What I did find was that the drying component of the high $$ monthly wash is not that great. I also got charged for three months after I cancelled onsite. And forget trying to call - it transfers and hangs up after being in for a few minutes. I asked for cancellation online - let's see if it works or I have a charge for yet another month. It's a good car wash - which is what I'm a maybe.

A minor complaint: The suction drops precipitously if someone else starts using the hose next to the one you've grabbed.

First is the VERY overwhelming odor of mildew when you enter the wash. Made me very concerned about the cleanliness of the equipment but, you can't back out at that point. The odor filled the interior of my car. Second, my car is not clean. I did not go over to the free area to wipe down my windows because it is over 90 degrees outside but, judging by the amount of spots and streaks on them, the rest of my car can't be that clean. Third, this was supposed to be a Graphene wash. Was it? Who knows?! None of the signs lit up to tell you what stage you were at. Not impressed. Would DEFINITELY not pay $25 for this.

Makes it SO easy!! The car wash did pretty good but there was a lot of dirt it couldn't get off, but thankfully shiny shell provided bottled cleaning spray & glass spray, and plenty of microfiber towels! We went around the car and hand wiped my car until she was shining! I really liked that this car wash had a "floor mat" cleaning area as well as a spot to spray them with water! One the front line in the territorial war between Sheetz and Wawa, this location is ideally located…read morefor folks headed toward the airport, Lancaster, or the Turnpike. While the parking lot is a typical example of Sheetz' infatuation with sadistic BF Skinner fantasies, this location is generally run well. The staff is friendly and makes eye contact. They respond to lines building up at the checkout. The kitchen is usually moving quickly and the orders are kicked out promptly. The store is generally clean, including the bathrooms which - while not pristine - are rarely nightmare levels of filth you'd see along the highway. It's easy to frind grab-and-go items and there are a lot of pre-wrapped food items to choose from if you just need to gas up and go. This location will get you through the queue quickly. The Beer Cave is often crowded and cramped with product that can't be stocked from the palate, making it hard to get to stock in the back. My main issue with Sheetz is more about the brand. What used to be a go-to spot for decent food has become more of an expensive roller-grill with the kind of subs that you can get wrapped out of a gas station cooler. As Wawa shows up in Central PA, there is a clear difference in quality for about the same price on similar items. When flying in or out of Harrisburg, I'll order lunch from Wawa even if the price of gas is much higher there, just so I don't have to settle for airport fare. But on Lindle Road, I know I'll get quality service so I don't have to make an extra food stop in the neighborhood if I need to keep moving. While Sheetz is obsessive about its branding, that WOW feeling is no longer matched by the kind of radical culinary offerings and quality that made it more than "gas station cuisine" and as someone who discovered this place long ago at IUP during an overnight pub crawl in the late 90s, it's come a long way but in the wrong direction.

Compared to other well-known local options like Cloud 10, ModWash, and Shiny Shell, Tommy's Express…read moreoffers the lowest entry price for a basic wash. That said, you do get a shorter tunnel and fewer perks at the vacuum station--there are no air blowers, no microfiber towels (just paper towels), and cleaning sprays are only available via paid vending machines. Essentially, they cut back on the extras to offer a lower out-of-pocket price for a simple wash. On the other hand, their Deluxe wash and unlimited monthly plans are priced similarly to their competitors. If you choose those higher tiers, the missing amenities make it harder to justify Tommy's over nearby alternatives. The big standout here is convenience for travelers. As a national chain with nearly 300 locations nationwide, Tommy's Express offers far better geographical coverage than anyone else in the area if you travel frequently by car.
