Last year my credit card information was disconnected from the account. It wasn't a huge deal and I after a lengthy phone conversation I was finally able to resolve it. Earlier this year it happened again. After embarrasingly holding up traffic in the fast lane I was "told, "account not active", So I showed my CC and was told, no worry, you're all set". Until my next visit when I discovered that nothing was fixed. This time I escalated it to the local manager was very apologetic and added special comments attached to my the vehicles which covered washes for a period of time. At the end of that period, I was told it will automatically connect to my credit card. It did not, so again I went thru the same hassle in the fast lane while members lined up behind me. After yet another attempt the car I was in was back on the account and there was one transaction on my card.
