition, and that's the cheapest package, without the wax. The kids did my windows today and wiped down the interior, which I didn't expect. It's not worth doing yourself at those rates. read more

This was a pretty bad experience. I left my car there for an oil change and a hand wax car wash detail inside and out. Well, I left it there for 4 hours and went to do my nails. When I got back and paid, they brought my car up saying it was all done. There were marks everywhere and the car was dirty inside and out. I told the young girl who felt horrible and said omg it is filthy I'll get the manager. Manager came up and said the car was clearly never washed. They took the car to the back to clean again. The young girl gave me a gift card to come back which was a very nice gesture. After having my car another 30 minutes they brought my car back up. The car was still full of plenty of dirty marks, the windows were dirty, the doors were dirty and parts of the inside was not vacuumed. I didn't bother asking about it again. I'll just take it home and clean it myself. I won't be returning. I hope they actually did the oil change! read more

The only reason I gave this business one star was because the staff was pleasant and courteous. However, the work that they did was shoddy at best. I paid nearly $30 to have my truck interior cleaned and washed. When I went grocery shopping afterwards, I took a quick look at the interior especially in the back. The back seat had not been touched. I specifically told them that I was having them clean it because I just returned from the beach. Sand littered my back seats which were obviously not touched, and most of the doors in the back had not been touched. It was as if a kid took a damp paper towel and quickly wiped off the door. The dash in the front of my truck had clearly not been touched, and cup holders in the main console were not touched. I know they have a bunch of young people performing the work, but for the money they charge, they could care a little bit more. I don't think I would return. I could have spent $10 at a local car wash doing the cleaning myself, and next time I will. read more
