We visited this shiny shell location because I got a free wash voucher! I have a slight phobia of entering car washes like this because of the belt you line your tires up with, but the one here is nice & large and they have a mirror for you to see your own car! Makes it SO easy!! The car wash did pretty good but there was a lot of dirt it couldn't get off, but thankfully shiny shell provided bottled cleaning spray & glass spray, and plenty of microfiber towels! We went around the car and hand wiped my car until she was shining! I really liked that this car wash had a "floor mat" cleaning area as well as a spot to spray them with water! Overall they provided good service and I left with a clean car with a little hard work myself. I'm sure if you go here often, it will keep your car shiny! read more

This is the best carwash that I have ever seen. They thought of everything when they designed this place. Several weeks ago, they offered free washes, so today I decided to visit them again. I discovered more amenities. First, I love that there is a playground for the kids. Back to the car... I opted for the $20 wash. The gentleman offered a free air freshener with a choice of 5 scents and a dashboard wipe. The wash was very very good. 99%, the only thing left on my car was some very difficult bug crud that needed to be removed by hand. The high-powered vacuums were stronger than other places and had 2 different nozzles. There was an air blower that I used to dry the floor mats after using the mat wash and to blow out dust in tight areas. They have 2 different ways to wash floor mats. They also offer damp microfiber towels, glass cleaner, and an all-purpose cleaner. The entire place was clean, including the bathroom. There is a member's lounge that offers beverages. I usually hate washing my car but today I actually enjoyed detailing my car here! I give this carwash a 10+/10. read more

Car was was great for awhile, started noticing things not working during the wash, then my car was hit on the side by something during the wash that caused a scratch, they refused to say anything except they did not cause the scratch on the door and the scratches are exactly where something hit my car and made a loud noise. I will not use the carwash again at the Lemoyne location. read more

I'm a member and I love this location. They have a conveyor belt system that's way better for your tires than most car washes, shift to neutral sooner. This was my new (used) car's first wash and I'm glad I went here for it! The guys who started my wash smiled and were friendly, it was a great visit and I love this location. My membership worked immediately and the screen greeted me by name! read more

The car wash was like $24 and my tires didn't get cleaned at all. High price for poor quality. Very disappointing Experience yesterday.

It is an absolute shithole! Never go there! Traffic accidents happen all of the time, parking is a mess and there is no flow to the traffic. All drivers should enter on Louther but they cut across 3 lanes of oncoming traffic (illegally) to enter on 3rd street. read more

Really good machine wash. The vacuum area also provided clean microfiber towels for drying the car. That's a nice touch!

Lennon is a wonderful young man. He was helpful on Sept. 2 early in the morning, 7:45. I was the only one there at the time. He was putting towels out and spent time talking to me and asking if I needed anything else. Very respectful, polite young man doing a WONDERFUL job. Shiny Shell is very lucky to have him as an employee. He deserves a raise or employee of the month. He told me he is planning on staying with the company since he just graduated. Waited 30min in a line for a wash. I watched one of the attendants see 2 cars go through the wash while they were holding the brake with the car in drive, the attendant didn't say anything. The car wash of course broke down, so the super long line of cars behind me and I had to back out of the line to leave. I was offered nothing in compensation for my wasted time, I definitely will not be coming back. read more

We went through Shiny Shell and did the "Deluxe" ($12) wash. The front grille and windshield still have a significant amount of bugs amount of bugs on them. We won't use this car wash again. read more

I had high hopes for shiny shell. Unfortunately, my car got damaged every time I took my care through. It's easy to spot damage as it is a brand-new car. lots of scrapes and scuffs on the paint and damage to the rubber window trim. Really not worth it for the damage the automatic car wash caused to my car. I have not had this problem with other car washes. read more

Went through car wash yesterday and now I have two gouges in the tint film on my driver's side door that I am 100% sure it was not there prior to going through the car wash. Due to the film being "after market" which it was not, it was on the car when I purchased it, they will not cover it, but again stated how soft the brushes are and there is no way it was them. So in turn, I guess then they are saying I am lying! HA! So done with this place! BEWARE!!! (Also the car next to me also got damaged - the sunroof wind deflector got ripped off the car!) read more

I liked it at first. It seems to not do the job, as it did in the beginning. Today was my last time. After leaving, driving about 10 miles , I get to my destination and my entire driver's side lens on my tail lights was gone!!!! You can't just buy a lens, you need the entire casing, lights and all. It's a Cadillac and wasn't cheap!!!! They should pay for it, but I won't waste my time. Since the sign basically says they are not responsible for anything. read more

I have been a member for 2 months now. The Car Wash really does offer good value for the price. My complaint is that I'm noticing lately they are constantly closing early and most of the time it's hard to get there before that happens due to my work schedule. Also the Matt Cleaners are always down/closed when I go there. Usually I visit the lemons the location but I've been driving out of my way to Harrisburg because they stay opened until advertised time. 3 days now I stopped at Lemoyne and they were closed just after 7 already. read more
