I went to Cloud10 first time on Sunday. Moving through the automated washing system, sounded very loud and rough on the vehicle. When I got out of the car, noticed scratches on the driver's door. Notified the attended, but he was unable to do much. When I got back home, I noticed the finish on my hubcaps was stripped off. Wow! I am in the process of filing a damage claim and hoping this company will follow through. The experience thus far does not live up to this company 's advertising. read more

I am the father of a 10 year old girl and she wanted to use the bathroom but the sign said " no public restrooms". It is inhumane to deny customers from using the restroom. If the employees need to use the bathroom how much more customers. We customers spend a good amount of time and money at your car wash, people are going to need to use a bathroom in that time. Washing process tore our antenna off. Talked to two manager at separate times .Both asked for my telephone number and said they would be contacting me. This has been weeks ago with no calls. Assume they will not call. There is a sign as you enter the wash which lists a number of things for which they are not responsible including antennas. I did not notice it or I would have removed the antenna. In any case, they should not say they would call if they had no intention of doing that. read more

All good except the water spots, so minus one star. I should've wiped the car down, but didn't feel like it. Otherwise, for an automatic wash, very impressive. Wheels and tires looked good and the tire shine was shiny. The wheels were very clean for not being done by hand. I didn't use the free vacuum, but they appeared to be working fine with lots of people using them. The wash itself is slightly entertaining with colored lights making the soap appear to be blue or a different color. I'm sure someone's kiddos would enjoy it and the little kid in me did too. OK, I admit it. I've gotten more obsessive over the years about a clean car and Cloud10 definitely keeps me in my happy place. For a completely automatic car wash it does a pretty impressive job and its air drying is better than most. I usually opt for the "Fusion Ceramic" wash and have been very pleased with how well the liquid wax/finishing lasts. For a Midtown Harrisburg resident, Cloud10 makes it easy to keep your vehicle looking good. The truly mind-boggling feature of this establishment is its vacuum system. I generally avoid self-serve vacs but tried Cloud10's on my second or third visit since my car interior was beginning to look like a forest floor. The vacs are CRAZY powerful and much better than anything I've used elsewhere or at home. Also nice is how the hoses are set up...basically, individual hoses accessible on both sides of the car. It's a much nicer arrangement than dragging on long hose around, and I loved it the first time I tried it. Things to know (these don't bother me, but are included for completeness): 1. Your car goes through the wash on a track-like system, while you remain inside--car in neutral and hands off the wheel. An attendant will help guide you but pay attention and take your time. It took a couple visits for me to get used to their operation. 2. The need for an attendant means Cloud10 is not 24/7. Check their hours before visiting. 3. They aren't the cheapest automatic wash, but you are paying for quality. The "Fusion Ceramic" wash is almost $20, but you can buy a monthly pass for unlimited washes that is a very good deal. The monthly pass for Fusion Ceramic is $35, which could be quite a bargain if you are concerned about keeping road salt/brine off of your ride during winter months. 4. The air dryer works well but if you are truly detail-oriented you should probably bring along a towel/clean rag to touch up any wet areas. read more

I just went to the one on the Carlisle Pike. It was my first time at one of their locations. I have been to almost EVERY car wash in Cumberland County and even some in Virginia and this Car Wash ABSOLUTELY stands alone! The impeccable machines used during the drive thru are highly effective and it turns out, their chemicals are recycled (or some other process) to limit any environmental damage. I've taken my vehicle in for the basic wash four or five times so far. I have yet to find fault. It reliably cleans bugs and bird droppings, doesn't leave any suds behind and provides a spot-free finish. The unlimited "free" vacuum system is very nice. A minor complaint: The suction drops precipitously if someone else starts using the hose next to the one you've grabbed. read more

Best car wash in the area! Car looks super shiny and the wheels look like they were done by hand! I do get watermarks on my back windshield if I don't quickly towel it... but that doesn't bother me... it happens almost everywhere. I take all of my cars here regularly! The wash is great and the vacuums REALLY SUCK. There also have a floor mat cleaner which is so-so. I wish they had something a little better for that. There is also an inexpensive vending machine for Armorall wipes and windex wipes. They take credit cards and move you through pretty quickly. read more

This car wash, like many others is overpriced... $13 for the most basic wash... the employees that spray your car are terrible and they don't even wet the car before it goes through the washer. The vacuums are included which is the only good thing about this car wash as they don't dry your car well either. I dried it by hand and it looked fine. I stopped in yesterday as they were giving out free car washes. I've been waiting for this to open for about 6 months now. These are popular on the west coast and I couldn't be more excited to see them here. My car came out looking great. The vacuums are very powerful and the staff friendly. I tried the car wash when they first opened. My car came out with bugs still on it. I told the manager and he told me to come back more often and the bugs would eventually come off.
