Earlier this year it happened again. After embarrasingly holding up traffic in the fast lane I was "told, "account not active", So I showed my CC and was told, no worry, you're all set". Until my next visit when I discovered that nothing was fixed. This time I escalated it to the local manager was very apologetic and added special comments attached to my the vehicles which covered washes for a period of time. At the end of that period, I was told it will automatically connect to my credit card. It did not, so again I went thru the same hassle in the fast lane while members lined up behind me. After yet another attempt the car I was in was back on the account and there was one transaction on my card. All good, you would think, To add the 2nd car I was told we needed bring that car, me and my credit card to update the status. After coordinating a special trip the attendant ask for the credit card / phone number on the account. For the 5th time in under 2 years I was told, sorry your account has been deactivated. This will be the final time I will hear this from your company. I will find an alternate I called to call to share this but was told "because of heavier than normal calls, my estimated wait time would be 18 minutes"......not happening!

Also expensive, not too novel for car washes. $15 for a second level brushless wash makes me apprehensive to come back. Being charged $3 for a $2 vacuum selection, that should be after paying for a wash, makes me more apprehensive (and lowers their rating to 3*). The cash itself was pretty good although lots of soap was left on the rockers just like I've experienced at other car washes out here (never had this issue before). The overcharged vacuum worked well. Unfortunately there is no covered space to dry and vacuum, another big negative, and the facility is crammed onto a too- small lot. If you don't mind paying $18 for a wash and vacuum, it's not the worst option around.

This location kind of feel like it is out in the middle of nowhere, but has a lot to offer. It is a rather large lot that sits on the corner of a somewhat busy intersection. I made my way inside a busy store and was still able to navigate the store with ease. I headed to the facilities, nice and tidy. Once out in the store, I made my way to the drink station to fill up on some sweet tea. I was able to fill up and made my way to the counter to pay. Since I needed an item from behind the counter I bypassed the self checkouts. Staff were courtesy and swift in the transaction. Once finished at the counter I was back outside to stretch my legs before getting back in my vehicle.
