Located next to the airport, this Sheetz is consistently put-upon. Its employees are unhappy, disengaged, and appear to have been trained to expect that customers might attack them without warning. The last time I ordered food there was a cold sub. Asked for toasted bread, got stale bread instead. The turkey was "off" and what it lacked in meat they made up for in sloppy globs of mayo. It was like the store was angry at me. If I don't need gas to return my rental, I'll go to Dunkin up the road or the McDonald's that just moved in nearby. I'll continue to use Wawa

An extra star for the employees who are fighting against impossible odds to do a good job…read more Stuck in an odd location with a parking lot that invites road rage and automotive combat, this Sheetz is probably the worst of the many locations in the area. When I'm in town, I drive the extra minutes to the Lindle Road location. I have the app and collect points for gas discounts so until Wawa penetrates the market further, I'll drive right past this location. When I am there, the place is dirty. The kitchen is staffed with at least one employee looking bored or on their phone. I've stopped ordering milkshakes and coffee here because, more than once, they needed to find someone who knew how to do that sort of thing. The drive-thru entrance is at the corner of a one-way ramp from the highway, forcing people to drive at the entrance in the opposite direction from vehicles doing 40+ preparing to enter the Sheetz Demolition Parking Lot. I stopped going because, more than once, the smell at the back of the store by the rest room and Beer Cave were so bad I couldn't stay. If I were blindfolded and walked into that location, I would have assumed I was walking into a dive bar at last call on a Friday night. And it was just about 5 on a weekday afternoon. Usually the register queue is quick and efficient and the best employees are found here. If I just need gas and don't have to go inside, that always seems to work. So that's something.

Seriously awesome and I would gladly drive out of the way for one if needed. Got gas and some late night munchies last night and was completely satisfied with the 2 for $5 deal of a mini burger and cheese curds. Perfect size, great flavor and a bargain. Gas is expensive, but that's life in 2021. This store is super busy all the time between gas pumps, (free) air pump, and food inside. Be prepared to wait at peak times which seems to be all the time. Beer and wine available at the location.

Yet, after this place reported me to the police for theft that all changed. I have never once committed a crime. In fact I am usually the person who turns in people who steal. Even when my kids were young and they would take something I would take them back to return the item and apologize. Their lies have caused me severe anxiety and stress regardless of knowing I am innocent. My husband has stopped giving this place any money. We now will drive up to half an hour to get what we normally get at this place at another place. I have also had my friends who know my character also have ceased spending money at this place. Liars work here. Run away as fast as possible. "I have been living in PA for just a little over 3 yrs. I have absolutely no criminal record and have never stolen a thing in my whole life. I hate people who steal. Yet, this store has accused me of stealing a drink from them. They have never once approached me. I will do everything to prove I have never stolen a thing. I will then sue in court for lying about me committing a crime. This won't be swept under the rug. I promise I will prove my innocence and hold accountable those who have lied about me. The one sink had something nasty in it and I have no idea what it was. I don't blame staff because the few I saw were busy. Parking lot is difficult to get out of requiring all cars to exit onto a side road which, at lunch, had a steady stream of vehicles piling up at the red light. I went to get a specific frozen drink but left without getting anything because all frozen drinks were unavailable likely due to recent storms and power outages. I judge a business by its business partners as much as the products or services they offer…read more I enjoy Wawa's food and convenience enough to order delivery through their app. They choose to use DoorDash exclusively for delivery orders. In the past, I've had problems receiving deliveries from restaurants that use DD because that company is notorious for covering itself from lability when drivers fail. But with Wawa, this was my only option for one casual $25 order and, frankly, DoorDash has never failed to deliver from a venue near the airport because there are many drivers ready to fulfill our requests. Unfortunately for us, the driver reported they delivered my order and sent a photo confirming it went to the wrong address. The driver never responded to my texts, so I reached out to Wawa and DoorDash. Both refused to either immediately refund my order or replace it. Wawa blamed DoorDash and refused to make it right. DoorDash promised to escalate my issue to a "specialist" to determine if my lack of food or refund was worth action. Meanwhile, I made due with what was left around the house and told my guests that it was my fault to trust either one of them. It's a minor issue for them. It is an important issue for me when I order a meal for myself and my friends and family. I need to rely on the restaurant AND their chosen delivery service. Because Wawa did not step up and, in fact, hid behind the incompetence of its exclusice business partner, I will go elsewhere from now on. And because DoorDash is such a terrible business partner, I will never again patronize a restaurant that uses them exclusively for delivery, even if I order in or pick up.

I pulled in and maneuvered my way around the lot to a pump. Using the pay at the pump feature to fuel my vehicle. While the fuel was pumping I did a bit of browsing of the app to see if there were any deals I was missing out on. After the fuel was finished I made my way inside to grab a few things so that I wouldn't have to make too many more stops on my way home. This time I did go to counter to pay. Staff were pleasant and able to grab me a few things from behind the counter. After paying for everything I was on my way back out to continue my journey.
