I did not go over to the free area to wipe down my windows because it is over 90 degrees outside but, judging by the amount of spots and streaks on them, the rest of my car can't be that clean. Took about 40 minutes for him to hand wash the outside as well as vacuum the inside - and HE ORGANIZED FOR US!! I inserted my card and selected the $6 option. The computer then informed me that it was sorry......literally! Across the little screen "........SORRY.........SORRY......." kept scrolling. So then when I selected the $5 option, it said thank you for your purchase - and naturally, my credit card statement was charged $6, ugh. So I drive in......and it begins......I felt like I was in a washing machine! I've never been shook so much in a car wash and I have a four door sedan. Once the shaking was over ....as I begin to exit I realized there was no dryer but a SPRAYER..........to wet the car yet again (an additional rinse to ensure all the soap was off). I had to dry off my self and this was not because of the $5 option, there is no equipment in the car wash to blow dry the car no matter what option you select. I took it in for service and inspection and they told me this was the THIRD time the battery needed to be replaced. If it happened a FOURTH time, I should bring it back and they'll do some diagnostics. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKE of an organization and customer service experience. I took my 8 month old Tacoma and traded it in the next day for a Porsche Cayenne. I took a huge financial loss and after one call from one of the Toyota customer relations guys, I never heard another word. Stay away from Josiah, he was the salesman and never disclosed anything to me about possible parasitic battery drain. Stay away from ANY Rahal dealership in general, is what I would suggest. I have never been treated so poorly and will never ever spend my hard earned money on anything related to Rahal or Toyota. It's a crap organization full of people who don't care about the customer, only about pushing the next piece of meat to the front of the line so they can pay up.
